$$58$$\uff5e$$70^\\circ C$$\u3001\u76f8\u5c0d\u6ebc\u5ea6 $$90\\%$$ \u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u5728 2~6 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u5206\u89e3\u70ba\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u548c\u6c34\u7b49\u8f03\u7121\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u4e8c\u3001PLA\u88fd\u5099<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">PLA\u662f\u7531\u4e73\u9178\u6240\u805a\u5408\u800c\u6210\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4e73\u9178\u7684\u88fd\u5099<br \/>\n\u4e73\u9178\uff08lactic acid\uff09\u53c8\u53eb\u03b1\u2500\u7fa5\u57fa\u4e19\u9178\uff0c\u5206\u5b50\u5f0f\u70ba $$\\bf{CH_3CHOHCOOH}$$\uff0c\u591a\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u9178\u5976\u548c\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ef\u7531\u4e09\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u88fd\u5f97\uff1a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>\u6fb1\u7c89\u767c\u9175\u6cd5\uff1a\u4ee5\u7389\u7c73\u3001\u8517\u7cd6\u3001\u751c\u83dc\u3001\u7d05\u85af\u3001\u99ac\u9234\u85af\u7b49\u70ba\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u7d93\u6c34\u89e3\u3001\u767c\u9175\u3001\u6de8\u5316\u3001\u96fb\u6ef2\u6790\u800c\u88fd\u6210\u4e73\u9178\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4e59\u919b\u2500\u6c2b\u6c30\u9178\u6cd5\uff1a\u4ee5\u4e59\u919b\u548c\u6c2b\u6c30\u9178\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u7d93\u916f\u5316\u3001\u5206\u89e3\u7b49\u53cd\u61c9\u800c\u5f97\u4e73\u9178\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4e19\u70ef\u6cd5\uff1a\u4ee5\u4e19\u70ef\u8207\u786b\u9178\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u7d93\u916f\u5316\u3001\u7cbe\u993e\u7b49\u800c\u88fd\u6210\u4e73\u9178\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>PLA\u7684\u88fd\u5099<br \/>\nPLA\u53ef\u7531\u5169\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u88fd\u5f97\uff1a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>\u76f4\u63a5\u7e2e\u805a\u6cd5\uff1a\u5728\u771f\u7a7a\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u6eb6\u5291\u4f7f\u4e73\u9178\u812b\u6c34\u7e2e\u805a\uff0c\u662f\u6700\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u805a\u548c\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u805a\u5408\u7269\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u8f03\u4f4e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4e19\u4ea4\u916f\u958b\u74b0\u805a\u5408\u6cd5\uff1a\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u6eb6\u5291\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u73fe\u4eca\u570b\u5916\u805a\u4e73\u9178\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u751f\u7522\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4ee5\u5169\u500b\u4e73\u9178\u5206\u5b50\u9032\u884c\u916f\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u4e19\u4ea4\u916f\uff0c\u518d\u958b\u74b0\u7e2e\u805a\u6210 PLA\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u4e09\u3001 \u512a\u7f3a\u9ede\u53ca\u61c9\u7528<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u512a\u9ede<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u70ba\u751f\u7269\u53ef\u5206\u89e3\u5851\u6599\uff08Biodegradable Plastics\uff09\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u548c\u5929\u7136\u7e96\u7dad\uff08e.x.\u7f8a\u6bdb\u3001\u8836\u7d72\uff09\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u6eab\u6fd5\u5ea6\u4e0b\u80fd\u7d93\u7d30\u83cc\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u7121\u6bd2\u4e14\u6c61\u67d3\u4f4e\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u53c8\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u9069\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u5206\u89e3\u3001\u5806\u80a5\u3001\u711a\u5316\u7b49\u5404\u7a2e\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u539f\u6599\u4f86\u81ea\u690d\u7269\u6216\u5316\u5de5\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u5851