\n\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u7cfb\u5f35\u54f2\u777f\u3001\u81fa\u5317\u5e02\u7acb\u5efa\u570b\u9ad8\u4e2d\u5289\u7fe0\u83ef\u6559\u5e2b<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e3b\u8981\u7d44\u7e54\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u8907\u5408\u7269\uff08major histocompatibility complex\uff0cMHC\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u91a3\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u4eba\u985e\u7684 MHC \u91a3\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u53c8\u7a31\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u767d\u8840\u7403\u6297\u539f\u7fa4\uff08human leukocyte antigens\uff0cHLA\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u79fb\u690d\u548c\u6392\u65a5\u53cd\u61c9\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4eba\u985e\u7684 MHC \u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u5927\u985e\uff1a\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\uff08class I MHC\uff09\u548c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\uff08class II MHC\uff09\uff0c\u524d\u8005\u4f4d\u65bc\u500b\u9ad4\u4e2d\u6240\u6709\u6709\u6838\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\uff0c\u5f8c\u8005\u5247\u53ea\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u6297\u539f\u5448\u73fe\u7d30\u80de\uff08antigen-presenting cell\uff0cAPC\uff09\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\uff08macrophage\uff09\u3001B \u7d30\u80de\u3001\u6a39\u7a81\u7d30\u80de\uff08dendritic cell\uff09\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9ad8\u4e2d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63d0\u53ca\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u4f7f\u5f97\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u7d30\u80de\u80fd\u5c07\u6297\u539f\u5448\u73fe\u7d66\u80de\u6bba T \u7d30\u80de\uff08cytotoxic T cell\uff0cTc<\/sub>\uff09\uff0c\u8b93\u7d30\u80de\u5a92\u4ecb\u578b\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\uff08cell-mediated immune response\uff09\u80fd\u6b63\u5e38\u904b\u4f5c\uff1b\u800c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u5247\u4f7f\u5f97\u6297\u539f\u5448\u73fe\u7d30\u80de\u80fd\u5c07\u6297\u539f\u5448\u73fe\u7d66\u8f14\u52a9\u578b T \u7d30\u80de\uff08helper T cell\uff0cTH<\/sub>\uff09\u3002\u4f46\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u767c\u751f\u7684\u5462\uff1f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5206\u8ff0\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u548c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u6a5f\u8f49\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c31\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u4e2d\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u9ad4\uff08proteasome\uff09\u6703\u5c07\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u4e2d\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6216\u5916\u4f86\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u90fd\u964d\u89e3\u70ba\u80dc\u80bd\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u88ab\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u80dc\u80bd\u6703\u88ab\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u4e0a\u7684\u6297\u539f\u52a0\u5de5\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u50b3\u905e\u86cb\u767d\uff08transporter associated with antigen processing\uff0cTAP\uff09\u904b\u9001\u5230\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u8154\uff0c\u518d\u548c\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u4e2d\u5c1a\u672a\u52a0\u5de5\u5b8c\u7562\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u4e4b\u4e00\u540c\u88ab\u904b\u9001\u5230\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u4e0a\u3002\u5f9e\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6bcf\u7a2e MHC \u5206\u5b50\u53ea\u6703\u4f9d\u9760\u88ab\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u80dc\u80bd\u93c8\u4e0a\u7684 2 \u500b\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u5c31\u80fd\u8207\u4e4b\u7a69\u5b9a\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e00\u7a2e MHC \u5206\u5b50\u5c31\u80fd\u7d50\u5408\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u842c\u8a08\u7684\u80dc\u80bd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u81f3\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u548c\u5b83\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u80dc\u80bd\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u80de\u541e\u4f5c\u7528\uff08endocytosis\uff09\u5f8c\u651d\u5165\u518d\u88ab\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u7576\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u4ecd\u5728\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u7d44\u88dd\u6642\uff0c\u5176\u8207\u80dc\u80bd\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u6e9d\u69fd\u6703\u5148\u88ab\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u80dc\u80bd\u93c8\u963b\u64cb\u4f4f\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u5176\u8207\u5167\u751f\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6216\u4f86\u81ea\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u5408\uff1b\u800c\u7576\u5176\u88ab\u904b\u9001\u5230\u9ad8\u57fa\u6c0f\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u4f86\u81ea\u6eb6\u9ad4\u88dd\u6709\u964d\u89e3\u5f8c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u56ca\u6ce1\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u539f\u5148\u963b\u64cb\u6e9d\u69fd\u7684\u80dc\u80bd\u90e8\u5206\u624d\u6703\u88ab\u5207\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6a5f\u8f49\u4f7f\u5f97\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u548c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u5206\u96e2\u7684\uff0c\u4f7f\u5169\u985e MHC \u5206\u5b50\u7684\u6297\u539f\u5448\u73fe\u80fd\u4ee3\u8868\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\uff1a\u7b2c\u4e00\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u50b3\u905e\u7684\u662f\u300c\u6211\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u300d\u7684\u8a0a\u865f\uff0c\u8b93\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u80fd\u6467\u6bc0\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff1b\u800c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b MHC \u5206\u5b50\u50b3\u905e\u7684\u662f\u300c\u6211\u5468\u906d\u9047\u5230\u6575\u4eba\u4e86\u300d\u7684\u8a0a\u865f\uff0c\u8b93\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u80fd\u6574\u500b\u6d3b\u5316\uff0c\u6467\u6bc0\u5916\u4f86\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5f9e\u65cf\u7fa4\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u4f86\u770b\uff0cMHC \u86cb\u767d\u662f\u5df2\u77e5\u578b\u614b\u6700\u591a\u6a23\u5316\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u7684 MHC \u57fa\u56e0\u90fd\u662f\u7570\u578b\u7d44\u5408\uff08heterozygous\uff09\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u662f\u540c\u5375\u96d9\u751f\u5b50\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u5177\u6709\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c\u4e4b MHC \u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u5169\u500b\u4eba\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u591a\u578b\u6027\u53ef\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u7121\u8ad6\u9047\u5230\u600e\u6a23\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u7e3d\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\u7684\u500b\u9ad4\u80fd\u5c0d\u75c5\u539f\u9032\u884c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u65cf\u7fa4\u7684\u5ef6\u7e8c\u3002<\/p>\n
