\u76ee\u524d\u7627\u75be\u7684\u9810\u9632\u85e5\u7269\u6709\u6c2f\u594e\u5be7\uff08Chloroquine\uff09\u3001\u7f8e\u723e\u594e\u5be7\uff08Mefloquine\uff0cLariam\uff09\u3001\u56db\u74b0\u9ef4\u7d20\uff08Doxycycline\uff0cVibramycin\uff09\u3001Atrovaquone\/Proquanil\uff08Malorone\uff09\u548cPrimaquine\uff08Palum\uff09\u3002\u9032\u5165\u75ab\u5340\u7684\u4e00\u9031\u524d\u958b\u59cb\u5403\u6c2f\u594e\u5be7\uff0c\u6bcf\u9031\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u53e3\u670d1000\u6beb\u514b\uff0c\u5728\u96e2\u958b\u75ab\u5340\u5f8c\u4ecd\u9700\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5403\u56db\u9031\u3002\u4f46\u5404\u5730\u5340\u7684\u7627\u539f\u87f2\u5c0d\u4ee5\u4e0a\u85e5\u7269\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6297\u85e5\u6027\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u9700\u8981\u4e8b\u524d\u8aee\u8a62\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5df2\u5408\u6210\u591a\u7a2e\u9752\u84bf\u7d20\u884d\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u6d3b\u6027\u6bd4\u9752\u84bf\u7d20\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u96d9\u6c2b\u9752\u84bf\u7d20\uff08dihydroartemisinin\uff09\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u6e1b\u7de9\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u5c07\u9752\u84bf\u7d20\u8207\u4ed6\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u8907\u65b9\u7642\u6cd5\u662f\u5df2\u88ab\u63a8\u5ee3\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u73fe\u6cc1\u6108\u52a0\u96aa\u5cfb\uff0c\u5c0d\u9752\u84bf\u7d20\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u6297\u85e5\u6027\uff0c\u5df2\u5f9e\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u64f4\u6563\u81f3\u975e\u6d32\u5730\u5340\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7b2c\u4e00\u652f\u5177\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u7627\u75be\u75ab\u82d7\uff08\u7a31\u70baRTS,S\u75ab\u82d7\uff09\u662f\u845b\u862d\u7d20\u53f2\u514b\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08GlaxoSmithKline\uff0cGSK\uff09\u6f5b\u5fc3\u7814\u7a76\u8fd130\u5e74\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u6148\u5584\u5bb6\u6bd4\u723e\u00b7\u84cb\u8328\u4e5f\u6975\u529b\u5e6b\u52a9GSK\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002RTS,S\u662f\u751f\u7269\u5de5\u7a0b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u4ee5\u71b1\u5e36\u7627\u539f\u87f2\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7247\u6bb5\u7d50\u5408B\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u85c9\u4ee5\u6fc0\u5316\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u4f46\u57282012\u5e7411\u6708\u767c\u8868\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u300a\u65b0\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u91ab\u5b78\u96dc\u8a8c\u300b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u544a\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ee56-12\u9031\u5927\u7684\u975e\u6d32\u5b30\u5152\u70ba\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u5c0d\u8c61\uff0cRTS,S\u75ab\u82d7\u53ea\u670931%\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u9060\u4f4e\u65bc\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u6240\u671f\u671b\u7684\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u75ab\u82d7\u6709\u6548\u7387\u9054\u523090\uff05\u4ee5\u4e0a\u624d\u8003\u616e\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9019\u9805\u7d50\u679c\u8b93\u958b\u767c\u8005\u8207\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u5404\u754c\u76f8\u7576\u5931\u671b\uff0cGSK\u5df2\u6295\u51653\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u8a66\u9a57\u5c07\u6301\u7e8c3\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u505a\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u5b9a\u5728\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5730\u65b9\u548c\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528RTS,S\u75ab\u82d7\u624d\u53ef\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6210\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n

2013\u5e748\u6708\u520a\u767b\u5728\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\uff08Science\uff09\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u63ed\u9732\u4ee4\u4eba\u632f\u596e\u7684\u6d88\u606f\uff0c\u7531\u53e6\u4e00\u5bb6\u751f\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u6492\u90a3\u745e\u4e9e\u516c\u53f8\uff08Sanaria Inc.\uff09\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u7627\u75be\u75ab\u82d7\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u756b\u6709\u4e86\u65b0\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u5176\u63a8\u51fa\u7684PfSPZ\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u6b2115\u4eba\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u4eba\u9ad4\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u4fdd\u8b7712\u4eba\u514d\u65bc\u7627\u75be\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u9019\u5bb6\u4f4d\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u99ac\u91cc\u862d\u5dde\u7684\u751f\u6280\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5176\u5275\u7acb\u4ebaHoffman\u57282002\u5e74\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4ee5\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u8a2d\u8a08\u7627\u75be\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u4ed6\u53c3\u80031970\u5e74\u4ee3\u5be6\u884c\u904e\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u4eba\u9ad4\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4ee5\u7627\u539f\u87f2\u4f5c\u70ba\u75ab\u82d7\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u8d85\u904e90\uff05\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u5176\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u8f03\u5b8c\u6574\uff0c\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u6fc0\u6d3bCD8+ T\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5c0d\u6e05\u9664\u906d\u5b62\u5b50\u87f2\u5bc4\u751f\u7684\u809d\u7d30\u80de\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u7531\u55ae\u4e00\u86cb\u767d\u88fd\u6210\u4e4b\u75ab\u82d7\u9084\u7121\u6cd5\u9054\u5230\u7684\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

PfSPZ\u75ab\u82d7\u4ee5\u8f3b\u7167\u5f31\u5316\u7684\u71b1\u5e36\u7627\u539f\u87f2\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u4ee5\u975c\u8108\u6ce8\u5c04\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u65bd\u6253\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u6708\u62531\u5291\uff0c\u5171\u65bd\u4e884\u5291\uff0c9\u4eba\u4e2d\u67096\u4eba\u514d\u65bc\u611f\u67d3\uff1b\u53e6\u59166\u4f4d\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u4ee5\u7a0d\u5fae\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65bd\u6253\u6642\u7a0b\u65bd\u4e885\u5291\uff0c\u90196\u4f4d\u90fd\u7372\u5f97\u514d\u75ab\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u76ee\u6a19\u5c07\u671d\u5411\u66f4\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u4eba\u9ad4\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u89c0\u6e2c\u75ab\u82d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u529b\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\uff0c\u5148\u524d\u63d0\u5230\u7684RTS,S\u75ab\u82d7\u4e4b\u6548\u529b\u7d04\u65bc\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u6703\u9010\u6f38\u8870\u9000\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u6e2c\u8a66PfSPZ\u75ab\u82d7\u4f7f\u5426\u80fd\u62b5\u6297\u5176\u5b83\u7a2e\u7627\u539f\u87f2\u4e4b\u4fb5\u72af\u3002\u773e\u6240\u671f\u671b\u7684PfSPZ\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u7d66\u4e88\u958b\u767c\u8005\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u52d5\u80fd\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u80fd\u52a0\u5feb\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u4eba\u9ad4\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u5118\u5feb\u5c07\u75ab\u82d7\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u4fdd\u8b77\u6df1\u5165\u75ab\u5340\u7684\u8ecd\u4eba\u8207\u65c5\u904a\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u4e9b\u7627\u75be\u9084\u662f\u5341\u5927\u6b7b\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u652f\u75ab\u82d7\u66f4\u662f\u73cd\u8cb4\u3002<\/p>\n
