H.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8a71\u8aaa\u904e\u53bb\u6211\u5011\u4e86\u89e3\u91cb\u51fa\u5f8c\u7684\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\uff0c\u597d\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u5979\u5011\u5c08\u5c6c\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u53d7\u9ad4\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u638c\u63a7\u591a\u8b8a\u7684\u751f\u7269\u795e\u7d93\u5fc3\u7406\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6545\u4e8b\u4e26\u672a\u5c31\u6b64\u7d50\u675f\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u9084\u5fc5\u9808\u901a\u904e\u56de\u6536\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u8b93\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u56de\u5230\u539f\u4f86\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u624d\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u905e\u8cea\u50b3\u5c0e\u3002\u82e5\u4ee5\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7684\u6bd4\u55bb\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5047\u8a2d\u5927\u8166\u4e2d\u6709\u5f37\u5927\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u300c\u5438\u5875\u5668\u300d\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u5c0d\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u7406\u89e3\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u9032\u51fa\u8166\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6a5f\u5236\u5c31\u8b8a\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u7c21\u55ae\u8207\u5bb9\u6613\u4e86\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u81fa\u5438\u5875\u5668\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u8f49\u904b\u9ad4 \u5438\u5875\u5668\u6bd4\u55bb\uff5c\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u4f5c\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\/AI\u5354\u540c\u88fd\u5716<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u7576\u300c\u5438\u5875\u5668\u300d\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\uff0c\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u6700\u7d42\u6703\u88abDAT\u300c\u5438\u56de\u300d\u795e\u7d93\u5143\uff0c\u4f7f\u5927\u8166\u6062\u5fa9\u5230\u53d7\u523a\u6fc0\u8f03\u5c11\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u554f\u984c\u662f\u5982\u679c\u9019\u4e9b\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\uff0c\u6c92\u80fd\u9069\u6642\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u5c0d\u65bc\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u5728\u7a81\u89f8\u9593\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5c07\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u904e\u9ad8\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u9020\u6210\u4e0b\u6e38\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\u904e\u5927\u3002\u800c\u5931\u63a7\u7684DAT\u5c07\u5c0e\u81f4\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u6fc3\u5ea6\u904e\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u53ef\u80fd\u7f79\u60a3\u7cbe\u795e\u75c7\u72c0\u548c\u601d\u89ba\u5931\u8abf\uff0c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u904e\u4f4e\u5247\u8207\u5e15\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u9019\u500b\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5be6\u9ad4\uff1a\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u8de8\u819c\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u53c8\u7a31\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u651c\u5e36\u8005 (Dopamine Carriers) \u6216\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d (DAT)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9867\u540d\u601d\u7fa9\uff0cDAT\u662f\u651c\u5e36\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u3001\u53c3\u8207\u96e2\u5b50\u3001\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u548c\u5927\u5206\u5b50\uff08\u5982\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff09\u7a7f\u904e\u751f\u7269\u819c\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u3002DAT\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u7368\u7279\u7684\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\u79d1\u5b78\u5be6\u9ad4\u7d04\u65bc20\u4e16\u7d0060\u5e74\u4ee3\u672b\u671f\uff0c\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u85e5\u7406\u5b78\u63a2\u7d22\u6a19\u7684\uff0c\u81f390\u5e74\u4ee3\u5247\u53d7\u76ca\u65bc\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\u5168\u9762\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u84ec\u52c3\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<figure system)\uff0c\u5728\u7a81\u89f8\u524d\u5f8c\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u9593\u53bb\u9664\u91cb\u653e\u7684\u905e\u8cea\u5982\u5716\u4e8c\u6240\u793a\uff1a\u795e\u7d93\u905e\u8cea\u50b3\u5c0e\u7684\u53bb\u6d3b\u6027\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u5728\u7a81\u89f8\u524d\u5f8c\u7684\u5438\u6536\uff0f\u651d\u53d6\u3001\u4ee3\u8b1d\u3001\u64f4\u6563\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7b49\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u6b64\u63cf\u8ff0\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u5f8c\u4f86\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7406\u89e3\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u7a81\u89f8\u9593\u9699\u5f8c\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u88ab\u5e36\u56de\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6309\u7167\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u91ab\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7684\u91ab\u5b78\u79d1\u76ee\u6a19\u984c (MeSH: D050483) \u5b9a\u7fa9\uff1aDAT\u662f\u6c2f\u5316\u9209\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u795e\u7d93\u50b3\u5c0e\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u540c\u5411\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f4d\u65bc\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u80fd\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u4e0a\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u900f\u904e\u7a81\u89f8\u524d\u7aef\u7684\u9ad8\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u91cd\u65b0\u651d\u53d6\uff0c\u5f9e\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u7a7a\u9593\u53bb\u9664\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u662f\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u651d\u53d6\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7684\u6a19\u9776\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3DAT\u57fa\u790e\u53ef\u5f9e\u77e5\u8b58\u6a39\u4e2d\u5b83\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u7236\u8f29\u5982\u5716\u4e09\u6240\u793a\uff1a\u5152\u8336\u915a\u80fa\u8cea\u819c\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d (Catecholamine Plasma Membrane Transport Proteins)\u3001\u540c\u5411\u8f49\u904b\u9ad4 (Symporters) \u548c\u6eb6\u8cea\u8f09\u9ad4\u86cb\u767d (Solute Carrier Proteins, SLC) \u4e00\u7aba\u7a76\u7adf\u3002\u6309\u7167MeSH\u5b9a\u7fa9\u5206\u5225\u70ba\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5152\u8336\u915a\u80fa\u8cea\u819c\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d<\/strong>\uff1a\u53c8\u7a31\u5152\u8336\u915a\u80fa\u8f09\u9ad4
