Sanger\uff0c\u56e0\u75c5\u904e\u4e16\uff0c\u4eab\u5e7495\u6b72\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sanger \u88ab\u8b7d\u70ba\u6700\u5049\u5927\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u662f\u82f1\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u53f2\u4e0a\u4e00\u4f4d\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u82f1\u96c4\u3002Dr. Sanger \u662f\u751f\u7269\u5927\u5206\u5b50\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5de8\u64d8\uff0c\u767c\u660e\u4e86\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u8207\u6838\u9178\u7684\u5b9a\u5e8f\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Sanger \u57281958\u5e74\u56e0\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u7cbe\u78ba\u89e3\u51fa\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u7d50\u69cb\u6cd5\uff0c\u7372\u9812\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u5316\u5b78\u734e\u3002\u5229\u7528\u9019\u500b\u65b9\u6cd5\u80fd\u5b9a\u51fa\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u7684\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u662f\u53f2\u4e0a\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e2d\u88fd\u9020\u51fa\u7531 5000\u500b\u4ee5\u4e0a\u9e7d\u57fa\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Sanger \u7684\u5718\u968a\u65bc1977\u5e74\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u93c8\u7d42\u6b62\u6cd5\u7684DNA\u5b9a\u5e8f\u5217\u6cd5\uff0c\u6216\u7a31\u70baSanger \u5b9a\u5e8f\u6cd5\uff08Sanger \u5b9a\u5e8f\u6cd5\uff09\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u6b64\u6210\u5c31\uff0cDr. Sanger\u518d\u5ea6\u7372\u5f971980\u5e74\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u5316\u5b78\u734e\u7684\u6b8a\u69ae\u3002\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0cDr. Sanger \u7684\u5718\u968a\u57281981\u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u767c\u8868\u4eba\u985e\u7c92\u7dda\u9ad4DNA\u5168\u9577\u7d0416569\u500b\u9e7c\u57fa\u5c0d\uff0c\u6b64\u5e8f\u5217\u7a31\u70ba\u528d\u6a4b\u53c3\u8003\u5e8f\u5217\uff08Cambridge Reference Sequence\uff0cCRS\uff09\uff0c\u7ffb\u958b\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\u5716\u8b5c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9801\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u82f1\u570b\u9996\u4f4d\u7372\u5f97\u5169\u6b21\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u734e\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u4f4d\u5169\u6b21\u5f97\u5230\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u5316\u5b78\u734e\u7684\u5f97\u4e3b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u7e3d\u662f\u5c07\u9019\u4efd\u6b8a\u69ae\u6b78\u8af8\u4ed6\u7684\u592a\u592a\uff0c\u7b11\u7a31\u4ed6\u7684\u592a\u592a\u96d6\u7136\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5979\u5c0d\u6211\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u591a\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u53ea\u56e0\u70ba\u5979\u6240\u7d66\u4e88\u6211\u7684\u6eab\u6696\u548c\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u751f\u6d3b\u662f\u6210\u529f\u529b\u91cf\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc Sanger \u904e\u4e16\u7684\u4e0d\u6368\u548c\u60bc\u5ff5\u4f86\u81ea\u56db\u9762\u516b\u65b9\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u4e00\u81f4\u516c\u8a8d\u4ed6\u5c0d\u65bc\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\u5b78\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u8ca2\u737b\uff0c\u4e26\u4f7f\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u6280\u8853\u6709\u5283\u6642\u4ee3\u7684\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>\u5ef6\u4f38\u95b1\u8b80\uff1a<strong><strong><a
