#000080;\">\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u4f9d\u5206\u5316\u6f5b\u80fd\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u5206\u985e<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u79d1\u767c\u73fe\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6f5b\u80fd\uff08cell potency\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u5206\u5316\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u4f9d\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5206\u5316\u6f5b\u80fd\u53ef\u5340\u5206\u70ba\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><span href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Morula\">morula<\/a>\uff09\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u5f9e\u9019\u6642\u80da\u80ce\u5167\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u7a31\u70ba\u5168\u80fd\u6027\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08totipotent stem cell\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u80fd\u6027\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5177\u6709\u5206\u5316\u6210\u70ba\u9ad4\u5167\u6240\u6709\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u80ce\u76e4\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6709\u6f5b\u529b\u53ef\u5206\u5316\u6210\u80da\u80ce\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u80da\u5c64\uff08three germ layers\uff09\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5167\u80da\u5c64\uff08endoderm\uff09\uff0d\u53ef\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u6d88\u5316\u7ba1\u3001\u809d\u3001\u80f0\u548c\u80ba\u7b49\uff1b\u4e2d\u80da\u5c64\uff08mesoderm\uff09\uff0d\u53ef\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u8840\u6db2\u3001\u808c\u8089\u3001\u9aa8\u9abc\u3001\u7d50\u7de0\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u6ccc\u5c3f\u5668\u5b98\u548c\u751f\u6b96\u5668\u5b98\u7b49\uff1b\u5916\u80da\u5c64\uff08ectoderm\uff09\uff0d\u53ef\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u8868\u76ae\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u76ae\u819a\u3001\u7259\u9f52\u743a\u746f\u8cea\u3001\u773c\u775b\u6c34\u6676\u9ad4\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u7b49\u3002\u5168\u80fd\u5206\u5316\u6027\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u5b8c\u6574\u500b\u9ad4\u7684\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4eba\u985e\u5c0d\u6b64\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u6a5f\u8f49\u5c1a\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u4e86\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><span stage<\/em>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56ca\u80da\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u4e09\u5c64\u69cb\u9020\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u6700\u5916\u5c64\u662f\u6ecb\u990a\u5916\u80da\u5c64\uff0c\u5176\u7d30\u80de\u7a31\u70ba\u6ecb\u990a\u5916\u80da\u5c64\u7d30\u80de\uff08trophoblast cell\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u5f9e\u6851\u6939\u80da\u7684\u5916\u90e8\u7d30\u80de\u767c\u80b2\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u5c07\u4f86\u6703\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u80ce\u76e4\uff08placenta\uff09\uff1b\u56ca\u80da\u5167\u5c64\u662f\u7531\u5145\u6eff\u6db2\u9ad4\u7684\u4e2d\u7a7a\u56ca\u80da\u8154\uff08blastocoel\uff09\u548c\u5177\u6709 $$32$$\uff5e$$64$$\u00a0\u500b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5167\u7d30\u80de\u5718\uff08inner cell mass\uff0cICM\uff09\u6240\u69cb\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u7531\u6b64\u6642\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u7d30\u80de\u5718\u62bd\u53d6\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u7684<em>\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba<\/em>\u56ca\u80da\u80da\u80ce\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08blastocyst embryonic stem cell\uff09\u3002\u56ca\u80da\u671f\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u7d30\u80de\u5718\u53ef\u5206\u5316\u6210\u80da\u80ce\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u80da\u5c64\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u80da\u80ce\u672c\u9ad4\u548c\u80da\u80ce\u5916\u7684\u819c\uff0c\u5982\u5375\u9ec3\u56ca\u819c\uff08yolk