\n1887\u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u9081\u514b\u751f\u548c\u83ab\u96f7\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5bc6\u7684\u5e72\u6d89\u5100\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5149\u5b78\u5e72\u6d89\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u5be6\u9a57\u9810\u671f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4f86\u6e2c\u91cf\u5730\u7403\u76f8\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e59\u592a\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u8b49\u660e\u9019\u500b\u5be6\u9a57\u662f\u7269\u7406\u53f2\u4e0a\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u6700\u8457\u540d\u300d\u7684\u300c\u5931\u6557\u300d\u5be6\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u300c\u5931\u6557\u300d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u5b8c\u5168\u6c92\u6709\u986f\u793a\u5be6\u9a57\u8a2d\u8a08\u8005\u9810\u5148\u60f3\u8981\u770b\u5230\u7684\u5e72\u6d89\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u300c\u6700\u8457\u540d\u300d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6070\u6070\u5c31\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5bc6\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5fb9\u5e95\u5426\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e59\u592a\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u7232\u611b\u56e0\u65af\u5766\u5efa\u7acb\u72f9\u7fa9\u76f8\u5c0d\u8ad6\u958b\u95e2\u4e86\u9053\u8def\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u767c\u660e\u4e86\u7cbe\u5bc6\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u5100\u5668\u548c\u501f\u52a9\u9019\u4e9b\u5100\u5668\u6240\u505a\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u5ea6\u91cf\u5b78\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u9081\u514b\u751f\u65bc1907\u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u4e86\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5341\u4e5d\u4e16\u7d00\u7684\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u666e\u904d\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u8072\u6ce2\u50b3\u64ad\u6642\u9700\u8981\u7a7a\u6c23\u4f5c\u70ba\u50b3\u64ad\u4ecb\u8cea\uff0c\u5149\u6ce2\u5728\u5b87\u5b99\u9593\u50b3\u64ad\u6642\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u7a2e\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u4ecb\u8cea\uff0c\u53eb\u505a\u300c\u4e59\u592a\u300d\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u5149\u5e7e\u4e4e\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5b87\u5b99\u9593\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u500b\u5730\u65b9\u50b3\u64ad\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e59\u592a\u5fc5\u7030\u6f2b\u5145\u65a5\u5728\u6574\u500b\u5b87\u5b99\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5149\u901f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u4e4b\u5feb\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8981\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e00\u500b\u5be6\u9a57\u6e2c\u91cf\u4e59\u592a\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u8207\u6027\u8cea\u4e26\u975e\u6613\u4e8b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u756a\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u5de7\u601d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u300c\u4e59\u592a\u98a8\u300d\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\u3002\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u5730\u7403\u5728\u5176\u516c\u8f49\u8ecc\u9053\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u5927\u7d04\u6bcf\u79d230\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u901f\u7387\u7e5e\u65e5\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u592a\u967d\u4e5f\u4ee5\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u901f\u7387\u7e5e\u8457\u9280\u6cb3\u7cfb\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u904b\u884c\u8457\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u5fc5\u7136\u80fd\u5920\u6e2c\u91cf\u5230\u8fce\u9762\u800c\u4f86\u7684\u4e59\u592a\u98a8\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u500b\u6642\u523b\u5730\u7403\u8207\u4e59\u592a\u7684\u76f8\u5c0d\u904b\u52d5\u53ef\u80fd\u70ba\u96f6\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u901f\u7387\u8207\u65b9\u5411\u6642\u6642\u5728\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5730\u7403\u8207\u4e59\u592a\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u4e00\u76f4\u4fdd\u6301\u76f8\u5c0d\u975c\u6b62\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5730\u7403\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u5b9a\u9ede\uff0c\u300c\u4e59\u592a\u98a8\u300d\u7684\u98a8\u529b\u548c\u98a8\u5411\u6703\u96a8\u6642\u9593\u548c\u5b63\u7bc0\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u5206\u6790\u5728\u5404\u500b\u65b9\u5411\u3001\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u6642\u523b\u7684\u5149\u901f\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e2c\u91cf\u51fa\u5730\u7403\u76f8\u5c0d\u4e59\u592a\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u901f\u7387\u3002\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u7e5e\u592a\u967d\u7684\u8ecc\u9053\u901f\u7387\u5927\u7d04\u53ea\u6709\u842c\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u5149\u901f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9810\u671f\u53ef\u6e2c\u91cf\u5230\u5149\u901f\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u5c0f\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u5341\u4e5d\u4e16\u7d00\u4e2d\u8449\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u5c31\u66fe\u7d93\u60f3\u8981\u5b8c\u6210\u9019\u4e9b\u6e2c\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7cbe\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u9060\u9060\u8d85\u51fa\u7576\u6642\u7684\u5100\u5668\u8a2d\u5099\u6240\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u90fd\u7121\u529f\u800c\u8fd4\u3002<\/p>\n
