href=\"http:\/\/highscope.ch.ntu.edu.tw\/wordpress\/?p=6848\" target=\"_blank\">\u8f38\u8840\uff08Blood Transfusion\uff09\u7684\u5371\u6a5f-\u4e0a<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"http:\/\/highscope.ch.ntu.edu.tw\/wordpress\/?p=6852\" target=\"_blank\">\u4e2d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(\u56db)\u767c\u71b1\uff1a<br \/>\n\u767c\u71b1\u662f\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u8f38\u8840\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6e90\u81ea\u6eb6\u8840\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u63a1\u8840\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5668\u68b0\u4e0d\u6f54\u6216\u8840\u54c1\u4fdd\u5b58\u4e0d\u7576\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u7d30\u83cc\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(\u4e94)\u904e\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\uff1a<br \/>\n\u82e5\u6350\u8840\u8005\u7684\u8840\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u53d7\u8840\u8005\u7684\u904e\u654f\u539f(allergen)\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u8d77\u53d7\u8840\u8005\u7522\u751f\u76f8\u95dc\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\u5305\u62ec\u767c\u7662\u6216\u8541\u9ebb\u75b9(urticaria)\u7b49\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u904e\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(\u516d)\u8f38\u8840\u76f8\u95dc\u6025\u6027\u80ba\u640d\u50b7(transfusion-related acute lung injury, TRALI)\uff1a<br \/>\n\u67095%~25%\u7684\u53d7\u8840\u8005\u6703\u5728\u8f38\u8840\u5f8c\u516d\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u767c\u751f\u6025\u6027\u80ba\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u8f38\u8840\u81f4\u6b7b\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u8d77\u56e0\u662f\u6350\u8840\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u80fd\u6d3b\u5316\u53d7\u8840\u8005\u9ad4\u5167\u55dc\u4e2d\u6027\u767d\u8840\u7403(neurtrophil)\u7684\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6297\u9ad4\u6216\u67d0\u4e9b\u9846\u7c92\u7d30\u80de\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20(granulocyte agglutinins)\u7b49\u3002<br \/>\n\u53d7\u8840\u8005\u9ad4\u5167\u88ab\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u55dc\u4e2d\u6027\u767d\u8840\u7403\u6703\u91cb\u51fa\u5982\u9175\u7d20elastase\u3001reactive oxygen radicals\u7b49\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u80ba\u90e8\u5fae\u8840\u7ba1\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de(endothelial cell)\u53d7\u640d\uff0c\u5fae\u8840\u7ba1\u901a\u900f\u6027(permeability)\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4f7f\u6db2\u9ad4\u53ca\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u9032\u5165\u80ba\u6ce1\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u80ba\u6c34\u816b\u3002<!--more--><br
