\u6771\u4eac\u5730\u4e0b\u795e\u6bbf (the Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel)<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u571f\u6728\u5de5\u7a0b\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u78a9\u58eb\u751f \u5433\u4e30<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u7684\u6771\u4eac\u5730\u4e0b\u85cf\u8457\u4e00\u5ea7\u5730\u4e0b\u795e\u6bbf\uff0c\u5728\u5730\u4e0b\u4e8c\u5341\u5c64\u6a13\uff0850 \u516c\u5c3a\uff09\u6df1\u8655\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77 59 \u96bb\u516d\u5c64\u6a13\u9ad8\uff0818 \u516c\u5c3a\u9ad8\uff09\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u67f1\uff0c\u6490\u958b\u4e86\u9019\u7dbf\u5ef6\u6578\u767e\u516c\u5c3a\u9577\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u7a7a\u9593\u3002\u9019\u500b\u7a7a\u9593\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u5e0c\u81d8\u7684\u5df4\u7279\u8fb2\u795e\u6bbf\uff0c\u6797\u7acb\u7684\u67f1\u5b50\u548c\u9ad8\u8655\u7051\u843d\u7684\u5149\u8292\uff0c\u8b93\u9019\u500b\u7a7a\u9593\u7030\u6f2b\u8457\u838a\u56b4\u7684\u6c23\u6c1b\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u9019\u500b\u795e\u6bbf\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u4f9b\u5949\u4ec0\u9ebc\u795e\u7947\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7528\u4f86\u4fdd\u8b77\u6771\u4eac\u5730\u5340\u7684\u5730\u8868\u514d\u65bc\u6df9\u6c34\u4e4b\u60a3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9019\u5ea7\u795e\u6bbf\u7684\u4f86\u7531\u8981\u5f9e\u5730\u8868\u958b\u59cb\u8b1b\u8d77\u3002\u5728\u53e4\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5730\u8868\u662f\u571f\u58e4\u548c\u690d\u88ab\u70ba\u4e3b\u3002\u7576\u4e0b\u96e8\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u96e8\u6c34\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u5feb\u7684\u6ef2\u5165\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u571f\u58e4\u4e5f\u80fd\u5920\u4fdd\u7559\u4f4f\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u96e8\u6c34\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u96e8\u6c34\u4e0d\u6703\u5728\u5730\u8868\u6f2b\u6d41\u3002\u5728\u4e7e\u65f1\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u571f\u58e4\u88e1\u7684\u6c34\u6703\u6162\u6162\u7684\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u6cb3\u6d41\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u6cb3\u6c34\u4e0d\u6703\u4e00\u4e0b\u5b50\u5c31\u6d41\u4e7e\u3002\u9019\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u4f7f\u5f97\u6c34\u8cc7\u6e90\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u500b\u7de9\u885d\uff0c\u800c\u904d\u4f48\u690d\u88ab\u7684\u8349\u5730\u6797\u5730\u66f4\u80fd\u767c\u63ee\u7de9\u885d\u529f\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\u96a8\u8457\u90fd\u5e02\u7684\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u548c\u67cf\u6cb9\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u571f\u58e4\uff0c\u92fc\u7b4b\u6c34\u6ce5\u7684\u90fd\u5e02\u53e2\u6797\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u82b1\u8349\u6a39\u6728\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u96d6\u7136\u5805\u56fa\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u5728\u6ef2\u900f\u548c\u4fdd\u6c34\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u537b\u9060\u4e0d\u5982\u571f\u58e4\u690d\u88ab\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u4e0b\u96e8\uff0c\u96e8\u6c34\u7121\u6cd5\u7531\u5730\u8868\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u4fbf\u5728\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\u6d41\u52d5\u5f62\u6210\u5730\u8868\u9015\u6d41\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u4fdd\u6c34\u91cf\u548c\u6ef2\u900f\u901f\u5ea6\u90fd\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5730\u8868\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u9015\u6d41\u6703\u53c8\u6025\u53c8\u5287\u70c8\u7684\u6d41\u5230\u5730\u52e2\u8f03\u4f4e\u7aaa\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u9ede\u5c31\u6210\u70ba\u6c34\u707d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u70ba\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u6c34\u707d\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u4fbf\u60f3\u8fa6\u6cd5\u8b93\u57ce\u5e02\u80fd\u5920\u50cf\u571f\u58e4\u4e00\u6a23\u80fd\u5920\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u628a\u6c34\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u897f\u5143 1992 \u5e74\u6642\u5c31\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5728\u6771\u4eac\uff08\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u8b1b\u662f\u7426\u7389\u7e23\uff09\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u9019\u500b\u5730\u4e0b\u795e\u6bbf\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728 2006 \u5e74\u5168\u90e8\u5b8c\u5de5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
