\u30081824-1907\u3009\u5728\u6578\u5b78\u3001\u7269\u7406\u3001\u5316\u5b78\u53ca\u79d1\u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u6709\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u96fb\u78c1\u5b78\u8207\u6eab\u71b1\u5b78\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u30021848\u5e74\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u7d55\u5c0d\u6eab\u6a19\uff0c\u5f8c\u4eba\u4e43\u4ee5\u4ed6\u7684\u59d3\u547d\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u514b\u8033\u65871824\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u611b\u723e\u862d\uff0c\u7236\u89aa\u7687\u5bb6\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f9e\u5c0f\u5c31\u63a5\u89f8\u6578\u5b78\uff0c\u4f46\u6bcd\u89aa\u65e9\u4e16\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4ed6\u60b2\u89c0\u5be1\u8a00\u7684\u500b\u6027\u3002\u514b\u8033\u6587\u5929\u8cc7\u8070\u7a4e\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u4ed6\u5728\u6578\u5b78\u4e0a\u7684\u5929 \u4efd\uff0c10\u6b72\u6642\u4ee5\u6578\u5b78\u8cc7\u512a\u751f\u8cc7\u683c\u9032\u5165\u683c\u62c9\u65af\u54e5\u5927\u5b78\u5538\u66f8\uff0c\u8207\u54e5\u54e5\u81ea\u88fd\u840a\u9813\u74f6\u548c\u4f0f\u6253\u96fb\u5806\u7b49\u5be6\u9a57\u5668\u6750\uff0c\u5728\u6e6f\u59c6\u751f\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b78\u7fd2\u96fb\u3001\u78c1\u3001\u5149\u5b78\uff0c15\u6b72\u6642\u4fbf\u7372\u5f97\u5927\u5b78\u7269 \u7406\u734e\uff0c16\u6b72\u7372\u5f97\u5929\u6587\u5b78\u734e\u30021841\u5e74\u514b\u8033\u6587\u9032\u5165\u528d\u6a4b\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u9ad8\u7b49\u6578\u5b78\u548c\u71b1\u5b78\uff0c20\u6b72\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u5230\u5df4\u9ece\u96f7\u8afe\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ed622\u6b72\u6642\u5c31\u5728\u6578\u5b78\u3001\u7269\u7406\u3001\u5316\u5b78\u53ca\u79d1 \u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u7b49\u5df2\u6709\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u88ab\u8058\u8acb\u70ba\u683c\u62c9\u65af\u54e5\u5927\u5b78\u81ea\u7136\u54f2\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u76f4\u52301899\u5e74\u9000\u4f11\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u514b\u8033\u6587\u5728\u5b78\u6821\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u9593\u7269\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u514b\u8033\u6587\u65bc\u5927\u5b78\u4efb\u6559\u671f\u9593\u5a36\u4e86\u9752\u6885\u7af9\u99ac\u746a\u683c\u9e97\u7279\uff0c1846\u5e74\u4ed6\u8a8d\u8b58\u4e86\u6cd5\u62c9\u7b2c\uff0c\u5169\u4eba\u6210\u70ba\u4e0d\u932f\u7684\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u4ed6\u53d7\u6cd5\u62c9\u7b2c\u5f71 \u97ff\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6578\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f48\u6027\u56fa\u9ad4\u6a21\u578b\u8868\u793a\u4f4d\u79fb\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u96fb\u78c1\u5b78\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u4ed6\u8207\u7126\u8033\u5169\u4eba\u5408\u4f5c\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u71b1\u529b\u5b78\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u8457\u540d\u7684\u300c\u7126\u8033-\u6e6f\u59c6\u751f\u6548\u61c9\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u71b1\u529b\u5b78\u7b2c\u4e00\u5b9a \u5f8b\uff0c1849\u5e74\u4ed6\u5229\u7528\u5361\u8afe\u5faa\u74b0\u5efa\u7acb\u7d55\u5c0d\u6eab\u6a19\uff0c\u4e26\u8a8d\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u79d1\u5b78\u73fe\u8c61\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u300c\u80fd\u91cf\u300d \u4e3b\u5c0e\uff0c1851\u5e74\u4ed6\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u300c\u71b1\u52d5\u529b\u7406\u8ad6\u300d\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u5167\u5bb9\u5373\u662f\u71b1\u529b\u5b78\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5b9a\u5f8b\u3002\u5169\u5e74\u5f8c\u4ed6\u7814\u7a76\u632f\u76ea\u5668\u653e\u96fb\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4ee5\u6578\u5b78\u5206\u6790\u5beb\u51fa\u4e86\u96fb\u632f\u76ea\u7684\u65b9\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff0c\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u984c\u70ba \u300c\u77ac\u614b\u96fb\u6d41\u300d\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u539f\u53ef\u767c\u73fe\u96fb\u78c1\u6ce2\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u4f461854\u4ed6\u537b\u6beb\u7121\u4fdd\u7559\u5730\u5c07\u96fb\u78c1\u7406\u8ad6\u7814\u7a76\u544a\u8a34\u99ac\u514b\u58eb\u5a01\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4e86\u99ac\u514b\u58eb\u5a01\u4e4b\u5f8c\u63d0\u51fa\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u96fb\u78c1\u7406\u8ad6\u30021856\u5e74\u8d77\u4ed6 \u8f49\u800c\u7814\u88fd\u6d77\u5e95\u96fb\u7e9c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u7d42\u65bc\u572810\u5e74\u5f8c\u6210\u529f\u5730\u67b6\u8a2d\u7b2c\u4e00\u689d\u6a6b\u8de8\u5927\u897f\u6d0b\u7684\u6d77\u5e95\u96fb\u7e9c\uff0c\u9019\u671f\u9593\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u79d1\u5b78\u5100\u5668\uff0c\u5982\u93e1\u96fb\u8a08\u548c\u96d9\u81c2\u96fb\u6a4b\u7b49\uff0c1866\u5e74\u4ed6\u767c\u660e\u4e86\u96fb \u5b50\u6aa2\u6d41\u5668\u53ef\u6aa2\u6e2c\u96fb\u5b50\u8a0a\u865f\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u4e86\u96fb\u5b50\u901a\u8a0a\u7684\u6642\u4ee3\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u7687\u5ba4\u56e0\u6b64\u9805\u8ca2\u737b\u5c01\u4ed6\u70ba\u7235\u58eb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1877\u5e74\u514b\u8033\u6587\u88ab\u9078\u70ba\u6cd5\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u5916\u570b\u9662\u58eb\uff0c1890\u5e74\u64d4\u4efb\u82f1\u570b\u7687\u5bb6\u5b78\u6703\u6703\u9577\uff0c1900\u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u91cd\u8981\u8b1b\u6f14\u8a8d\u70ba\u300c\u7269\u7406\u5927\u696d\u5df2\u5927\u52e2\u5e95\u5b9a\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e3b\u8981\u53ea\u5728\u7cbe\u76ca\u6c42\u7cbe\uff1b\u7136\u800c\u5730\u5e73\u7dda\u4e0a\u6709\u5169\u6735\u70cf\u96f2\u2500\u9081\u514b\u751f\/\u83ab\u7acb\u6e2c\u4e0d\u5230\u5730\u7403\u5728 &lt;\u4ee5\u592a&gt;
