Reagent<\/span>\uff09<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5be6\u9a57\u904e\u7a0b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5148\u7528\u6bdb\u5237\u6cbe\u5c11\u8a31\u6307\u7d0b\u7c89\u672b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5728\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4e0a\u8f15\u8f15\u7684\u5237\u6383\uff0c\u662f\u6307\u7d0b\u986f\u73fe\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u591a\u9918\u7684\u7c89\u672b\u5237\u9664\u3002\u8a18\u5f97\u5728\u5237\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e0d\u53ef\u592a\u904e\u7528\u529b\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u6703\u5c07\u6aa2\u9ad4\u7834\u58de\uff0c\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\u986f\u73fe\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002\u986f\u73fe\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u4ee5\u900f\u660e\u81a0\u7d19\u7531\u4e0a\u4ee5\u5169\u908a\u7ff9\u8d77\u4e2d\u592e\u5148\u63a5\u89f8\u6aa2\u9ad4\u65b9\u5f0f\u5411\u4e0b\u8cbc\u9ecf\u4f4f\u6307\u7d0b\uff0c\u8cbc\u9644\u7684\u81a0\u7d19\u61c9\u907f\u514d\u6c23\u6ce1\u7522\u751f\uff1b\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u896f\u7d19\u7684\u984f\u8272\u4f9d\u7c89\u672b\u984f\u8272\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u6df1\u8272\u7684\u7c89\u672b\u7528\u767d\u8272\u896f\u7d19\uff1b\u6dfa\u8272\u7684\u7c89\u672b\u5247\u7528\u9ed1\u8272\u896f\u7d19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c34\u6fd5\u6307\u7d0b\u90e8\u4efd\uff0c\u5728\u6ebc\u7684\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4e0a\u5674\u4e0a<span lang=\"EN-US\">SPR<\/span>\u8a66\u5291\u5728\u4ee5\u6e05\u6c34\u6c96\u6d17\u5f8c\u5f85\u5176\u81ea\u7136\u98a8\u4e7e\u5f8c\u5df2\u6307\u7d0b\u81a0\u7247\u63a1\u96c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5be6\u9a57\u5fc3\u5f97\u8207\u7d50\u8ad6\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u7c89\u672b\u6cd5\u5be6\u9a57\u9700\u7279\u5225\u6ce8\u610f\u6bdb\u5237\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u4e00\u4e0d\u5c0f\u5fc3\u5c31\u6703\u7834\u58de\u4e86\u6aa2\u9ad4\uff0c\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\u5237\u6383\u6642\u7684\u529b\u9053\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u6307\u7d0b\u7c89\u4e0d\u8981\u4e00\u6b21\u6cbe\u5f97\u592a\u591a\uff0c\u6cbe\u592a\u591a\u6703\u4f7f\u6700\u5f8c\u6e05\u9664\u591a\u9918\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u7c89\u6642\u7522\u751f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u56f0\u64fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7c89\u672b\u6cd5\u662f\u6700\u7c21\u6613\u6700\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u986f\u73fe\u6cd5\uff0c\u8981\u4fdd\u5b58\u4e5f\u5f88\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5982\u679c\u6aa2\u9ad4\u5237\u58de\u4e86\u5c31\u6c92\u6709\u91cd\u4f86\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8981\u7279\u5225\u7684\u5c0f\u5fc3\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u5982\u679c\u6307\u7d0b\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u5f88\u5c31\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u4e86\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u5475\u6c23\u6cd5\u4f7f\u4e4b\u6062\u5fa9\u6fd5\u6f64\uff0c\u518d\u4f7f\u7528\u7c89\u672b\u6cd5\u986f\u73fe\u3002\u6c34\u6fd5\u6307\u7d0b\u986f\u73fe\u6cd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u61c9\u5f85\u5176\u98a8\u4e7e\u5f8c\u624d\u80fd\u63a1\u96c6\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u63a1\u96c6\u5230\u4e00\u7247\u6a21\u7cca\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span &amp;amp;\">\u6307\u7d0b\u986f\u73fe\uff1a\u6c30\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u916f\u6cd5<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5be6\u9a57\u539f\u7406\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5229\u7528\u77ac\u9593\u63a5\u8457\u5291\uff0c\u4fd7\u7a31\u5feb\u4e7e\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5206\u70ba\u4e19\u70ef\u6c30\u9178\u9e7d\u985e\uff0c\u4e19\u70ef\u6c30\u5177\u6709\u6975\u7aef\u4e4b\u6d3b\u5316\u6027\uff0c\u5176\u6c23\u9ad4\u8207\u6307\u7d0b\u6c57\u6db2\u4e2d\u4e4b\u8102\u8cea\u3001\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3001\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7b49\u5f62\u6210\u4e19\u70ef\u6c30\u805a\u5408\u9ad4\uff0c\u5728\u6db2\u614b\u53ca\u6c23\u614b\u5747\u80fd\u9032\u884c\u81ea\u767c\u6027\u4e4b\u805a\u5408\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u7269\u9ad4\u8868\u9762\u4e4b\u5fae\u91cf\u6fd5\u6c23\u53ca\u6c27\u5206\u5b50\u5747\u80fd\u89f8\u767c\u77ac\u9593\u4e4b\u805a\u5408\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u8207\u4e4b\u9ecf\u63a5\uff0c\u4e26\u5f62\u6210\u767d\u8272\u7c92\u72c0\uff0c\u4e0d\u6613\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9069\u7528\u5c0d\u8c61\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u975e\u5438\u6c34\u6027\u4e4b\u5149\u6ed1\u9762\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5851\u81a0\u888b\u3001\u91d1\u5c6c\u88fd\u54c1\u3001\u76ae\u9769\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5be6\u9a57\u5668\u5177\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6c7d\u6c34\u7f50\uff08\u9435\u88fd\u6216\u92c1\u88fd\u5747\u53ef\uff09\u6216\u92c1\u7b94\u5305\u3001\u77ac\u9593\u9ecf\u8457\u5291\uff08\u5feb\u4e7e\uff09\u3001\u52a0\u71b1\u5668\u3001\u92c1\u7b94\u7d19\u3001\u901a\u98a8\u6ae5\u3001\u5bc6\u5c01\u5bb9\u5668\u3001\u593e\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5be6\u9a57\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5148\u5c07\u92c1\u7b94\u7d19\u6298\u6210\u676f\u72c0\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u5b83\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u52a0\u71b1\u5668\u4e0a\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u901a\u98a8\u6ae5\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c07\u53d7\u6aa2\u7269\u6389\u639b\u5728\u52a0\u71b1\u5668\u53ca\u92c1\u7b94\u4e0a\u65b9\uff0c\u5012\u5165\u5feb\u4e7e\uff0c\u6253\u958b\u52a0\u71b1\u5668\uff0c\u8b93\u52a0\u71b1\u51fa\u7684\u6c23\u9ad4\u71fb\u5728\u53d7\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4e0a\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u71fb\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u4e0d\u8981\u71fb\u904e\u982d\u6216\u8005\u662f\u71fb\u5f97\u592a\u5c11\uff0c\u4e19\u70ef\u6c30\u6c23\u9ad4\u548c\u6c57\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5247\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u6f5b\u4f0f\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5be6\u9a57\u5fc3\u5f97\u53ca\u7d50\u8ad6\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u6c30\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u916f\u6cd5\u986f\u73fe\u6307\u7d0b\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u8981\u7279\u5225\u6ce8\u610f\u71fb\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u9047\u5230\u6cb9\u8102\u6210\u5206\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u9700\u8981\u71fb\u4e45\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6c30\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u662f\u548c\u6c34\u7684\u6fd5\u6c23\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u76f8\u5c0d\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u8f03\u591a\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u5c31\u6bd4\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u986f\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c30\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u916f\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u73fe\u76ae\u9769\u985e\u7684\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u5728\u63a1\u96c6\u8eca\u4e2d\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u5f88\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u63a1\u53d6\u8eca\u5167\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u7528\u6c30\u4e19\u70ef\u9178\u916f\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span purple<\/span>\uff09\u7531\u65bc\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u975e\u5e38\u5b89\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e14\u8207\u7e96\u7dad\u7d20\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5438\u5f15\u529b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5176\u5728\u4e7e\u7684\u7d19\u5f35\u4e0a\u4e0d\u6613\u96a8\u6642\u9593\u79fb\u52d5\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u4e45\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u53ef\u7528<span
