\/>\n\u7531\u65bc\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u5177\u6709\u7570\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u7cd6\u985e\u7684\u7269\u7406\u53ca\u5316\u5b78\u6027\u8cea\uff1a\u5206\u5b50\u4e0d\u5177\u9084\u539f\u80fd\u529b\u5c6c\u65bc\u975e\u9084\u539f\u7cd6\u3001\u4e0d\u6703\u9032\u884c\u6885\u7d0d\u53cd\u61c9\uff08Maillard reaction\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u7834\u58de\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u9084\u5177\u6709\u4fdd\u6fd5\u3001\u6297\u51cd\u3001\u6297\u8f3b\u5c04\u53ca\u512a\u8cea\u751c\u5473\u7b49\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u6545\u7528\u9014\u5341\u5206\u5ee3\u6cdb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u5de5\u696d\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u8d77\u6885\u7d0d\u53cd\u61c9\u9020\u6210\u98df\u7269\u8910\u8b8a\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u4f5c\u8f14\u52a9\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u4f86\u5ef6\u9577\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u4fdd\u5b58\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4fdd\u5b58\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u5728\u51b7\u51cd\u53ca\u4e7e\u71e5\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9632\u6b62\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u8b8a\u6027\uff0c\u53ca\u9632\u6b62\u6fb1\u7c89\u8001\u5316\u7b49\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u6291\u5236\u82e6\u5473\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u6539\u5584\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u98a8\u5473\u548c\u53e3\u611f\uff1b\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u4fdd\u5065\u529f\u80fd\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u9f72\u9f52\u75c5\u767c\u3001\u9810\u9632\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u53ca\u4fc3\u9032\u8178\u9053\u5065\u5eb7\u7b49\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u5df2\u901a\u904e\u52d5\u7269\u6bd2\u6027\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u8b49\u5be6\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u6d88\u8cbb\u6027\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u5b89\u5168\u6210\u4efd\uff1b\u5728\u5316\u599d\u54c1\u5de5\u696d\u4e0a\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u7528\u4f5c\u76ae\u819a\u4fdd\u6fd5\u5291\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u5438\u6536\u5291\u7b49\u91cd\u8981\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u898b\uff0c\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u5df2\u5ee3\u53d7\u5404\u754c\u7684\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u65b0\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u6b63\u9678\u7e8c\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730\u88ab\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u91ab\u85e5\u5de5\u696d\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u751f\u7269\u88fd\u54c1\u3001\u75ab\u82d7\u3001\u751f\u5316\u85e5\u54c1\u53ca\u88fd\u5291\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u5291\u548c\u7a69\u5b9a\u5291\uff0c\u5ef6\u9577\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u4fdd\u5b58\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u751f\u7522\u904b\u8f38\u6210\u672c\uff1b\u5728\u4f5c\u70ba\u75be\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5df2\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u8ad6\u8b49\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u80fd\u5920\u4fdd\u8b77\u7d30\u80de\u907f\u514d\u4f4e\u6c27\u6216\u7f3a\u6c27\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u4fdd\u8b77\u529f\u6548\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u8b8a\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u6291\u5236\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6c89\u6fb1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6291\u5236\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u985e\u6fb1\u7c89\u7e96\u7dad\u614b\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u5f80\u63a2\u8a0e\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u5c0d\u54fa\u4e73\u985e\u52d5\u7269\u4e4b\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u6d3b\u9ad4\u7814\u7a76\u76f8\u5c0d\u7a00\u5c11\uff0c\u4f46\u7d50\u679c\u537b\u5f88\u6709\u610f\u601d\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u56e0\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6c89\u6fb1\u9020\u6210\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u4e0a\uff0c\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u5df2\u88ab\u8b49\u5be6\u5177\u6709\u964d\u4f4e\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6c89\u6fb1\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5229\u7528\u676d\u5ef7\u9813\u6c0f\u75c7\uff08Huntington&#8217;s
