syndrome)\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u81f4\u75c5\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u77e5\u70ba\u4f55\u7f3a\u5c11\u6b64\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\uff0c\u7e96\u6bdb\u64fa\u52d5\u5c31\u51fa\u73fe\u7570\u5e38\u3002\u70ba\u89e3\u958b\u5176\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u4f7f\u7528\u8d85\u4f4e\u6eab\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u8a72\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\u7f3a\u640d\u7684\u7e96\u6bdb\u69cb\u9020\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e0a\u8ff096\u5948\u7c73\u70ba\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u91cd\u8907\u7d50\u69cb\u5b8c\u5168\u6d88\u5931\u3002\u6545\u8a8d\u70baFAP59\u53caFAP172\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f5c\u70ba96\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\uff0c\u7dad\u6301\u6a5f\u80fd\u904b\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5FAP59\u53caFAP172\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\u771f\u7684\u4f5c\u70ba\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\uff0c\u7576\u5b83\u7684\u9577\u5ea6\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u4e5f\u61c9\u6703\u7522\u751f\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u679c\u7136\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u57fa\u56e0\u64cd\u63a7\uff0c\u5c07FAP59\u53caFAP172\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\u9577\u5ea6\u8b8a\u9577\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u88fd\u9020\u51fa\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u3001120\u6216128\u5948\u7c73\u70ba\u55ae\u4f4d\u7684\u91cd\u8907\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u626e\u6f14\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u52d5\u529b\u86cb\u767ddynein\u7684\u6392\u5217\u9806\u5e8f\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c96\u5948\u7c73\u7684\u91cd\u8907\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c A\u81f3G\u51717\u7a2e\u52d5\u529b\u86cb\u767ddynein\uff0c\u4ee5A-B-C-E-G-D-F\u7684\u9806\u5e8f\u6392\u5217\uff0c\u4f46\u82e5\u64cd\u63a7\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5247\u80fd\u88fd\u9020\u51faA-B-C-E-C-E-G-D-F\u6216A-A-B-C-E-G-D-F-F\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u5229\u7528\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u4efb\u610f\u914d\u7f6e\u52d5\u529b\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6392\u5217\u9806\u5e8f\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u51fa\u4eba\u5de5\u7684\u5948\u7c73\u6a5f\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e96\u6bdb\u904b\u52d5\u4e0d\u5168\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684Kartagener\u75c5\u7665\uff0c\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u82e5\u7e96\u6bdb\u7121\u6cd5\u64fa\u52d5\uff0c\u6c23\u7ba1\u7121\u6cd5\u6392\u51fa\u7570\u7269\u800c\u6613\u5c0e\u81f4\u80ba\u708e\uff1b\u7cbe\u5b50\u7121\u6cd5\u904b\u52d5\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e0d\u5b55\uff1b\u8166\u810a\u9ad3\u6db2\u6eef\u7559\u5728\u8166\u5ba4\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u8166\u6c34\u816b(hydrocephalus)\uff1b\u6216\u5fc3\u81df\u8207\u809d\u81df\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5167\u81df\u7570\u4f4d\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7578\u578b\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u9019\u4e9bKartagener\u75c5\u7665\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u56e0\u7e96\u6bdb\u7684\u5948\u7c73\u5c3a\u7f3a\u640d\u5c0e\u81f4dynein\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a5f\u80fd\u7570\u5e38\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
