Tc)\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u8d85\u5c0e\u9ad4\u5728\u9019\u500b\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u624d\u80fd\u5448\u73fe\u8d85\u5c0e\u614b\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u8d85\u904e\u9019\u500b\u6eab\u5ea6\u8d85\u5c0e\u614b\u4fbf\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u8d85\u5c0e\u73fe\u8c61(\u96f6\u96fb\u963b,\u53cd\u78c1\u6548\u61c9..\u7b49\u7b49)\u6703\u5b8c\u5168\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6eab\u5ea6\u5373\u662f\u6b64\u6750\u6599\u7684\u8d85\u5c0e\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\u8d85\u5c0e\u73fe\u8c61\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u4f4e\u65bcTc\u6642\u624d\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u9ad8\u65bc\u6b64\u6eab\u5ea6\u5247\u8f49\u8b8a\u6210\u96fb\u963b\u4e0d\u70ba\u96f6\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u614b\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u5143\u7d20\u548c\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5728\u5404\u81ea\u7279\u6709\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u9019\u500b\u8d85\u5c0e\u96fb\u6027\u7684\u6027\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a \/>\n\u9031\u671f\u8868\u4e0a\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u90fd\u6703\u6709\u8d85\u5c0e\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u9ad8\u58d3\u4e0b\u624d\u5177\u5099\u8d85\u5c0e\u7279\u6027\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u91d1\u5c6c\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u662fNb( TC=9.26K)\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u5408\u91d1\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u662fGe<sub>3<\/sub>Nb\u8584\u819c(TC=23.2K)\u3002\u6731\u7d93\u6b66\u8207\u5433\u8302\u6606\u6240\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u91d4\u92c7\u9285\u6c27\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u628a\u81e8\u754c\u8d85\u5c0e\u6eab\u5ea6\u63d0\u9ad8\u523090K\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u8de8\u8d8a\u5230\u53ef\u7528\u6db2\u6c2e\u80fd\u91cf\u6e2c\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\u8d85\u5c0e\u3002\u78c1\u6027\u7a00\u571f\u5143\u7d20\u548c\u9435\u9237\u93b3\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u8d85\u5c0e\u96fb\u6027\u7684\u7981\u5340\uff0c2008\u5e74\u9435\u57fa\u8d85\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u7684\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5176\u542b\u9435\u537b\u6709\u8d85\u5c0e\u7684\u7279\u6027\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u4ee5\u5f80\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6a23\u54c1\u7531\u6b63\u5e38\u614b\u5230\u8d85\u5c0e\u614b\u7684\u904e\u6e21\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u96fb\u963b\u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u96f6\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u9650\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u9593\u9694\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6eab\u5ea6\u9593\u9694\u6211\u5011\u7a31\u70ba\u8f49\u8b8a\u5bec\u5ea6\u2206Tc\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6a23\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u55ae\u6676\u3001\u8986\u6676\u548c\u4e0d\u7d14\u7684\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u8d85\u5c0e\u7684\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\u548c\u8f49\u8b8a\u5bec\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6eab\u5ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u9020\u6210\u8d85\u5c0e\u614b\u8207\u6b63\u5e38\u614b\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u8f49\u63db\u5916\uff0c\u78c1\u5834\u8207\u96fb\u6d41\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u4ea6\u6703\u9020\u6210\u8d85\u5c0e\u8207\u6b63\u5e38\u614b\u7684\u8f49\u63db\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u8d85\u5c0e\u6750\u6599\u5728\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u64cd\u4f5c\u9650\u5236\uff1a\u6eab\u5ea6\u3001\u78c1\u5834\u53ca\u96fb\u6d41\uff0c\u5176\u81e8\u754c\u503c\u5206\u5225\u7a31\u70ba\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\uff08Tc\uff09\u3001\u81e8\u754c\u78c1\u5834\uff08Hc\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u6750\u6599\u5728\u8d85\u5c0e\u614b\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\u6240\u80fd\u5fcd\u53d7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u78c1\u5834\uff09\u53ca\u81e8\u754c\u96fb\u6d41\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff08Jc\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u55ae\u4f4d\u9762\u7a4d\u6240\u80fd\u6d41\u901a\u7684\u6700\u5927\u8d85\u5c0e\u96fb\u6d41\uff0c\u5b89\u57f9\uff0f\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u5206\uff09\u3002\u7531\u4e0b\u5716\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u77fd\u6676\u7247\u4e0a\u934d\u4e0a600nm\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u922e\u8d85\u5c0e\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u5176\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\u70ba9.2K\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u589e\u52a0\u5916\u52a0\u78c1\u5834\u7684\u81e8\u754c\u6eab\u5ea6\u6703\u96a8\u4e4b\u8b8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u76f8\u8f49\u8b8a\u6eab\u5ea6\u5247\u4ecd\u7136\u975e\u5e38\u9661\u5ced\u3002<br
