#008000;\">\u570b\u7acb\u65b0\u838a\u9ad8\u7d1a\u4e2d\u5b78\u9673\u5049\u6c11\u9000\u4f11\u6559\u5e2b<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u7a2e\uff08\u7e2e\u5beb\u70baROS\uff09\u662f\u6307\u542b\u6c27\u4e4b\u5316\u5b78\u6d3b\u6027\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b\uff08H<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>\uff09\u3001\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178\uff08HClO\uff09\u3001\u7fa5\u57fa\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\uff08HO\u009f\uff09\u3001\u55ae\u7dda\u614b\u6c27\uff08<sup>1<\/sup>O<sub>2<\/sub>\uff09\u7b49\u3002ROS\u662f\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u5f8c\uff0c\u7531\u6c27\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5929\u7136\u526f\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\uff08cell signaling\uff09\u53ca\u9ad4\u5167\u5e73\u8861\uff08homeostasis\uff09\u65b9\u9762\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u7136\u800c\u5728\u5916\u754c\u74b0\u5883\u5c6c\u65bc\u9006\u5883\u6642\uff08\u5982\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u53ca\u9ad8\u6eab\u4e0b\uff09\uff0cROS\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6703\u6025\u5287\u5347\u9ad8\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u6703\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u69cb\u9020\u6210\u660e\u986f\u640d\u5bb3\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u7d2f\u7a4d\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u5c31\u5f62\u6210\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7\uff08oxidative stress\uff09\u3002ROS\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6e90\u81ea\u5916\u4f86\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5982\u96fb\u96e2\u8f3b\u5c04\uff08ionizing radiation\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u8207\u640d\u5bb3\u4e4b\u6548\u61c9<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u7528\u4e00\u4e9b\u9176\u5c0d\u6297ROS\u4e4b\u640d\u5bb3\uff0c\u5982\u03b1-1-\u5fae\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff08alpha-1-microglobulin\uff09\u3001\u8d85\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u6b67\u5316\u9176\uff08superoxide dismutases\uff09\u3001\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b\u9176\uff08catalases\uff09\u3001\u4e73\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08lactoperoxidases\uff09\u3001\u9ea9\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08glutathione peroxidases\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u904e\u6c27\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u86cb\u767d\uff08peroxiredoxins\uff09\u3002\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u5982\u6297\u58de\u8840\u9178\uff08\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\uff09\u3001\u751f\u80b2\u915a\uff08\u7dad\u751f\u7d20E\uff09\u3001\u5c3f\u9178\u53ca\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08glutathione\uff09\u5728\u4f5c\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e5f\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u591a\u915a\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u4e5f\u6709\u985e\u4f3c\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u53ef\u7d93\u7531\u6e05\u9664\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u800c\u9632\u6b62ROS\u9020\u6210\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u6bd4\u8f03\u8d77\u4f86\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u529f\u80fd\u8f03\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4eba\u9ad4\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8840\u6f3f\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u662f\u5c3f\u9178\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u7a2eROS\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u5145\u5206\u88ab\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6548\u61c9\u4e0d\u4f46\u5305\u542bROS\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\uff08apoptosis\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u4e9b\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u5982\u5f15\u767c\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u4e3b\u9ad4\u9632\u79a6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u555f\u52d5\u96e2\u5b50\u904b\u8f38\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u4ee3\u8868ROS\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u7684\u50b3\u8a0a\u8005\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u7a31\u70ba\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\uff08redox signaling\uff09\u3002\u7279\u5225\u7684\u662f\uff1a\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u5728\u53c3\u8207\u50b7\u53e3\u7684\u4fee\u5fa9\u53ca\u8abf\u6574\u9ad4\u5167\u8840\u6db2\u5e73\u8861\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u91cb\u653eROS\uff0c\u53ec\u96c6\u66f4\u591a\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u5230\u53d7\u50b7\u7684\u90e8\u4f4d\u3002\u6b64\u6642\u4e5f\u6703\u7d93\u7531\u53ec\u96c6\u767d\u8840\u7403\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u56de\u61c9\u8a31\u591a\u767c\u708e\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u7a2e\u6703\u53c3\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u52d5\u7269\u8207\u4eba\u9ad4\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u807d\u529b\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u9ad8\u97f3\u91cf\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u8033\u8778\u53d7\u640d\u3001\u9806\u9251\u7b49\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u8033\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u6216\u5148\u5929\u8033\u807e\uff0c\u90fd\u8207\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u7a2e\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u53ca\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u5982\u4e2d\u98a8\u53ca\u5fc3\u808c\u6897\u585e\uff0c\u4e5f\u8207\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u6709\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7269\u7a2e\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u4e2d\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6709\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.
