dogma\uff09\u4fc2\u6307\u53bb\u6c27\u6838\u91a3\u6838\u9178\uff08DNA\uff09\u7d93\u8f49\u9304\u4f5c\u7528\uff08transcription\uff09\u5408\u6210\u6838\u91a3\u6838\u9178\uff08RNA\uff09\uff0c\u518d\u8f49\u8b6f\uff08translation\uff09\u6210\u4f5c\u7528\u5206\u5b50\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5f71\u97ff\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u7136\u800c\u57281970\u5e74\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6Howard Temin\u53caDavid Baltimore\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u7684RNA\u816b\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\u5982\u52de\u6c0f\u8089\u7624\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08R-MLV\uff09\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\uff08reverse transcriptase\uff09\uff0c\u80fd\u5c07\u907a\u50b3\u4fe1\u606f\u7d93\u7531\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u4f5c\u7528\uff08reverse transcription\uff09\uff0c\u5f9eRNA\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u6210DNA\u3002\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u4f5c\u7528\u4e5f\u9678\u7e8c\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u8df3\u8e8d\u5206\u5b50\uff08retrotransposon\uff09\u53ca\u7aef\u7c92\u9ad4\uff08telomere\uff09\u7684\u5408\u6210\u3002\u6b64\u767c\u73fe\u8207\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u57281975\u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u4e86\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><b>\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u75c5\u6bd2<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\u5177\u6709RNA\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\uff08RNA-dependent DNA polymerase\uff09\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08retrovirus\uff09\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5176\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5177\u67092\u689d\u6b63\u80a1RNA\uff0c\u5728\u4fb5\u5165\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5f8c\uff0c\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\u6703\u4ee5RNA\u4f5c\u70ba\u6a21\u677f\uff0c\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u51fa\u55ae\u80a1\u7684\u4e92\u88dcDNA\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u7531DNA\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\uff08DNA-dependent DNA polymerase\uff09\u5408\u6210\u96d9\u80a1DNA\uff0c\u5c07\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u4fe1\u606f\u5d4c\u5165\u5bbf\u4e3b\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\uff0c\u518d\u5728\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u4f9d\u8f49\u9304\u53ca\u8f49\u8b6f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5408\u6210\u65b0\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u7d44\u51fa\u6210\u719f\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u9846\u7c92\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u5ee3\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u5373\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u5f8c\u5929\u514d\u75ab\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c5\u6bd2HIV\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u8a31\u591a\u53cd\u50b3\u9304\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7269\u5373\u70ba\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u6291\u5236\u5291\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\u4e0d\u5177\u6709\u6821\u6b63\uff08proof reading\uff09\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5176\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u51fa\u7684DNA\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u767c\u751f\u932f\u8aa4\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u8b8a\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><b>\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u7dda\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u672b\u7aef\u5177\u6709\u7aef\u7c92\u9ad4\uff08telomere\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u529f\u80fd\u5728\u65bc\u4fdd\u8b77\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u672b\u7aef\u4e0d\u5728DNA\u8907\u88fd\u6642\u7e2e\u77ed\u3002\u7aef\u7c92\u9176\uff08telomerase\uff09\u672c\u8eab\u70ba\u5e36\u6709RNA\u6a21\u677f\u7684\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u53ef\u5728DNA\u672b\u7aef\u5408\u6210\u5be1\u6838\u82f7\u9178\uff08oligonucleotide\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5165\u56fa\u5b9a\u4e14\u91cd\u8907\u7684DNA\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u5982\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u7aef\u7c92\u9ad4\u5e8f\u5217\u70ba(TTAGGG)n\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u771f\u6838\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u5728\u9032\u884cDNA\u8907\u88fd\u6642\u4e0d\u6703\u6025\u901f\u7e2e\u77ed\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5e36\u6709\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u8df3\u8e8d\u57fa\u56e0\uff08retrotransposon\uff09\uff0c\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u9175\u7d20\u6703\u5c07\u8f49\u9304\u51fa\u7684\u8df3\u8e8d\u57fa\u56e0RNA\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u70baDNA\uff0c\u518d\u5d4c\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7684\u8b8a\u7570\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span
