rearrangement\uff09\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u53cd\u61c9\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u9700\u8981\u56b4\u82db\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u9ad8\u6eab\u6216\u9e7c\u6027\u74b0\u5883\u624d\u80fd\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u4e14\u5f9e\u672a\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u80fd\u81ea\u7136\u767c\u751f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7576\u805a\u5c0d\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e59\u4e8c\u916f\uff08polyethylene terephthalate, PET\uff0c\u5bf6\u7279\u74f6\u5e38\u898b\u539f\u6599\uff09\u7684\u884d\u751f\u7269\u9032\u5165\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u6642\uff0c\u6d1b\u68ee\u91cd\u6392\u53cd\u61c9\u7adf\u80fd\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u81ea\u767c\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u904e\u7a0b\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u7121\u5bb3\uff0c\u9084\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u6975\u4f73\u7684\u300c\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u300d\uff08biocompatible\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9019\u9805\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5316\u5b78\u8f49\u5316\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u5148\u5229\u7528\u5316\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u628aPET\u5851\u81a0\u5206\u89e3\u6210\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba<em>O<\/em>-Piv\u82ef\u57fa\u7fa5\u809f\u9178\u916f\uff08<em>O<\/em>-Piv benzhydroxamate\uff09\u7684\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7269\u8cea\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u6d1b\u68ee\u91cd\u6392\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u8f49\u5316\u6210\u5c0d\u80fa\u57fa\u82ef\u7532\u9178\uff08para-aminobenzoic acid, PABA\uff09\u3002\u7531\u65bcPABA\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\u5408\u6210\u8449\u9178\u7684\u5fc5\u9700\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u800c\u8449\u9178\u5247\u662fDNA\u5408\u6210\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8f14\u9176\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6c92\u6709PABA\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u5c31\u7121\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u751f\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u9a57\u8b49\u9019\u500b\u8f49\u5316\u6a5f\u5236\u80fd\u5426\u5728\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9078\u64c7\u4e00\u7a2e\u7121\u6cd5\u81ea\u884c\u5408\u6210PABA\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6539\u9020\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\uff0c\u505a\u70ba\u6e2c\u8a66\u5c0d\u8c61\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u628a\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u83cc\u548c<em>O<\/em>-Piv\u82ef\u57fa\u7fa5\u809f\u9178\u916f\u653e\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u57f9\u990a\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u4ee4\u4eba\u9a5a\u559c\uff1a\u9019\u4e9b\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u90fd\u5b58\u6d3b\u4e0b\u4f86\uff01\u986f\u793a\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u5229\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\u50ac\u5316\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5c07<em>O<\/em>-Piv\u82ef\u57fa\u7fa5\u809f\u9178\u916f\u8f49\u5316\u70baPABA\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u7d50\u679c\u4e0d\u50c5\u8b49\u5be6\u4e86\u6d1b\u68ee\u91cd\u6392\u80fd\u5728\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u9806\u5229\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u5851\u81a0\u5783\u573e\u80fd\u88ab\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u751f\u7269\u5fc5\u9700\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
