\/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u53c8\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u7a2e\u4e9e\u578b\uff08sub-type\uff09\uff1a\u9c57\u72c0\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\uff08squamous cell lung carcinoma\uff09\u3001\u80ba\u817a\u764c\uff08adenocarcinoma\uff09\u3001\u5927\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\uff08large cell lung carcinoma\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u9c57\u72c0\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u4f54\u7e3d\u9ad4\u80ba\u764c\u768430\uff05\uff0c\u662f\u904e\u53bb\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u80ba\u764c\u985e\u578b\u3002\u5176\u591a\u8d77\u81ea\u65bc\u9760\u8fd1\u4e2d\u592e\u6c23\u7ba1\u7684\u75c5\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u816b\u7624\u7684\u4e2d\u592e\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\u7a7a\u6d1e\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u58de\u6b7b\uff08necrosis\uff09\u7684\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5206\u5316\u7684\u9c57\u72c0\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u7684\u751f\u9577\u901f\u5ea6\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u985e\u578b\u7684\u80ba\u764c\u662f\u6bd4\u8f03\u6162\u7684\u3002\u800c\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u5927\u7d04\u4f54\u4e86\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u764c\u4e2d\u768440%\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u53f0\u7063\u5730\u5340\u6848\u4f8b\u9010\u6f38\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u80ba\u764c\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u8d77\u81ea\u65bc\u80ba\u5468\u908a\u7684\u90e8\u4f4d\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u548c\u5438\u7159\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e5f\u6709\u90e8\u4efd\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5f9e\u672a\u5438\u7159\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u7684\u7537\u5973\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7d04\u70ba1\uff1a6.1\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u9c57\u72c0\u7d30\u80de\u764c\u76845.4\uff1a1\u548c\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u76848.7\uff1a1\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5973\u6027\u60a3\u8005\u8f03\u591a\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u7a2e\u985e\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u652f\u6c23\u7ba1\u80ba\u6ce1\u764c\uff08bronchioloalveolar carcinoma\uff09\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u898b\u65bc\u975e\u5438\u7159\u5973\u6027\u7684\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u4e9e\u578b\u3002\u5df2\u6545\u570b\u5167\u77e5\u540d\u821e\u8005\u7f85\u66fc\u83f2\u8207\u5df2\u6545\u7684\u524d\u6cd5\u52d9\u90e8\u9577\u9673\u5b9a\u5357\u5747\u662f\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0