\u81a0\u6750\u6599\uff08e.x.PET\uff09\u55ae\u7368\u4f9d\u8cf4\u77f3\u6cb9\uff0c\u70ba\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u5177\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5851\u81a0\u6750\u6599\uff08e.x.PET\uff09\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cPLA\u5177\u6709\u89aa\u6c34\u6027\u3001\u7e96\u7dad\u5f37\u5ea6\u5927\u3001\u6297\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u3001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f4e\u7b49\u512a\u9ede\uff0c\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u597d\u7684\u624b\u611f\u3001\u8212\u9069\u6027\u3001\u6372\u66f2\u6027\u3001\u6372\u66f2\u5ea6\u4fdd\u6301\u6027\u548c\u67d3\u8272\u6027\u80fd\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7d50\u6676\u6027\u53ca\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u88fd\u6210\u7d72\u72c0\u3001\u8584\u819c\u3001\u6216\u9444\u5f62\u6210\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u4e0d\u6613\u71c3\u71d2<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u7f3a\u9ede<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u96d6\u5177\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u8f49\u5316\u6eab\u5ea6\uff08\u7d04 $$58$$\uff5e$$60^\\circ C$$\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u662f\u7dda\u6027\u7d50\u69cb\u805a\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u53d7\u9650\u65bc\u5176\u5728\u8010\u71b1\u548c\u6750\u6599\u5f37\u5ea6\u4e0a\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u82e5\u5229\u7528\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u5851\u81a0\u539f\u6599\u5316\u548c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f86\u6539\u826f\u6a5f\u68b0\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u6dfb\u52a0\u7269\u6216\u6539\u8b8a\u5b83\u539f\u672c\u7684\u6027\u8cea\u8207\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u6613\u7522\u751f\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u56de\u6536\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 PLA\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5851\u81a0\u7684\u56de\u6536\uff1a\u5851\u81a0\u7684\u56de\u6536\u539f\u662f\u900f\u904e\u6bd4\u91cd\u4f86\u5340\u5206\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5851\u81a0\uff08PE\u3001PET\u3001PS\u3001PP\u3001PVC\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u82e5\u52a0\u5165PLA\uff0c\u5176\u6240\u5177\u7684\u4f4e\u7194\u9ede\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5176\u4ed6\u4e94\u7a2e\u5851\u81a0\u7684\u56de\u6536\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u88fd\u5099PLA\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6210\u672c\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002 \u61c9\u7528 PLA\u53ef\u7d93\u52a0\u5de5\u88fd\u6210\u5982\u55ae\u7d72\u3001\u8907\u7d72\u3001\u77ed\u7e96\u68c9\u3001\u6df7\u7d21\u7e96\u7dad\u53ca\u9ecf\u7e54\u7269\u7b49\u7e96\u7dad\u7522\u54c1\u4e26\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u5c64\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u4e00\u822c\u5bb6\u5ead\u7528\u54c1\uff1a\u7528\u65bc\u5bb6\u7528\u684c\u5e03\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u5305\u88dd\u7db2\u6216\u888b\u7b49\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u4e00\u822c\u8863\u6599\uff1a\u85c9\u7531\u548c\u7f8a\u6bdb\u6df7\u7d21\uff0c\u53ef\u88fd\u6210\u5177\u751f\u7269\u53ef\u5206\u89e3\u6027\u3001\u8f03\u4f73\u7684\u5149\u4eae\u5ea6\u3001\u7d72\u7da2\u611f\u4ee5\u53ca\u5feb\u4e7e\u6027\u7684\u8863\u6599\u7e96\u7dad\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u27a2 \u5c08\u696d\u7528\u9014\uff1a\u88fd\u9020\u5de5\u7a0b\u7db2\u5e03\u3001\u904e\u6ffe\u6750\u3001\u852c\u679c\u683d\u57f9\u7db2\u53ca\u5e03\u3001\u7e69\u3001\u7dda\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u91ab\u7642\u7528\u54c1\uff1a\u53ef\u88fd\u9020\u624b\u8853\u7e2b\u5408\u7dda\u3001\u9aa8\u91d8\u3001\u885b\u751f\u7528\u5c3f\u7247\u3001\u885b\u751f\u68c9\u548c\u7e43\u5e36\u7b49 \u3002<\/p>\n<hr
