class=\"mn\">47<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>\u7a2e\u7d44\u5408\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8d85\u7d1a\u96fb\u8166\u300c\u6df1\u85cd\uff08DeepBlue\uff09\u300d\u5728\u4e0b\u897f\u6d0b\u68cb\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u985e\u4f3c\u7aae\u8209\uff08brute-force\uff09\u7684\u641c\u5c0b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u4ee3\u8868\u672a\u4f86\u5c40\u52e2\u7684\u6a39\u72c0\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u63a8\u5c0e\u5f8c\u7e8c\u6b65\u9a5f\u52dd\u8ca0\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728\u570d\u68cb\u4e0a\u537b\u884c\u4e0d\u901a\u3002\u90a3\u9ebc AlphaGo \u662f\u5982\u4f55\u505a\u5230\u7684\uff1fAlphaGo \u7684\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u500b\u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u7b56\u7565\u7db2\u8def\uff08policy network\uff09\u3001\u8a55\u50f9\u7db2\u8def\uff08value network\uff09\u3001\u8207\u8499\u5730\u5361\u7f85\u641c\u5c0b\u6a39\uff08Monte Carlo tree search, MCTS\uff09\u3002\u524d\u5169\u500b\u7db2\u8def\u672c\u8cea\u4e0a\u662f\u7531\u5377\u7a4d\u795e\u7d93\u7db2\u8def\uff08Convolutional Neural Network, CNN\uff09\u69cb\u6210\uff0c\u5c07\u68cb\u5b50\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u7d44\u5408\u7e2e\u5c0f\u81f3\u53ef\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7b2c\u4e09\u6b65\u7684\u8499\u5730\u5361\u7f85\u641c\u5c0b\u6a39\u8a08\u7b97\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u4e09\u500b\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u6a21\u64ec\u4e86\u4eba\u985e\u9032\u884c\u6c7a\u7b56\u6642\u7684\u908f\u8f2f\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u4e26\u80fd\u53d6\u5f97\u5728\u6709\u9650\u904b\u7b97\u6642\u9593\u5167\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<div \uff08\u8cc7\u6599\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u6599[1]\uff0c\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u8b6f\u8005\u81ea\u7e6a\uff09<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u7b56\u7565\u7db2\u8def\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u85c9\u7531\u76e3\u7763\u5f0f\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u8f38\u5165\u5927\u91cf\u8077\u696d\u68cb\u624b\u7684\u68cb\u8b5c\uff0c\u8b93 AlphaGo\u5b78\u7fd2\u9ad8\u624b\u7684\u68cb\u6b65\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5f37\u5316\u5b78\u7fd2\uff08reinforcement learning\uff09\uff0c\u8b93\u5167\u90e8\u5169\u500b\u7b56\u7565\u7db2\u8def\u81ea\u6211\u5c0d\u5f08\u9032\u884c\u8a13\u7df4\u3002\u8a13\u7df4\u5f8c\uff0c\u7db2\u8def\u80fd\u66f4\u7cbe\u6e96\u9810\u6e2c\u9ad8\u624b\u843d\u5b50\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5f8c\u7e8c\u9700\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\u7d44\u5408\u3002\u50f9\u503c\u7db2\u8def\u5247\u662f\u53d6\u7b56\u7565\u7db2\u8def\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u843d\u5b50\u5f8c\u7684\u5c40\u9762\uff0c\u5224\u65b7\u6700\u7d42\u52dd\u8ca0\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u3002\u70ba\u6c42\u8a08\u7b97\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u53d6\u7528\u5377\u7a4d\u795e\u7d93\u7db2\u8def\u6db5\u84cb\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u52dd\u7387\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u8fd1\u4f3c\u89e3\uff0cAlphaGo\u4ea6\u80fd\u81ea\u884c\u8abf\u6574\u5f80\u5f8c\u9810\u6e2c\u7684\u6b65\u6578\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u7387\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u3002\u5716\u4e00\u986f\u793aAlphaGo \u4ee5\u5c08\u5bb6\u68cb\u8b5c\u3001\u81ea\u6211\u5c0d\u5f08\u4f5c\u70ba\u8a13\u7df4\u7d20\u6750\uff0c\u8a08\u7b97\u6a5f\u7387\u5206\u5e03\uff0c\u4e26\u904b\u7528\u96a8\u6a5f\u68af\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\uff08stochastic gradient