\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u5316\u5b78\u7cfb\u674e\u4fca\u6bc5\/\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u5316\u5b78\u7cfb\u6797\u96c5\u51e1\u535a\u58eb\u8cac\u4efb\u7de8\u8f2f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u770b\u904e\u597d\u840a\u5862\u96fb\u5f71\u300c\u660e\u5929\u904e\u5f8c\u300d\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u90fd\u6703\u9707\u61fe\u65bc\u5728\u5f71\u7247\u4e2d\u56e0\u70ba\u904e\u5ea6\u7684\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u5f15\u8d77\u5de8\u5927\u98b6\u98a8\uff0c\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u5927\u707d\u96e3\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u7f8e\u570b\u524d\u526f\u7e3d\u7d71\u9ad8\u723e\u7c4c\u8cc7\u62cd\u651d\u300c\u4e0d\u9858\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u771f\u76f8\u300d\u540c\u6a23\u4e5f\u5f15\u8d77\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u9ad8\u723e\u8207\u806f\u5408\u570b\u8de8\u653f\u5e9c\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08IPCC\uff09\u4fbf\u56e0\u559a\u8d77\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u800c\u7372\u98122007\u5e74\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u548c\u5e73\u734e\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u4eba\u985e\u958b\u767c\u7684\u8173\u6b65\u52a0\u901f\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u7684\u540d\u8a5e\u4e0d\u518d\u964c\u751f\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u95dc\u6ce8\u5730\u7403\u6696\u5316\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u8b70\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u771f\u7684\u662f\u5341\u60e1\u4e0d\u8d66\u7684\u60e1\u68cd\u55ce\uff1f\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u662f\u600e\u9ebc\u7522\u751f\u7684\uff1f\u5730\u7403\u5c0d\u65bc\u592a\u967d\u5149\u80fd\u4e26\u975e\u300c\u6574\u7897\u6367\u53bb\u300d\uff0c\u6703\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u5149\u7dda\u53cd\u5c04\u56de\u592a\u7a7a\uff0c\u53e6\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u5149\u7dda\u88ab\u5730\u8868\u5438\u6536\u8f49\u63db\u6210\u71b1\u80fd\uff0c\u53cd\u5c04\u8207\u5438\u6536\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4fbf\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6211\u5011\u751f\u6d3b\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u3002\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u7684\u7522\u751f\u6e90\u81ea\u65bc\u5927\u6c23\u5c64\u542b\u6709\u7684\u300c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u300d\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3001\u7532\u70f7\u3001\u6c1f\u6c2f\u78b3\u5316\u7269\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6c23\u9ad4\u6703\u6514\u622a\u5438\u6536\u539f\u672c\u61c9\u8a72\u53cd\u5c04\u56de\u592a\u7a7a\u7684\u7d05\u5916\u7dda\uff0c\u8f49\u800c\u4ee5\u71b1\u80fd\u65b9\u5f0f\u91cb\u51fa\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u63d0\u9ad8\u6eab\u5ea6\u3002\u5730\u8868\u9664\u4e86\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u4e2d\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u5730\u8868\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u6c34\u4f7f\u5f97\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u7684\u91cf\u80fd\u6301\u8861\u4e0d\u8b8a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5347\u6703\u76f4\u63a5\u5730\u52a0\u5f37\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u3002\u5730\u7403\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\u5927\u81f4\u6301\u6046\uff0c\u5c31\u7dad\u6301\u4e86\u5730\u8868\u300c\u6eab\u548c\u300d\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u986f\u8457\u5c0d\u6bd4\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u4fbf\u662f\u5730\u7403\u7684\u884c\u661f\u5144\u5f1f\uff1a\u6c34\u661f\u8207\u91d1\u661f\u3002\u6c34\u661f\u6c92\u6709\u5927\u6c23\u5c64\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5411\u967d\u9762\u706b\u71b1\u71b1\uff0c\u80cc\u967d\u9762\u537b\u662f\u51b7\u5431\u5431\uff1b\u76f8\u53cd\u5730\uff0c\u91d1\u661f\u7684\u5927\u6c23\u58d3\u529b\u662f\u5730\u7403\u768490\u500d\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5927\u6c23\u7d44\u6210\u670990%\u662f\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\uff0c\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u4f7f\u5f97\u91d1\u661f\u7684\u8868\u9762\u767d\u665d\u6eab\u5ea6\u9ad8\u9054\u651d\u6c0f\u56db\u767e\u591a\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5341\u516b\u4e16\u7d00\u4e4b\u5f8c\u4eba\u985e\u5927\u91cf\u4f7f\u7528\u77f3\u5316\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u6025\u907d\u64f4\u5f35\uff0c\u9010\u6f38\u7834\u58de\u4e86\u300c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u300d\u7684\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7d2f\u7a4d\u4f7f\u5f97\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\u65e5\u8da8\u56b4\u91cd\uff08\u5927\u6c23\u5c64\u4e2d\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u65bc1850\u5e74\u70ba280 ppm\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u5247\u7d04\u7565\u7b49\u65bc385 ppm\uff09\u3002\u77f3\u5316\u71c3\u6599\u71c3\u71d2\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u4e26\u975e\u5168\u90e8\u90fd\u7d2f\u7a4d\u5728\u5927\u6c23\u5c64\u4e2d\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u300c\u6d88\u5316\u300d\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4f86\u6046\u5b9a\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u5730\u8868\u7684\u6eab\u5ba4\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u9808\u4e86\u89e3\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u78b3\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u78b3\u5faa\u74b0\u727d\u6d89\u7684\u5c64\u9762\u4e3b\u8981\u53ef\u5206\u4f5c\u56db\u500b\u5340\u584a\uff08\u898b\u5716\u4e00\uff0c\u53c3\u8003\u6587\u737b\u4e00\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1. \u5927\u6c23\u5c64\uff1a\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4ee5\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u65b9\u5f0f\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u6709\u5fae\u91cf\u7684\u7532\u70f7\u3001\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3001\u6c1f\u6c2f\u78b3\u5316\u7269\u3002<br \/>\n2. \u751f\u7269\u5708\uff1a\u4ee5\u5404\u5f0f\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\u65b9\u5f0f\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u662f\u690d\u7269\u7684\u5149\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\u53ca\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u90fd\u6703\u57f7\u884c\u7684\u547c\u5438\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<br \/>\n3. \u6d77\u6d0b\uff1a\u6eb6\u89e3\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3001\u78b3\u9178\u9e7d\u6c89\u6fb1\u4ee5\u53ca\u6c34\u5408\u7532\u70f7\u3002<br \/>\n4.
