\n\u570b\u7acb\u7af9\u5317\u9ad8\u7d1a\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u7269\u79d1\u5f35\u96c5\u83f1\u8001\u5e2b\/\u570b\u7acb\u53f0\u7063\u5e2b\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u674e\u51a0\u7fa4\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u8cac\u4efb\u7de8\u8f2f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u518d\u7531\u9019\u5169\u689dDNA\u7247\u6bb5\u7576\u4f5c\u6a21\u7248\uff0c\u91cd\u8907\u76f8\u540c\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\u5247\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230 4 \u689d DNA \u7247\u6bb5\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u77e5\u6bcf\u91cd\u8907\u4e00\u6b21\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u5169\u500d\u7684DNA\u91cf\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u662f\u4ee52n(n\u8868\u793a\u5faa\u74b0\u6b21\u6578)\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u5728\u8907\u88fdDNA\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5e7e\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u6578\u767e\u842c\u689d\u8907\u88fd\u7684DNA\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n

PCR\u6280\u8853\u80fd\u5920\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u529f\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8010\u9ad8\u6eab\u7684DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65e9\u671fDNA\u8907\u88fd\u6642\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u4e26\u4e0d\u8010\u71b1\uff0c\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u52a0\u71b1\u6642\u5c31\u5931\u53bb\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97DNA\u8907\u88fd\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u975e\u5e38\u8907\u96dc\u53c8\u8017\u6642\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8907\u88fdDNA\u7684\u6548\u679c\u4e26\u4e0d\u597d\u3002\u65e9\u57281976\u5e74\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u55dc\u71b1\u83ccThermus aquaticus (\u751f\u6d3b\u65bc50\uff5e80\u2103\u7684\u74b0\u5883)\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u7d14\u5316\u51fa\u53ef\u8010\u9ad8\u6eab\u7684DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba\u201dTaq polymerase\u201d\uff0c\u6b64\u9175\u7d20\u89e3\u6c7a\u6d3b\u6027\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5728\u6bcf\u6b21\u52a0\u71b1\u5f8c\u88dc\u5145\u65b0\u7684DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cTaq polymerase\u7684\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u53ef\u8aaa\u662fPCR\u767c\u660e\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u63a8\u624b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u76ee\u524dPCR\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u53ea\u9700\u53d6\u5f97\u5c11\u91cf\u7684\u6a23\u672c(\u4f8b\u5982\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7684DNA\u7247\u6bb5)\uff0c\u900f\u904ePCR\u7684\u653e\u5927\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5c31\u8db3\u4ee5\u9451\u5b9a\u662f\u4f55\u7a2e\u75c5\u6bd2\u6216\u7d30\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u7701\u53bb\u8017\u6642\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u57f9\u990a\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u5347\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u6aa2\u9a57\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a2003\u5e74\u9707\u64bc\u5168\u7403\u7684\u6025\u6027\u56b4\u91cd\u547c\u5438\u9053\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\uff08Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, \u7c21\u7a31SARS\uff09\uff0c\u7576\u521d\u5c31\u662f\u5229\u7528PCR\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4f7f\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5927\u91cf\u53d6\u5f97\u6b64\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u5bc6\u78bc\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5feb\u901f\u7be9\u6aa2\u662f\u5426\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u75ab\u60c5\u64f4\u5927\u3002\u4e5f\u53ef\u5229\u7528PCR\u4f86\u6aa2\u6e2c\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u5728DNA\u4e0a\u7684\u8b8a\u7570\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u4e0a\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8003\u53e4\u5b78\u5bb6\u4e5f\u80fd\u5c07\u5e7e\u767e\u842c\u5e74\u524d\u5316\u77f3\u4e2d\u4fdd\u7559\u6975\u5c11\u7684DNA\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u5229\u7528PCR\u53d6\u5f97\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u76f8\u540cDNA\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f9b\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u5316\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u77ad\u89e3\u9019\u4e9b\u5316\u77f3\u7684\u6f14\u5316\u89aa\u6e90\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u8457\u540d\u7684\u96fb\u5f71\u300c\u4f8f\u7f85\u7d00\u516c\u5712\u300d\u5167\u7684\u60c5\u7bc0\uff0c\u5f9e\u5316\u77f3\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u907a\u50b3\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u8868\u73fe\u53e4\u751f\u7269\u7684\u751f\u547d\u73fe\u8c61\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u5929\u65b9\u591c\u8b5a\uff01<\/p>\n

PCR\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u61c9\u7528\u8f03\u591a\u7684\u9084\u6709\u89aa\u5b50\u95dc\u4fc2\u8207\u5211\u4e8b\u7684\u9451\u5b9a\uff0c\u9451\u5b9a\u4eba\u54e1\u53ef\u5f9e\u6bdb\u9aee\u3001\u553e\u6db2\u3001\u7cbe\u6db2\u3001\u8840\u8de1\u6216\u624b\u5370\u7b49\u53d6\u5f97\u5c11\u91cf\u7684DNA\uff0c\u5229\u7528PCR\u653e\u5927\u5c31\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u8db3\u5920\u91cf\u7684DNA\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f9b\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u591a\u7a2e\u5316\u5b78\u6aa2\u9a57\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u77e5\uff0cPCR\u5728\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u53ca\u4eba\u985e\u793e\u6703\u4e2d\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u6280\u8853\uff01<\/p>\n
