\u689d\u8ad6\u7db1\uff08theses\uff09\uff0c\u4ed6\u8eab\u70ba\u601d\u5b9a\u6703\u7684\u4fee\u58eb\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u7121\u6cd5\u8cb7\u901a\u524d\u5f80\u5929\u5802\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002\u90a3\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u7814\u7a76\u8ad6\u6587\u300d\u53ef\u4ee5\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u8ad6\u9ede\u7684\u6642\u4ee3\u3002\u73fe\u4eca\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u8ad6\u6587\u540c\u6642\u662f\u60f3\u6cd5\u4e5f\u662f\u539f\u5275\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5747\u6709\u6578\u91cf\u7e41\u591a\u7684\u535a\u58eb\u73ed\u5b78\u751f\u4ee5\u6b64\u70ba\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u662f\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u662f\u7368\u7acb\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5165\u5834\u5238\uff0c\u5b83\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u6307\u5c0e\u6559\u6388\u548c\u5b78\u5f92\u5bc6\u5207\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7d50\u6676\u3001\u667a\u6167\u7684\u5091\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u53d6\u5f97\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4f9d\u570b\u5bb6\u3001\u5b78\u9662\u3001\u9818\u57df\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5b78\u751f\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u5b8c\u6210\u70ba\u671f\u5169\u5e74\u7684\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u696d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u6703\u7372\u5f97\u88dc\u52a9\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u53ea\u80fd\u81ea\u8cbb\u3002\u535a\u58eb\u73ed\u5b78\u751f\u53ef\u80fd\u53ea\u8981\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u4e0a\u8ab2\u3001\u8003\u8a66\uff0c\u6216\u7763\u5c0e\u5927\u5b78\u90e8\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u3002\u6578\u5b78\u8ad6\u6587\u53ef\u80fd\u53ea\u6709\u5341\u9918\u9801\uff0c\u6b77\u53f2\u8ad6\u6587\u537b\u53ef\u80fd\u903e\u767e\u9801\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u8a31\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u7576\u4e00\u4f4d\u535a\u58eb\u7d42\u65bc\u8a95\u751f\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u4e8c\u5341\u51fa\u982d\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u56db\u5341\u591a\u6b72\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5c0d\u8a31\u591a\u535a\u58eb\u73ed\u5b78\u751f\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5171\u540c\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u662f\u300c\u4e0d\u6eff\u300d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u4e9b\u5b78\u751f\u6703\u4ee5\u300c\u5974\u5f79\u300d\u5f62\u5bb9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4e00\u9031\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e03\u5929\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u5de5\u4f5c\u5341\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u5fae\u8584\u7684\u5de5\u8cc7\u548c\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u8aaa\u6cd5\u662f\uff1a\u300c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u6bd4\u5bb6\u6f02\u4eae\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u958b\u59cb\u6709\u559c\u6b61\u7684\u6ce1\u9eb5\u54c1\u724c\uff0c\u90a3\u4f60\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7814\u7a76\u751f\uff01\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u300c\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u672c\u8eab\u4e26\u4e0d\u4ee4\u4eba\u6cae\u55aa\u300d\u4e00\u4f4d\u525b\u5411\u6211\u5011\u5766\u627f\u4ed6\u559c\u6b61\u514d\u8cbb\u62ab\u85a9\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u4ee4\u4eba\u6cae\u55aa\u7684\u662f\u6406\u4e0d\u8457\u90a3\u500b\u7d42\u9ede\u3002\u300d\u6eff\u8179\u7262\u9a37\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u5230\u8655\u90fd\u662f\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u7522\u773e\u591a\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u5b78\u9662\u7cfb\u7d71\u986f\u7136\u5927\u6709\u554f\u984c\u3002\u535a\u58eb\u4f9b\u904e\u65bc\u6c42\u4e86\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u4eba\u6750\uff0c\u4f46\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u4eba\u6578\u548c\u8077\u7f3a\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u537b\u6c92\u6709\u592a\u5927\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u696d\u754c\u9818\u8896\u5e38\u5e38\u62b1\u6028\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u4eba\u6750\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5f71\u5c04\u5b78\u754c\u6c92\u6709\u6559\u5c0e\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u300c\u6709\u7528\u300d\u7684\u6771\u897f\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u8f9b\u8fa3\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\u5bb6\u751a\u81f3\u5c07\u535a\u58eb\u73ed\u6bd4\u55bb\u70ba\u50b3\u92b7\u8a50\u9a19\u6216\u9f90\u5f0f\u9a19\u5c40\uff08Ponzi scheme\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u63d0\u8ca8\u8c50\u6c9b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u56de\u9867\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u4f4d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8996\u70ba\u5c11\u6578\u65e2\u5f97\u5229\u76ca\u8005\u7684\u7279\u6b0a\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u6559\u8077\u54e1\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e8c\u6b21\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u6230\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u64f4\u5c55\uff0c\u9023\u5e36\u5730\u5c0d\u8b1b\u5e2b\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u4e5f\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u5230\u4e86 1970 \u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u7387\u5148\u64f4\u5c55\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u6578\u91cf\u5360\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u7406\u5de5\u9818\u57df\u7684\u535a\u58eb\u5247\u662f\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u4e8c\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\uff08\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u53e3\u5728\u7576\u6642\u50c5\u5360\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u516d\uff09\uff1b\u73fe\u5728\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u6bcf\u5e74\u751f\u7522 64,000 \u4f4d\u535a\u58eb\uff0c\u662f 1970 \u5e74\u7684\u5169\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5176\u5b83\u570b\u5bb6\u4e5f\u958b\u59cb\u8d95\u4e0a\uff0c\u5728 1998 \u5e74\u5230 2006 \u5e74\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u7d44\u7e54\uff08Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development\uff09\u8af8\u570b\u6240\u9812\u767c\u7684\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u6210\u9577 40%\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u4e4b\u4e0b\u7f8e\u570b\u6210\u9577 University\uff09\u52de\u52d5\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u5bb6\u5f17\u91cc\u66fc\uff08Richard Freeman\uff0c1943-\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff1a2006 \u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u50c5\u9304\u53d6\u5168\u4e16\u754c 12% University\uff09\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u52a9\u7406\u4e0a\u8ab2\u4e5d\u500b\u6708\u7684\u5e74\u85aa\u7d04 USD 20,000\uff0c\u4f46\u7f8e\u570b\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u85aa\u8cc7\u662f USD \u671f\u9593\u51fa\u7522\u903e\u5341\u842c\u500b\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u9019\u6bb5\u671f\u9593\u53ea\u589e\u52a0\u4e00\u842c\u516d\u5343\u540d\u6559\u6388\uff1b\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\uff0c2007
