400;\">\u7576\u5168\u7403\u5e73\u5747\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5c07\u5e36\u4f86\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff1f\u6975\u7aef\u6c23\u5019\u662f\u6700\u76f4\u63a5\u4e14\u986f\u8457\u7684\u4f8b\u8b49\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u71b1\u6d6a\u3001\u91ce\u706b\u3001\u6975\u7aef\u964d\u96e8\u8207\u4e7e\u65f1\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6696\u5316\u6240\u81f4\u7684\u6975\u7aef\u6c23\u5019\uff0c\u4eba\u985e\u9935\u7d66\u5730\u7403\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\uff0c\u53d7\u71b1\u7684\u5730\u7403\u4fbf\u3002<br \/>\n\u8a31\u8001\u5e2b\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u6c23\u5019\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u591a\u6b21\u4ee5\u6c23\u5019\u6a21\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\u6a21\u64ec\uff0c\u6b78\u7d0d\u51fa\u4eba\u985e\u6b63\u662f\u9020\u6210\u4e8c\u5341\u4e16\u7d00\u5f8c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u589e\u52a0\u8207\u6c23\u6eab\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4ee5\u60c5\u5883\u5f0f\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u63a8\u4f30\u6975\u7aef\u9ad8\u6eab\uff08\u71b1\u6d6a\uff09\u8207\u589e\u6eab\uff0f\u6696\u5316\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6210\u6b63\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u9023\u5e36\u9020\u6210\u6975\u7aef\u964d\u96e8\u8207\u4e7e\u65f1\u7684\u983b\u7387\u589e\u52a0\u3001\u5f37\u5ea6\u589e\u5f37\u3002<br \/>\n\u5168\u7403\u6696\u5316\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5247\u4f7f\u53f0\u7063\u9010\u6f38\u8d70\u5411\u6f2b\u9577\u7684\u590f\u65e5\u8207\u6d88\u5931\u7684\u51ac\u5b63\uff0c\u9010\u4e26\u5f9e\u4e9e\u71b1\u5e36\u8d70\u5411\u71b1\u5e36\u6c23\u5019\uff0c\u9023\u5e36\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u662f\u5730\u65b9\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u7522\u91cf\u8207\u6536\u6210\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56e0\u70ba\u708e\u71b1\u5316\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\u4f7f\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u7528\u96fb\u9700\u6c42\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u82e5\u7121\u6cd5\u6291\u5236\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u9ad8\u6392\u653e\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u5728\u6700\u60e1\u52a3\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6c23\u5019\u5c07\u53ef\u80fd\u56de\u5230\u56db\u81f3\u4e94\u5343\u842c\u5e74\u524d\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 \/>\nIPCC\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c0f\u7d44\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5831\u544a\uff082022\u5e742\u6708\u516c\u544a\uff09\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b78\u7d0d\u51fa\u300c\u885d\u64ca\u3001\u8abf\u9069\u3001\u8106\u5f31\u5ea6\u300d\u70ba\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u95dc\u9375\u5b57\uff0c\u8a31\u8001\u5e2b\u88dc\u5145\u5230\uff0c\u5728\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u7684\u52a0\u901f\u885d\u64ca\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u9019\u4efd\u5831\u544a\u6307\u51fa\u8207\u6e1b\u78b3\u540c\u6a23\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u300c\u8abf\u9069\u300d\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u4e0b\u7684\u8106\u5f31\u7fa4\u9ad4\u66f4\u591a\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93\u5168\u7403\u6c23\u5019\u671d\u5f80\u97cc\u6027\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u65b9\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u7de9\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u6301\u7e8c\u52a0\u5287\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<br
