chaperones)\uff0c\u80fd\u8207\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u7576\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u7121\u6cd5\u7dad\u6301\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u5247\u6a5f\u80fd\u986f\u8457\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u7576\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u6db2\u7684\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u51fa\u73fe\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u56e0\u6709\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6703\u518d\u5ea6\u88ab\u904b\u8f38\u81f3\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u3001\u6216\u6392\u51fa\u81f3\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u3002\u4f4d\u5728\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u819c\u4e0a\u7684\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u5e6b\u6d66SERCA2(\u4e00\u7a2e\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea)\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528ATP\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u5f9e\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u6db2\u651d\u53d6\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u81f3\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\uff0c\u5c0d\u7dad\u6301\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u90e8\u53ca\u80de\u8cea\u6db2\u7684\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6046\u5b9a\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272(\u57161)\u3002\u5df2\u77e5\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u5e6b\u6d66SERCA2\u7684\u540c\u529f\u578b\u69cb\u9020-SERCA2b\uff0c\u5176\u6a5f\u80fd\u4f4e\u4e0b\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u764c\u75c7\u3001\u76ae\u819a\u7570\u5e38\u89d2\u8cea\u5316\u3001\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u82e5\u80fd\u89e3\u958b\u5176\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u8abf\u63a7\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u75c5\u60a3\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5c07\u6709\u6240\u52a9\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<div https:\/\/www.jst.go.jp\/pr\/announce\/20161001\/index.html<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u5df2\u77e5SERCA2b\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u5728\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u5074\u5177\u67092\u8655\u63a5\u53d7\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u8abf\u63a7\u7684\u534a\u80f1\u80fa\u9178(cysteine)\uff0c\u7576\u5176\u786b\u6c2b\u57fa(-SH)\u6c27\u5316(\u4ea6\u5373\u5f62\u6210S-S\u96d9\u786b\u9375\u7d50)\uff0c\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u651d\u53d6\u4fbf\u53d7\u6291\u5236\uff1b\u4f46\u4ecd\u672a\u77e5\u5982\u4f55\u9084\u539f\u88ab\u6c27\u5316\u7684\u534a\u80f1\u80fa\u9178\uff0c\u4ee5\u6d3b\u5316SERCA2b\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u65e5\u672c\u4eac\u90fd\u7522\u696d\u5927\u5b78\u7b49\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5728\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u7684S-S\u9375\u7d50\u9084\u539f\u9175\u7d20ERdj5\uff0c\u80fd\u5207\u65b7SERCA2b\u7684S-S\u9375\u7d50\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u9084\u539f\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u9084\u539f\u9175\u7d20ERdj5\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u4f86\u89c0\u5bdf\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u651d\u53d6\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u5177\u6709ERdj5\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u7d30\u80de\uff0cSERCA2b\u651d\u53d6\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u986f\u8457\u4f4e\u4e0b\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u7dad\u6301\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002\u4f34\u96a8\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4f4e\u4e0b\uff0c\u8a72\u7d30\u80de\u51fa\u73fe\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u58d3\u529b(ER stress)\u589e\u5f37\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u904b\u4f5c\u65bc\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u5206\u5b50\u4f34\u8b77\u86cb\u767d\u7b49\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a5f\u80fd\u4f4e\u4e0b\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u5728\u8a66\u7ba1\u5be6\u9a57\u4e5f\u8b49\u5be6\u9084\u539f\u9175\u7d20ERdj5\u80fd\u4fc3\u9032SERCA2b\u7684ATP\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0cS-S\u9375\u7d50\u9084\u539f\u9175\u7d20ERdj5\u5177\u6709\u4fc3\u9032\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u5e6b\u6d66SERCA2b\u6a5f\u80fd\uff0c\u7dad\u6301\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u90e8\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6046\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u904e\u4f4e\uff0c\u9084\u539f\u9175\u7d20ERdj5\u6703\u6d3b\u5316SERCA2b\uff1b\u4f46\u7576\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u904e\u9ad8\uff0cERdj5\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u805a\u5408\u9ad4(oligomer)\uff0c\u81eaSERCA2b\u89e3\u96e2\uff0c\u81f4\u4f7fSERCA2b\u5931\u53bb\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0cERdj5\u4f5c\u70ba\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5167\u9223\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\uff0c\u85c9\u7531ERdj5\u5de7\u5999\u7684\u56de\u994b\u6a5f\u5236(feedback
