G\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u9ce5\u82f7\u9178\u7d50\u5408\u86cb\u767d (guanine nucleotide-binding protein) \u7684\u7c21\u7a31\uff0c\u662f\u7531\u4e09\u500b\u4e0d\u540c\u5206\u5225\u88ab\u547d\u540d\u70ba\u03b1\u3001\u03b2\u53ca\u03b3\u7684\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u6240\u69cb\u6210\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5G\u86cb\u767d\u4e5f\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u7570\u6e90\u4e09\u8cea\u578bG\u86cb\u767d\uff08\u70ba\u4e86\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u560c\u5464\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u7d50\u5408\u86cb\u767d\u505a\u5340\u5225\uff09\u3002\u03b1\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u6703\u900f\u904e\u548c\u560c\u5464\u6838\u7518\u9178\u7d50\u5408\u4f86\u8abf\u63a7G\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\uff1a\u7576\u03b1\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u548c\u9ce5\u82f7\u96d9\u78f7\u9178 (GDP) \u7d50\u5408\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u548c\u03b2\u53ca\u03b3\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u5f62\u6210\u8026\u5408\u9ad4\uff0c\u6b64\u6642G\u86cb\u767d\u5448\u73fe\u672a\u6d3b\u5316\u72c0\u614b\uff1b\u7576G\u86cb\u767d\u8026\u5408\u53d7\u9ad4\u63a5\u4e0a\u8a0a\u865f\u5206\u5b50\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u03b1\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u7684GDP\u88abGTP\u7f6e\u63db\u800c\u6d3b\u5316\u03b1\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u4f7f\u03b1\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u548c\u03b2\/\u03b3\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u5206\u96e2\uff0c\u6d3b\u5316\u5f8c\u7684\u03b1\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u548c\u03b2\/\u03b3\u6b21\u55ae\u5143\u6703\u5404\u81ea\u958b\u555f\u4e0b\u6e38\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n
