TLC)-\u4e0a<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u8207\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u8f03\u5dee\uff08\u8207\u6d41\u52d5\u76f8\u6975\u6027\u8f03\u70ba\u76f8\u4f3c\uff09\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u5c07\u6703\u88ab\u5e36\u5230\u8584\u7247\u8f03\u4e0a\u65b9\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff1b\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c\u8207\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u8f03\u5927\uff08\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u6975\u6027\u8f03\u70ba\u76f8\u4f3c\uff09\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u5c07\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u6d41\u52d5\u76f8\u5e36\u52d5\u800c\u505c\u7559\u5728\u8f03\u4e0b\u65b9\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u6a23\u672c\u5167\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u5c07\u53ef\u4f9d\u64da\u5176\u6975\u6027\u800c\u88ab\u5206\u96e2\u958b\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5c55\u958b\u5291\u79fb\u52d5\u5230\u8584\u7247\uff08\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\uff09\u7684\u6700\u4e0a\u65b9\u6642\uff0c\u5c07\u8584\u7247\u81ea\u5bb9\u5668\u4e2d\u53d6\u51fa\u4e26\u667e\u4e7e\u3002\u82e5\u5206\u96e2\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u662f\u6709\u984f\u8272\u7684\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u4ee5\u8089\u773c\u5728\u8584\u7247\u4e0a\u770b\u51fa\u984f\u8272\uff1b\u4f46\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u984f\u8272\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u5229\u7528\u7d2b\u5916\u5149 (UV light) \u7167\u5c04\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u9069\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f7f\u5176\u986f\u73fe\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u8d77\u9ede\u8655\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\u505c\u7559\u4f4d\u7f6e\u9593\u7684\u8ddd\u96e2\u8207\u5c55\u958b\u5291\u53ef\u79fb\u52d5\u4e4b\u6700\u5927\u8ddd\u96e2\u7684\u6bd4\u503c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7a31\u70baRf\u503c (retention factor value)\u3002\u900f\u904eRf\u503c\u7684\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u77e5\u9053\u6a23\u672c\u5167\u5404\u7a2e\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6975\u6027\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5c07\u8584\u7247\u4e0a\u7684\u77fd\u81a0\u6216\u792c\u571f\u7d66\u522e\u9664\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u4f5c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u7d14\u5316\u4ee5\u4fbf\u9451\u5b9a\u5206\u6790\u6b64\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6210\u5206\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u751f\u7269\u5206\u6790\u4e0a\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u662f\u5229\u7528TLC\u4f86\u5206\u96e2\u690d\u7269\u7684\u5149\u5408\u8272\u7d20\u3002\u4ee5\u83e0\u83dc\u70ba\u4f8b\uff1a\u5c07\u8449\u5b50\u7814\u78e8\u4e26\u904e\u6ffe\u5f8c\u7684\u6ffe\u6db2\u6ef4\u5728\u77fd\u81a0\u8584\u7247\u4e0a\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u77f3\u6cb9\u919a\u548c90\uff05\u4e19\u916e(9:1)\u7576\u4f5c\u5c55\u958b\u5291\u3002\u6b64\u6642\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\uff08\u77fd\u81a0\u4e0a\u6709\u5177\u6975\u6027\u7684Si-O\u9375\uff09\u8207\u6ffe\u6db2\u5167\u5177\u6709\u6975\u6027\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u9593\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\u70ba\u5076\u6975\u2014\u5076\u6975\u529b\uff08dipole-dipole interaction\uff0c\u6975\u6027\u5206\u5b50\u56e0\u96fb\u8377\u5206\u4f48\u4e0d\u5747\u4f7f\u7522\u751f\u5076\u6975\u77e9\uff0c\u7576\u5169\u500b\u6975\u6027\u5206\u5b50\u9760\u8fd1\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u96fb\u6027\u7684\u5438\u5f15\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7576\u6ffe\u6db2\u4e2d\u6975\u6027\u8d8a\u5927\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u8207\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u9593\u7684\u5076\u6975\u529b\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u5438\u9644\u4f4f\uff1b\u53cd\u4e4b\u6975\u6027\u8d8a\u5c0f\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u8207\u77fd\u81a0\u9593\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\u8d8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\u96a8\u8457\u5c55\u958b\u5291\u79fb\u52d5\u5230\u8f03\u9060\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u53ef\u767c\u73fe\u6975\u6027\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u985e\u80e1\u863f\u8514\u7d20 \u5176Rf\u6700\u5927\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u662f\u8449\u7da0\u7d20a\u3001\u8449\u7da0\u7d20b\uff0c\u800c\u6975\u6027\u6700\u5927\u7684\u8449\u9ec3\u7d20(lutein)\uff0c\u79fb\u52d5\u8ddd\u96e2\u6700\u5c0f\uff0c\u5176Rf\u503c\u6700\u5c0f\u3002\u82e5\u6539\u8b8a\u5c55\u958b\u5291\u7684\u6210\u5206\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6d41\u52d5\u76f8\u7684\u6975\u6027\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u6240\u5f97\u7d50\u679c\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u77e5\uff0c\u9032\u884cTLC\u6642\uff0c\u5c55\u958b\u5291\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u662f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