descent\uff09\u66f4\u65b0\u53c3\u6578\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\u662f\u8499\u5730\u5361\u7f85\u641c\u5c0b\u6a39\u7684\u56db\u500b\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1a\u9078\u53d6\uff08Selection\uff09\u3001\u5c55\u958b\uff08Expansion\uff09\u3001\u8a55\u4f30\uff08Evaluation\uff09\u3001\u56de\u50b3\uff08Backup\uff09\u3002\u85c9\u7531\u96a8\u6a5f\u62bd\u6a23\u64f4\u5927\u641c\u5c0b\u6a39\uff0c\u6cbf\u8457\u641c\u5c0b\u6a39\u5f80\u4e0b\u5c55\u958b\u4e26\u8a55\u4f30\u52dd\u7387\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u5f80\u4e0a\u56de\u50b3\u66f4\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u63d0\u5347\u81ea\u6211\u5b78\u7fd2\u529b\uff0c\u62d3\u5c55\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u7684 AlphaGo \u53ef\u7528\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u5b78\u7fd2\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u4e5f\u4e0d\u518d\u53ea\u662f\u68cb\u985e\u904a\u6232\uff0c\u800c\u5c07\u667a\u6167\u904b\u7528\u65bc\u4f9b\u96fb\u96fb\u7db2\u7684\u512a\u5316\u3002\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u570d\u68cb\u8207\u96fb\u529b\u7cfb\u7d71\u512a\u5316\u9019\u5169\u500b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5728\u672c\u8cea\u4e0a\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u76f8\u4f3c\u4e4b\u8655\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5c07 AlphaGo \u5728\u96fb\u529b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u76ee\u7684\u3001\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u4ea4\u4e92\u6027\u53ca\u8907\u96dc\u5ea6\uff0c\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u5927\u985e\uff1a\u4ee5\u904a\u6232\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff08game-based\uff09\u3001\u4ee5\u641c\u7d22\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff08search-based\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5e02\u5834\u5982\u904a\u6232\uff1a\u77e5\u5df1\u77e5\u5f7c\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u5316\u5229\u76ca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u904a\u6232\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1a\u6709\u5169\u500b\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u500b\u9ad4\u53c3\u8207\u5176\u4e2d\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u3001\u96fb\u529b\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\uff09\uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u9593\u8655\u65bc\u7af6\u722d\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u8003\u616e\u5c0d\u624b\u5728\u591a\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u53ef\u80fd\u63a1\u53d6\u7684\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u4ee5\u9078\u64c7\u6700\u6709\u5229\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7406\u6027\u7684\u73a9\u5bb6\u6703\u4f7f\u5e02\u5834\u8655\u65bc\u5e73\u8861\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u5176\u908f\u8f2f\u601d\u8003\u8207 AlphaGo \u5728\u68cb\u76e4\u4e0a\u9032\u884c\u7684\u904b\u7b97\u6709\u7570\u66f2\u540c\u5de5\u4e4b\u5999\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u61c9\u7528\u5305\u542b\u591a\u968e\u6bb5\u7af6\u6a19\uff08\u524d\u4e00\u65e5\u5e02\u5834\u3001\u524d\u4e00\u5c0f\u6642\u5e02\u5834\u3001\u5373\u6642\u5e02\u5834\uff09\u3001\u5206\u6563\u5f0f\u5e02\u5834\u4ea4\u6613\u3001\u5145\u96fb\u5f0f\u96fb\u52d5\u8eca\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5982\u5716\u4e8c\u6240\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5206\u6563\u5f0f\u5e02\u5834\u4ea4\u6613\u4e2d\uff0c\u500b\u9ad4\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u884c\u52d5\u6b21\u5e8f\u7684\u5340\u5225\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u65af\u5854\u514b\u4f2f\u514b\u7af6\u722d\u6a21\u578b\uff08Stackelberg leadership