allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5305\u542b\u7d04\u5169\u842c\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5df2\u6709\u56db\u5343\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u88ab\u8b49\u5be6\u8207\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u904e\u53bb\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u807d\u805e\u57fa\u56e0\u6280\u8853\u591a\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u6539\u9020\u52d5\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u5df2\u9010\u6b65\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u4eba\u985e\u91ab\u5b78\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u904e\u75c5\u6bd2\u8f09\u9ad4\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u5c07\u57fa\u56e0\u5f15\u5165\u4eba\u9ad4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9019\u4e9b\u57fa\u56e0\u5982\u4f55\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u4ee3\u8b1d\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5be6\u73fe\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5c07\u662f\u672a\u4f86\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6280\u8853\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6b21\u6f14\u8b1b\u3008\u7f55\u898b\u75be\u75c5\u4e4b\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u3009\u7684\u4e3b\u8b1b\u8005\u80e1\u52d9\u4eae\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u5b78\u7cfb\uff0c\u4e26\u53d6\u5f97\u81fa\u5927\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u80e1\u6559\u6388\u73fe\u70ba\u4e2d\u570b\u91ab\u85e5\u5927\u5b78\u7279\u8058\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u64d4\u4efb\u81fa\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u57fa\u56e0\u91ab\u5b78\u90e8\u4e3b\u6cbb\u91ab\u5e2b\u53ca\u81fa\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5c0f\u5152\u79d1\u540d\u8b7d\u6559\u6388\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u80e1\u6559\u6388\u66fe\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u7d04\u7ff0\u970d\u666e\u91d1\u65af\u5927\u5b78\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u7cfb\u64d4\u4efb\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\uff0c\u5c08\u7cbe\u65bc\u5c0f\u5152\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u3001\u5206\u5b50\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u57fa\u56e0\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u3002\u85c9\u7531\u9019\u6b21\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u807d\u773e\u5c07\u4e86\u89e3\u57fa\u56e0\u6280\u8853\u5982\u4f55\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u5065\u5eb7\u5e36\u4f86\u5d84\u65b0\u7684\u8996\u91ce\u8207\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u81fa\u5927\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u7d04\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u4eba\u985e\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u89e3\u78bc\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u89e3\u6790\u4e86\u5305\u542b\u7d0430\u5104\u500b\u9e7c\u57fa\u5c0d\uff08bp\uff09\u7684DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u7a81\u7834\u6700\u521d\u5f15\u767c\u9707\u64bc\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u56e0\u5176\u6280\u8853\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u5176\u5c0d\u50b3\u7d71\u4fe1\u4ef0\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff1a\u4eba\u985e\u904e\u53bb\u8996\u81ea\u8eab\u70ba\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5275\u9020\u7684\u5947\u8e5f\uff0c\u800c\u57fa\u56e0\u89e3\u78bc\u537b\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u751f\u547d\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5e8f\u5217\u5df2\u88ab\u89e3\u78bc\uff0c\u4eba\u985e\u5c0d\u5176\u529f\u80fd\u53ca\u4ea4\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u4ecd\u5341\u5206\u6709\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80e1\u6559\u6388\u5206\u4eab\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5e38\u501f\u52a9\u96fb\u5f71\u60f3\u50cf\u5c55\u73fe\u672a\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u3002\u4f8b\u59821993\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u4f8f\u5138\u7d00\u516c\u5712\u300b\uff0c\u63cf\u7e6a\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5f9e\u7425\u73c0\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u6050\u9f8d\u8840\u6db2\u7684DNA\uff0c\u518d\u73fe\u9060\u53e4\u7269\u7a2e\uff1b\u53e6\u5916\uff0c2013\u5e74\u7d93\u5178\u96fb\u5f71\u300a\u8d85\u4eba\u300b\u4e5f\u5c07\u6c2a\u661f\u4eba\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\u6eb6\u5165\u4e3b\u89d2\u9ad4\u5167\u3002\u5728\u73fe\u5be6\u4e2d\uff0c1996\u5e74\u7684\u6843\u8389\u7f8a\u5247\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u8907\u88fd\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u4e00\u96bb\u767d\u7f8a\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u8207\u53e6\u4e00\u96bb\u9ed1\u7f8a\u7684\u5375\u5b50\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\u6210\u529f\u57f9\u80b2\u51fa\u907a\u50b3\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u767d\u7f8a\u500b\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\u5206\u6790\u6280\u8853\u7a81\u98db\u731b\u9032\u3002\u65e9\u671f\u89e3\u51fa\u9996\u500b\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u8017\u6642\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u800c\u73fe\u4eca\u4f7f\u7528\u6b21\u4e16\u4ee3\u6e2c\u5e8f\uff08next