\n\u570b\u7acb\u82d7\u6817\u9ad8\u7d1a\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u7269\u79d1\u90ed\u7f8e\u8c9e\u8001\u5e2b\/\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5e2b\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u5f35\u6c38\u9054\u526f\u6559\u6388\u8cac\u4efb\u7de8\u8f2f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u539f\u6838\u7d30\u80de\uff08prokaryote\uff09\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u90fd\u6df7\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u819c\uff08cell membrane\uff09\u5167\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u7a7a\u9593-\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\uff08cytoplasma\uff09\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u771f\u6838\u7d30\u80de\uff08eukaryote\uff09\u5167\u53c8\u6f14\u5316\u51fa\u8fc2\u56de\u66f2\u6298\u7684\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08endomembrane system\uff09\uff0c\u5206\u9694\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u500b\u80de\u5668\uff08organelle\uff09\u6709\u6548\u9032\u884c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u4f7f\u5404\u7a2e\u53cd\u61c9\u80fd\u5728\u7368\u7279\u7684\u90e8\u4f4d\u9806\u5229\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e92\u4e0d\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u901f\u7387\u3002\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u6838\u819c\uff08nuclear envelope\uff09\u3001\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\uff08endoplasmic reticulum, ER\uff09\u3001\u9ad8\u57fa\u6c0f\u9ad4\uff08Golgi apparatus\uff09\u3001\u6eb6\u9ad4\uff08lysosome\uff09\u3001\u5404\u7a2e\u6db2\u6ce1\uff08vacuole\uff09\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u819c\uff08plasma membrane\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u819c\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u78f7\u8102\u96d9\u5c64\uff08phospholipid bilayer\uff09\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u9644\u8457\u6216\u5305\u57cb\u819c\u4e2d\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d44\u6210\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6210\u54e1\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u4e9b\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u9023\u7684\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6838\u819c\u548c\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u662f\u85c9\u7531\u819c\u7247\u6bb5\u5305\u570d\u7684\u56ca\u6ce1\uff08vesicles\uff09\u50b3\u905e\u6216\u63a5\u6536\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u800c\u76f8\u95dc\u9023\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u8207\u9ad8\u57fa\u6c0f\u9ad4\u4e4b\u9593\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u8d77\u6e90\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u662f\u500b\u8b0e\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u96a8\u8457\u751f\u547d\u7684\u6f14\u5316\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u7684DNA\u5206\u5b50\u9060\u6bd4\u539f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u5927\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u751f\u547d\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\uff0cDNA\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u52e2\u5fc5\u9020\u6210\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u751f\u7406\u6d3b\u52d5\u66f4\u591a\u6a23\uff0c\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u8b93\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u90e8\u5f97\u4ee5\u4e95\u4e95\u6709\u689d\u7684\u5206\u5de5\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f7f\u7d30\u80de\u4ee3\u8b1d\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7387\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u4fdd\u8b77\u7d30\u80de\u4e0d\u53d7\u5167\u5728\u6216\u5916\u5728\u529b\u91cf\u7684\u7834\u58de\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
