Schulze\uff09\u540c\u610f\u524d\u5f80\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u907c\u95ca\u7121\u969b\u7684\u6771\u90e8\u5730\u5340\u5fc3\u81df\u5730\u5e36\uff0c\u5230\u8449\u5c3c\u585e\u5730\u5340\u4e3b\u6301\u4e00\u500b\u751f\u614b\u7814\u7a76\u5c08\u6848\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u592a\u592a\u76f4\u7ffb\u767d\u773c\u3002\u8eab\u70ba\u5fb7\u570b\u99ac\u514b\u65af\u666e\u6717\u514b\u4e2d\u5fc3\u751f\u7269\u5730\u7403\u5316\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u5275\u6240\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u9817\u6709\u540d\u671b\u7684\u8212\u723e\u8328\uff0c\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u66fe\u7d93\u7336\u8c6b\u904e\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u9019\u662f\u7814\u7a76\u5317\u6975\u51cd\u539f\u8207\u68ee\u6797\u5982\u4f55\u5132\u5b58\u548c\u91cb\u653e\u78b3\u7684\u7368\u7279\u6a5f\u6703\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u6c7a\u5b9a\u958b\u59cb\u6253\u5305\u884c\u674e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4f4d\u5fb7\u570b\u7684\u78b3\u5faa\u74b0\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u662f\u56db\u5341\u4f4d\u5230\u4fc4\u570b\u897f\u90e8\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u54e1\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6216\u662f\u5916\u7c4d\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u50d1\u5c45\u570b\u5916\u7684\u4fc4\u570b\u4eba\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\u4ed6\u5011\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u7a2e\u7279\u5225\u7684\u7d93\u8cbb\uff0c\u5728\u4fc4\u570b\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u88e1\u8ca2\u737b\u5c08\u696d\u3002\u9019\u500b\u7e3d\u503c\u4e00\u767e\u4e8c\u5341\u5104\u76e7\u5e03\uff08\u56db\u5104\u5169\u5343\u516b\u767e\u842c\u7f8e\u91d1\uff09\u7684\u300c\u5de8\u7121\u9738\u5c08\u6848\u300d\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u662f\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u88dc\u5f37\u88ab\u5ffd\u8996\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9019\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u6574\u9ad4\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\u7684\u5617\u8a66\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u6b64\u91ce\u5fc3\u52c3\u52c3\u7684\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u660e\u78ba\u986f\u793a\u4fc4\u570b\u6b63\u5927\u91cf\u6ce8\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u7d93\u8cbb\u3002\u5728\u8607\u806f\u89e3\u9ad4\u5f8c\u7684\u5e7e\u5e74\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u4e00\u5ea6\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u80fd\u529b\u8fc5\u901f\u6c92\u843d\u3002\u8212\u723e\u8328\u8aaa\uff0c\u4fc4\u570b\u771f\u5207\u5730\u671f\u671b\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u91cd\u751f\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u5730\uff0c\u5361\u592b\u5361\u5f0f\u7684\u8352\u8a95\u5b98\u50da\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u76e4\u6839\u932f\u7bc0\u3001\u6642\u5e38\u6666\u6697\u4e0d\u660e\u7684\u898f\u7ae0\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u5834\u5927\u8b8a\u9769\u4e2d\u5b58\u6d3b\u4e86\u4e0b\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4fc4\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u5617\u8a66\u6392\u9664\u969c\u7919\u3002\u6885\u5fb7\u97cb\u5091\u592b\u7e3d\u7d71\u65bc\u4e0a\u500b\u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u63a5\u5230\u4e00\u5c01\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u570b\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7684\u62b1\u6028\u4fe1\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5c31\u8207\u5c08\u6848\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u6703\u9762\uff0c\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4ed6\u5011\u906d\u9047\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u4e5f\u627f\u8afe\u6703\u8a2d\u6cd5\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8212\u723e\u8328\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u719f\u6089\u9019\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u7fd2\u6027\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u4fc4\u570b\u9032\u884c\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u5145\u6eff\u8003\u9a57\u4e14\u6642\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u6cae\u55aa\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u9019\u88e1\u7684\u884c\u653f\u3001\u6cd5\u898f\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b78\u8853\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u90fd\u4ee4\u4eba\u8cbb\u89e3\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff0c\u300c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u826f\u597d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u95dc\u4fc2\u8207\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7576\u5730\u63f4\u52a9\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6beb\u7121\u6e96\u5099\u7684\u4f86\u5230\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u53ea\u60f3\u8457\u5728\u897f\u4f2f\u5229\u4e9e\u505a\u7814\u7a76\u5f88\u9177\uff0c\u90a3\u4f60\u9435\u5b9a\u5931\u6557\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u8212\u723e\u8328\u76f8\u7576\u5e78\u904b\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u3002\u5728\u6f2b\u9577\u7684\u8077\u696d\u751f\u6daf\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5df2\u7d93\u548c\u4fc4\u570b\u540c\u4e8b\u5408\u4f5c\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u8d85\u904e\u4e8c\u5341\u7bc7\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u4ed6\u7684\u9577\u671f\u5408\u4f5c\u8005\u73fe\u912d\u5fd9\u8457\u5e6b\u4ed6\u5728\u79d1\u62c9\u65af\u8afe\u96c5\u65af\u79d1\u7684\u897f\u4f2f\u5229\u4e9e\u806f\u90a6\u5927\u5b78\u5b89\u9813\u4e0b\u4f86\u3002\u90a3\u662f\u4ed6\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<div