sac\uff09\u3001\u5c3f\u56ca\u819c\uff08allantois\uff09\u53ca\u7f8a\u819c\uff08amnion\uff09\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u56ca\u80da\u80da\u80ce\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u4e26\u975e\u5168\u80fd\u5206\u5316\u6027\uff0c\u5b83\u96d6\u7136\u80fd\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u9650\u5236\u6027\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7121\u6cd5\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u500b\u9ad4\u6216\u80ce\u76e4\uff0c\u5176\u5206\u5316\u80fd\u529b\u7a31\u70ba\u8d85\u591a\u80fd\u5206\u5316\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5177\u6709\u8d85\u591a\u80fd\u5206\u5316\u6027\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u9664\u4e86\u56ca\u80da\u671f\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08ES\uff09\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u6709\u751f\u6b96\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08embryonic germ cell\uff0cEG\uff09\u3001\u80da\u80ce\u764c\u7d30\u80de\uff08embryonic carcinoma cell\uff0cEC\uff09\u548c\u8a98\u5c0e\u5f0f\u8d85\u591a\u80fd\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08iPS\uff09\u3002\u751f\u6b96\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u5f9e\u53d7\u7cbe\u5f8c\u7d045~9\u9031\u80ce\u5152\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u751f\u6b96\u7d30\u80de\uff08primordal germ cell\uff09\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u8a66\u7ba1\u4e2d\u9ad4\u5916\u57f9\u990a\uff08in vitro\uff09\u6240\u589e\u751f\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba\u751f\u6b96\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08EG\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u6027\u817a\u7684\u524d\u9a45\u7d30\u80de\uff08precursor cell\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u539f\u59cb\u751f\u6b96\u7d30\u80de\uff08PGCs\uff09\u662f\u767c\u80b2\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u914d\u5b50\u7684\u524d\u8eab\uff08precursor\uff09\u5728\u6027\u817a\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u5730\u5340\u7a31\u4e4b\uff0c\u7576\u539f\u59cb\u751f\u6b96\u7d30\u80de\u9077\u79fb\u5230\u9054\u9069\u7576\u8655\u6703\u958b\u59cb\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u539f\u59cb\u6027\u817a\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u6027\u817a\uff0c\u5375\u5de2\u6216\u777e\u4e38\uff0c\u518d\u7d93\u6e1b\u6578\u5206\u88c2\u5f8c\u7522\u751f\u914d\u5b50\uff0c\u7cbe\u5b50\u6216\u5375\u3002\u5728\u9ad4\u5916\uff08in vitro\uff09\u5be6\u9a57\u8b49\u5be6\u80da\u80ce\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08ES\uff09\u548c\u751f\u6b96\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08EG\uff09\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u8d85\u591a\u80fd\u5206\u5316\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u5167\uff08in vivo\uff09\u53ea\u6709\u80da\u80ce\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u8868\u73fe\u8d85\u591a\u80fd\u5206\u5316\u6027\uff0c\u751f\u6b96\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5247\u7121\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9084\u6709\u80da\u80ce\u764c\u7d30\u80de\uff08EC\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u7531\u764c\u7d30\u80de\uff08teratocarcinoma\uff09\u6240\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bc\u60e1\u6027\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u80da\u80ce\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff08hES\uff09\u3002\u4f46\u80da\u80ce\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u8207\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e8c\u8005\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5dee\u7570\u662f\u5b83\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u975e\u6574\u500d\u9ad4\uff08aneuploid\uff09\uff0c\u6240\u8b02\u975e\u6574\u500d\u9ad4\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u591a\u500d\u9ad4\uff0c\u5176\u539f\u56e0\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u5c0d\u6216\u591a\u5c0d\u540c\u6e90\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u4e0d\u5206\u96e2\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u6578\u76ee\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u4e00\u689d\u6216\u5e7e\u689d\uff1b\u6216\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7247\u6bb5<em>\u7f3a\u5931<\/em>\u6216<em>\u91cd\u8907<\/em>\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><span progenitor cells\uff0cEPCs\uff09\uff0c\u6210\u9ad3\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u767d\u8840\u7403\u5982\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u55dc\u9e7c\u6027\u7403\u3001\u55dc\u4e2d\u6027\u7403\u3001\u548c\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7403\u7b49\u3002\u5167\u76ae\u524d\u9a45\u7d30\u80de\u5247\u80fd\u91cd\u5efa\u8840\u7ba1\u5167\u76ae\u5c64\uff08re-endothelialization\uff09\u548c\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\uff08neovascularization\uff09\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><span
