class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u77e5\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u8457\u4e0d\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6216\u8102\u8cea\u7b49\u7269\u8cea\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u6e38\u96e2\u72c0\u614b\u91a3\u93c8\u3002\u91a3\u93c8\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7b49\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u7522\u751f\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6a5f\u80fd\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u5167\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u751f\u7406\u6a5f\u80fd\u3002(\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1aLANDESBIOSCIENCE)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u4eba\u985e\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u6216\u7d30\u80de\u9593\u7269\u8cea\u7531\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3001\u8102\u80aa\u3001\u91a3\u985e\u3001\u6838\u9178\u7b49\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\u6240\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5206\u5b50\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u65b0\u9bae\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u90fd\u662f\u5927\u7d042\u500b\u6708\u5c31\u66f4\u65b0\u66ff\u63db\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d30\u80de\u69cb\u9020\u5167\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7b49\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u4e00\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u5f8c\uff0c\u820a\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u6f38\u6f38\u5730\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u7f6e\u63db\u6210\u65b0\u7684\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u89e3\u81ea\u8eab\u6210\u4efd\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528<sup>1<\/sup>\u300d\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u5206\u89e3\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u4e0d\u8981\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6216\u8102\u8cea\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5df2\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u80de\u5668\u7b49\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5177\u6709\u300c\u81ea\u566c\u300d\u7684\u69cb\u9020\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba\u81ea\u9175\u6bcd\u83cc\u81f3\u4eba\u985e\u4e4b\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u90fd\u5177\u5099\u7684\u69cb\u9020\u3002\u300c\u81ea\u566c\u300d\u69cb\u9020\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u70ba\u9632\u6b62\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7570\u5e38\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u5806\u7a4d\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5408\u6210\u904e\u591a\u6642\u3001\u6216\u56e0\u74b0\u5883\u8b8a\u5316\u6210\u70ba\u98e2\u9913\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002\u300c\u81ea\u566c\u300d\u69cb\u9020\u53e6\u8207\u6392\u9664\u4fb5\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u83cc\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4e5f\u8207\u764c\u75c7\u6216\u795e\u7d93\u6027\u75c5\u8b8a\u7684\u75c5\u7665\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u6a5f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\u901a\u5e38\u767c\u751f\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u98e2\u9913\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u767c\u751f\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u7a31\u505a\u57fa\u790e\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528<sup>2<\/sup>\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u8a8d\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\u5c0d\u7dad\u6301\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u81ea\u566c\u7684\u8def\u5f91\u5982\u4e0b\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5c07\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u5167\u6b32\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\u4ee5\u9694\u96e2\u819c\u5305\u570d\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u81ea\u566c\u80de<sup>3<\/sup>\u7684\u69cb\u9020\uff1b\u63a5\u8457\u81ea\u566c\u80de\u8207\u64d4\u4efb\u5206\u89e3\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u6eb6\u5c0f\u9ad4<sup>4<\/sup>\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u81ea\u566c\u6eb6\u9176\u9ad4<sup>5<\/sup>\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u81ea\u566c\u6eb6\u9176\u9ad4\u5167\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u6216\u4ee3\u8b1d\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u77e5\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u8457\u4e0d\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6216\u8102\u8cea\u7b49\u7269\u8cea\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u6e38\u96e2\u72c0\u614b\u91a3\u93c8\u3002\u91a3\u93c8\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7b49\u6709\u6a5f\u5206\u5b50\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u7522\u751f\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6a5f\u80fd\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u5167\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u751f\u7406\u6a5f\u80fd\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\u6e38\u96e2\u91a3\u93c8\u7684\u751f\u6210\u8207\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u6a5f\u5236\u4ecd\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u4e0d\u660e\u4e4b\u8655\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u65e5\u672c\u7406\u5316\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u8207\u6771\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u5171\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u6790\u91a3\u93c8\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u6027\uff0c\u5c07\u7126\u9ede\u7f6e\u65bc\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5171\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5206\u6790\u57fa\u790e\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u80fd\u4e0d\u5168\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u5167\u51fa\u73fe\u986f\u8457\u5806\u7a4d\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u6709\u553e\u6db2\u9178<sup>6<\/sup>\u91a3\u985e\u7684\u6e38\u96e2\u91a3\u93c8\u2500\u553e\u6db2\u9178\u5be1\u7cd6<sup>7<\/sup>\u5806\u7a4d\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u5167\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u553e\u6db2\u9178\u5be1\u7cd6\u88ab\u6eb6\u5c0f\u9ad4\u5206\u89e3\u6210\u55ae\u91a3\u2500\u553e\u6db2\u9178\u800c\u91cb\u653e\u81f3\u7d30\u80de\u