generation sequencing, NGS\uff09\uff0c\u50c5\u9700\u5169\u5929\u5373\u53ef\u5b8c\u621040\u500b\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7684\u5206\u6790\u3002\u82e5\u8cc7\u91d1\u5145\u8db3\uff0c\u4e00\u9031\u5167\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u5be6\u73fe\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u89e3\u78bc\uff0c\u6bcf\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u5b58\u6709\u81ea\u8eab\u57fa\u56e0\u6578\u64da\u7684\u88dd\u7f6e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6578\u64da\u5b89\u5168\u8207\u96b1\u79c1\u98a8\u96aa\u4e5f\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u9700\u66f4\u5be9\u614e\u5730\u6b0a\u8861\u5176\u61c9\u7528\u50f9\u503c\u8207\u6f5b\u5728\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eba\u985e\u5728\u89e3\u6790\u57fa\u56e0\u5f8c\uff0c\u8457\u624b\u63a2\u8a0e\u57fa\u56e0\u8207\u751f\u547d\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u3002\u521d\u6b65\u4f30\u7b97\uff0c\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\u6578\u91cf\u7d04\u5169\u842c\u500b\uff0c\u4e14\u5176\u4e2d\u50c5\u56db\u5343\u591a\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u88ab\u78ba\u8a8d\u8207\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u4eba\u985e\u5c0d\u57fa\u56e0\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u4ecd\u5b58\u5728\u5927\u91cf\u672a\u77e5\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5df2\u80fd\u7cbe\u6e96\u64cd\u63a7\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5c07\u76ee\u6a19\u57fa\u56e0\u63d2\u5165\u74b0\u72c0\u8cea\u9ad4\uff0c\u518d\u5c0e\u5165\u52d5\u7269\u80da\u80ce\uff0c\u4f7f\u57fa\u56e0\u5728\u51fa\u751f\u500b\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5448\u73fe\u7279\u5b9a\u8868\u5fb5\uff0c\u5982\u87a2\u5149\u984f\u8272\u5206\u5e03\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5be6\u73fe\u591a\u7a2e\u984f\u8272\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u8207\u5426\uff0c\u5168\u4ef0\u8cf4\u300c\u555f\u52d5\u5b50\u300d\u7684\u8abf\u63a7\uff0c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3001\u6642\u9593\u8207\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u81fa\u5927\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6311\u6230\u5728\u65bc\u5982\u4f55\u5c07\u76ee\u6a19\u57fa\u56e0\u9001\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u5229\u7528\u75c5\u6bd2\u4f5c\u70ba\u57fa\u56e0\u8f09\u9ad4\u3002\u80e1\u6559\u6388\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u7b56\u7565\u6e90\u65bc\u75c5\u6bd2\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5929\u6027\uff1a\u5c07\u81ea\u8eab\u7684DNA\u6216RNA\u6253\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u5167\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u7e41\u884d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u566c\u83cc\u9ad4\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5c08\u4ee5\u7d30\u83cc\u70ba\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u7576\u566c\u83cc\u9ad4\u9644\u8457\u5728\u7d30\u83cc\u8868\u9762\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u5c07\u81ea\u5df1\u7684DNA\u6ce8\u5165\u7d30\u83cc\u5167\uff0c\u64cd\u63a7\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u5e6b\u52a9\u5176\u7e41\u6b96\u3002\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684DNA\u901a\u5e38\u8f03\u77ed\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7a2e\u985e\u76f8\u7576\u5c11\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u88fd\u9020\u5404\u5f0f\u75c5\u6bd2\u6240\u9700\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u9032\u884c\u7e41\u6b96\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4ecb\u65bc\u751f\u7269\u8207\u975e\u751f\u7269\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u6b63\u662f\u5229\u7528\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u9019\u4e9b\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5c0d\u5176\u9032\u884c\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u70ba\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u8f09\u9ad4\uff0c\u5c07\u76ee\u6a19\u57fa\u56e0\u900f\u904e\u75c5\u6bd2\u9001\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u3002\u6839\u64da\u75c5\u6bd2\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5176\u61c9\u7528\u4e5f\u6709\u6240\u5dee\u7570\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u817a\u75c5\u6bd2\u662f\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u8f09\u9ad4\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0cDNA\u5927\u5c0f\u7d04\u70ba36kb\uff1b\u800c\u817a\u76f8\u95dc\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08adeno-associated
