style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5411\u8840\u6c57\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u8aaa\u4e0d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4f86\u81ea\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\uff08cocoa bean\uff09\u7684\u53ef\u53ef\uff0c\u52a0\u5de5\u5f8c\u6210\u70ba\u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u751c\u53ef\u82e6\u3001\u7528\u5403\u7684\u6216\u7528\u559d\u7684\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u6578\u4e0d\u76e1\u7684\u65b0\u5947\u642d\u914d\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8ddf\u5496\u5561\u3001\u8336\u4e26\u7a31\u4e16\u754c\u4e09\u5927\u98f2\u6599\uff0c\u662f\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u6c89\u8ff7\u7684\u7f8e\u5473\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u7a2e\u7f8e\u5473\u4e5f\u6709\u9670\u6697\u9762\u2014\u2014\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\u7684\u7a2e\u690d\u9577\u4e45\u4ee5\u4f86\u90fd\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u525d\u524a\u7ae5\u5de5\u548c\u58d3\u69a8\u8fb2\u6c11\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u897f\u975e\u7684\u8c61\u7259\u6d77\u5cb8\uff08Ivory Coast\uff09\u548c\u8fe6\u7d0d\uff08Ghana\uff09\u80a9\u8ca0\u8457\u5168\u740370%\u7684\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u770b\u4f3c\u5b55\u80b2\u8457\u5922\u5e7b\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3001\u537b\u5145\u65a5\u8457\u4eba\u6b0a\u4fb5\u72af\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002[2] \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u53ef\u53ef\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6027\u7a2e\u690d\u4e5f\u6b63\u5438\u98df\u8457\u5730\u7403\u7684\u8840\uff1a\u4ee5\u8c61\u7259\u6d77\u5cb8\u7232\u4f8b\uff0c\u81ea1960\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u7576\u5730\u5df2\u7d93\u6d88\u5931\u4e8690%\u7684\u68ee\u6797\uff0c\u53ea\u7232\u4e86\u300c\u9a30\u51fa\u7a7a\u9593\u300d\u7a2e\u690d\u53ef\u53ef\u3002[3] \u66f4\u5225\u63d0\u751f\u75221\u516c\u65a4\u53ef\u53ef\u9700\u898127,000\u516c\u5347\u7684\u7528\u6c34\u91cf\uff0c27,000\u516c\u5347\u7684\u6c34\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebd\u6982\u5ff5\uff1f\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u6c34\u91cf\u53ef\u4ee5\u751f\u752234\u516c\u65a4\u7684\u860b\u679c\u2014\u2014\u53ef\u60f3\u800c\u77e5\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u6240\u8017\u8cbb\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e26\u4e0d\u6bd4\u8089\u985e\u548c\u5976\u88fd\u54c1\u597d\u591a\u5c11\u3002[2]<\/p>\n<p>\u8377\u862d\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u54c1\u724c\u300c\u6771\u5c3c\u7684\u5bc2\u5bde\u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff08Tony's Chocolonely\uff09\u300d\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u6b63\u8996\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u54c1\u724c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u8207\u8c61\u7259\u6d77\u5cb8\u548c\u8fe6\u7d0d\u7684\u5546\u4eba\u5efa\u7acb\u9577\u671f\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7528\u9ad8\u65bc\u7576\u5730\u5e02\u50f920%\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u8fb2\u6c11\u8cfc\u8cb7\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\uff0c\u4f01\u5716\u900f\u904e\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u4f86\u5f71\u97ff\u53ef\u53ef\u7522\u696d\u3002[4]<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u6a23\u60f3\u9769\u65b0\u53ef\u53ef\u7522\u696d\u7684\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5fb7\u570b\u6155\u5c3c\u9ed1\u7684\u521d\u5275\u516c\u53f8NxFoods\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u537b\u662f\u5275\u5efa\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u7121\u53ef\u53ef\u300d\u7684\u53ef\u53ef\u7522\u696d\uff01<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u767c\u9175\u51fa\u7684\u7121\u53ef\u53ef\u5de7\u514b\u529b<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>NxFoods\u5229\u7528\u7cbe\u5bc6\u767c\u9175\u88fd\u7a0b\uff08precision fermentation process\uff09\u751f\u7522\u51fa\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u4e14\u4e0d\u9700\u525d\u524a\u52de\u529b\u7684\u7121\u53ef\u53ef\u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7a31\u9019\u4e9b\u53ef\u53ef\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u70baQOA\uff0c\u800c\u7d42\u6975\u76ee\u6a19\u5c31\u662f\u57282035\u5e74\u524d\u66ff\u4ee3\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u751f\u7522\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\uff0c\u5728NxFoods\u7684\u9858\u666f\u88e1\uff0cQOA\u4e4b\u65bc\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u5c31\u50cfOatly\u4e4b\u65bc\u725b\u5976\uff1a\u66f4\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u597d\u3001\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u4fbf\u5b9c\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u3002[5, 