of Reproduction<\/em>\uff09\u4e0a\uff0c\u85c9\u8457\u53ea\u5177\u6709\u7236\u7cfb\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7684\u5375\u5b50\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u53e6\u4e00\u96bb\u96c4\u9f20\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5f97\u51fa\u6b64\u4e00\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u7f8e\u570b\u5fb7\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u8005\u8c9d\u9748\u5091\uff08Richard Behringer\uff09\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u65b0\u5947\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5c0d\u65bc\u54fa\u4e73\u985e\u52d5\u7269\u7e41\u6b96\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f14\u52a9\u7e41\u6b96\u6280\u8853\u5bd3\u610f\u6df1\u9060\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u7e7c\u5229\u7528\u4f86\u81ea<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/wiredscience\/2010\/04\/mitochondria-engineering\" target=\"_blank\">\u4e09\u4eba\u7684DNA\u5275\u9020\u4eba\u985e\u80da\u80ce<\/a>\uff0c\u53ca\u4ee5\u5169\u96bb\u6bcd\u7334\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8907\u88fd\u7334\u5b50\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u300c\u96d9\u7239\u5c0f\u9f20\u300d\u7814\u7a76\u518d\u5275\u65b0\u5c40\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6280\u8853\u96e2\u5be6\u969b\u904b\u7528\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u8eab\u4e0a\u9084\u65e9\u5f97\u5f88\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u6c38\u9060\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u5408\u6cd5\u7684\u4e00\u5929\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u5c0d\u65bc\u907f\u514d\u67d0\u4e9b\u91cd\u5927\u907a\u50b3\u7f3a\u9677\u4ee3\u4ee3\u50b3\u905e\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u540c\u6a23\u7684\uff0c\u300c\u96d9\u7239\u5c0f\u9f20\u300d\u6280\u8853\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\u80fd\u5920\u907f\u514d\u7c92\u817a\u9ad4\u75be\u75c5\uff08mitochondrial disease\uff09\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5be6\u969b\u64cd\u4f5c\u8207\u9053\u5fb7\u502b\u7406\u5c64\u9762\u90fd\u9084\u554f\u984c\u91cd\u91cd\u3002\u6216\u8a31\u904b\u7528\u5728\u80b2\u7a2e\u4ee5\u53ca\u62ef\u6551\u7015\u5371\u52d5\u7269\u9084\u6bd4\u8f03\u53ef\u884c\u4e00\u4e9b\u3002<\/p>\n<figure iPS<\/a>\uff09\uff0ciPS\u65bc2000\u5e74\u7531\u65e5\u672c\u4eac\u90fd\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u8005\u5c71\u4e2d\u4f38\u5f4c\u7b49\u4eba\u7814\u767c\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u900f\u904e\u57fa\u56e0\u91cd\u7de8\u7a0b\uff08reprogramming\uff09\u800c\u8fd1\u4f3c\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u7d04\u6709\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684iPS\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u5206\u5316\u6642\u6703\u81ea\u52d5\u5931\u53bbY\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\uff0c\u8b8a\u6210XO\u7d30\u80de\uff08X-only cells\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u63a5\u8457XO\u7d30\u80de\u7684DNA\u88ab\u53d6\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u6ce8\u5165\u672a\u6210\u719f\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u88e1\uff0c\u6b96\u5165\u4ee3\u7406\u5b55\u6bcd\u9ad4\u5167\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5f8c\u4ee3\u5177\u6709\u4f86\u81ea\u7236\u7cfb\u7684X\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e14\u5176\u4e2d\u90e8\u5206\u96cc\u6027\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u5375\u53ea\u5177\u6709\u7238\u7238\u4e00\u865f\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9019\u4e9b\u5c0f\u9f20\u9577\u5927\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u96c4\u9f20\u4ea4\u914d\uff08\u5c31\u662f\u7238\u7238\u4e8c\u865f\uff09\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u751f\u7522\u51fa\u5168\u90e8\u4f86\u81ea\u7236\u7cfb\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u6709\u500b\u91cd\u5927\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u91cd\u7de8\u7a0b\u5f8c\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u50be\u5411\u65bc\u8f49\u8b8a\u6210\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u82e5\u5148\u4e0d\u7ba1\u9019\u500b\u56b4\u91cd\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u91cd\u7de8\u7a0b\u6280\u8853\u4f86\u300c\u8b93\u5973\u6027\u6350\u8d08\u8005\u7522\u751f\u7cbe\u5b50\u300d\u3001\u300c\u4ee4\u5169\u500b\u6bcd\u89aa\u751f\u7522\u51fa\u5f97\u4ee5\u5b58\u6d3b\u7684\u7537\u5973\u5f8c\u4ee3\u300d\u90fd\u662f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<pre><span