6]<\/p>\n<p>\u5805\u6301\u8457\u6c38\u7e8c\u548c\u5faa\u74b0\u5229\u7528\u7684\u539f\u5247\uff0cNxFoods\u9078\u64c7\u4f7f\u7528\u71d5\u9ea5\u3001\u7a40\u7269\u6216\u69a8\u6cb9\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u7528\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u767c\u9175\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5c07\u767c\u9175\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u50cf\u50b3\u7d71\u53ef\u53ef\u4e00\u6a23\u70d8\u70e4\u4e7e\u71e5\u3001\u7814\u78e8\uff0c\u518d\u901a\u904e\u5c08\u6709\u7684\u8abf\u5473\u88fd\u7a0b\uff0c\u6a21\u4eff\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7684\u98a8\u5473\u548c\u53e3\u611f\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u5275\u59cb\u4ebaMax Marquart \u4fdd\u8b49\uff0c\u904e\u7a0b\u5b8c\u5168\u7121\u9700\u4eba\u5de5\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\u6216\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002[5, 7]<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5448\u73fe\u5c08\u5c6c\u65bc\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7684\u5473\u9053\uff0c\u5169\u4f4d\u5275\u59cb\u4ebaSara Marquart\u548cMax Marquart\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u4f4d\u98df\u54c1\u5316\u5b78\u5bb6\u548c\u4e00\u4f4d\u6750\u6599\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u5730\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u5de7\u514b\u529b [5]\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9a5a\u8a1d\u5730\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7684\u9999\u5473\u8207\u53ef\u53ef\u8c46\u672c\u8eab\u7121\u95dc\uff0c\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u9999\u6c23\u662f\u5728\u767c\u9175\u548c\u70d8\u7119\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u98df\u7269\u57fa\u5e95\u6a21\u4eff\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u7c21\u55ae\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u9084\u80fd\u4fdd\u8b49\u751f\u7522\u51fa\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7121\u9ea9\u8cea\u3001\u7121\u904e\u654f\u539f\u3001\u7121\u4e73\u7cd6\uff0c\u8b93\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u6c92\u6709\u7f6a\u60e1\u611f\u5730\u4eab\u53d7\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u7684\u7f8e\u5473\u3002[8]<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u914d\u65b9\u7684\u4fee\u6539\u548c\u591a\u6b21\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0cQOA\u6700\u7d42\u8fce\u4f86\u4e86\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u8a55\u50f9\uff1a\u6b50\u6d32\u6700\u5927\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cbFraunhofer-Gesellschaft\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u5c08\u5bb6\u54c1\u5617\u4e86\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u8a8d\u70baQOA\u548c\u50b3\u7d71\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u5728\u5473\u9053\u4e0a\u6beb\u7121\u5340\u5225\u3002[5, 6]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u96b1\u85cf\u7684\u793e\u6703\u56f0\u5883<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7372\u5f97\u591a\u65b9\u597d\u8a55\u548c\u52df\u8cc7\u6210\u529f\u5f8c\uff0cNxFoods\u9810\u8a08\u4eca\u5e74\u8981\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u63a8\u51fa\u7b2c\u4e00\u6279\u7522\u54c1\u3002[4] \u800c\u4f34\u96a8\u8457\u53ef\u80fd\u5373\u5c07\u5e2d\u6372\u800c\u4f86\u7684\u300c\u7121\u53ef\u53ef\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u300d\u6d6a\u6f6e\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u793e\u6703\u56f0\u5883\u6216\u8a31\u4e5f\u6703\u6d6e\u51fa\u6c34\u9762\uff1a\u7531\u65bc\u52a0\u7d0d\u548c\u8c61\u7259\u6d77\u5cb8\u9019\u4e9b\u76f8\u5c0d\u8ca7\u7aae\u570b\u5bb6\u9577\u671f\u4f9d\u8cf4\u51fa\u53e3\u53ef\u53ef\u7dad\u6301\u7d93\u6fdf\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5728\u5730\u751f\u7522\u3001\u6c38\u7e8c\u7684\u7121\u53ef\u53ef\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u771f\u7684\u8d70\u5165\u6211\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u53ef\u53ef\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8870\u9000\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u800c\u8a00\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6578\u5341\u5104\u6536\u5165\u7684\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u6b64\uff0cNxFoods\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff1a\u53ea\u4f7f\u7528QOA\u4ee3\u66ff\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u52a0\u5de5\u98df\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u71d5\u9ea5\u68d2\u3001\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u8c46\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u8b93\u300c\u771f\u6b63\u300d\u7684\u53ef\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u7522\u5962\u83ef\u9ad8\u7aef\u8def\u7dda\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff0c\u85c9\u4ee5\u62c9\u62ac\u50f9\u683c\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u5229\u6f64\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u5c31\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5728\u4e0d\u904e\u5ea6\u958b\u767c\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u525d\u524a\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u66f4\u6c38\u7e8c\u7684\u53ef\u53ef\u7a2e\u690d\uff0c\u5c0d\u6b64Max