model\uff09\u89e3\u6790\u3002\u626e\u6f14\u300c\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u300d\u7684\u4e2d\u592e\u63a7\u5236\u8005\u8a02\u5b9a\u4e00\u96f6\u552e\u50f9\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u5206\u6563\u5f0f\u80fd\u6e90\uff08DER\uff09\u7684\u300c\u8ddf\u96a8\u8005\u300d\u5247\u5728\u89c0\u5bdf\u50f9\u683c\u5f8c\uff0c\u898f\u5283\u8f38\u96fb\u91cf\u53ca\u6642\u7a0b\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u5316\u6536\u76ca\u3002\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u8207\u8ddf\u96a8\u8005\u884c\u52d5\u6642\uff0c\u5747\u9762\u81e8\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u672a\u638c\u63e1\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f\u904b\u91cf\u8207\u5ba2\u6236\u6d88\u8cbb\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u8ddf\u96a8\u8005\u5247\u9808\u731c\u6e2c\u672a\u4f86\u50f9\u683c\u7684\u6f32\u8dcc\uff0c\u4f7f\u554f\u984c\u5b58\u5728\u9ad8\u8907\u96dc\u5ea6\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5145\u96fb\u5f0f\u96fb\u52d5\u8eca\u7684\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5f97\u4ee5\u5728\u89d2\u8272\u9593\u8f49\u63db\uff1a\u5145\u96fb\u70ba\u96fb\u80fd\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\uff0c\u653e\u96fb\u6642\u8f49\u70ba\u96fb\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u6709\u9650\u7684\u8f38\u96fb\u80fd\u529b\u8207\u96fb\u6c60\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c0b\u627e\u6700\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u4ee5\u9054\u6210\u5145\u96fb\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5efa\u7acb\u60c5\u5883\u6a39\uff0c\u641c\u7d22\u6700\u4f73\u89e3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u641c\u7d22\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1a\u5c40\u9762\u4e2d\u50c5\u6709\u55ae\u4e00\u500b\u9ad4\uff0c\u7121\u500b\u9ad4\u9593\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\uff0c\u95dc\u9375\u5143\u7d20\u70ba\u6574\u500b\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u8655\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u5728\u96fb\u529b\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b58\u5728\u8ca0\u8f09\u53ca\u98a8\u529b\u8b8a\u7570\u3001\u767c\u96fb\u6a5f\u4e2d\u65b7\u7b49\u6f5b\u5728\u7a81\u767c\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u63a2\u7d22\u6642\u9700\u8003\u616e\u591a\u91cd\u60c5\u666f\u3002\u9996\u5148\u756b\u51fa\u300c\u60c5\u5883\u6a39\u300d\u4ee5\u4ee3\u8868\u5404\u7a2e\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u6a39\u6728\u300c\u6839\u90e8\u300d\u7684\u7bc0\u9ede\u70ba\u7576\u4e0b\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u8655\u7684\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u5c07\u5404\u7bc0\u9ede\u4e0b\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u8b8a\u7570\u6578\u4f5c\u70ba\u5206\u652f\u5411\u4e0b\u5ef6\u5c55\uff0c\u800c\u5f9e\u300c\u6839\u90e8\u300d\u8d70\u5230\u672b\u68a2\u300c\u679d\u8449\u300d\u7684\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u4e00\u7a2e\u60c5\u666f\u3002\u70ba\u9054\u5230\u5373\u6642\u76e3\u63a7\uff0cAlphaGo \u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u5728\u6b64\u6703\u7be9\u9078\u8f03\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u9032\u884c\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5229\u7528\u904b\u7b97\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u60c5\u666f\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u61c9\u7528\u5982\u5716\u4e8c\u6240\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<div \u958b\u767c\u5718\u968a DeepMind \u6b63\u8207\u82f1\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u96fb\u7db2\uff08National Grid UK\uff09\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c07\u300c\u68cb\u5c40\u300d\u5f9e\u68cb\u76e4\u5e36\u5411\u73fe\u5be6\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u4f9b\u61c9\u554f\u984c\u3002\u82f1\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u96fb\u7db2\u638c\u7ba1\u96fb\u529b\u8f38\u9001\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u5730\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u4f9b\u61c9\u3002\u7136\u800c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u7684\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u96fb\u7db2\u7684\u4f9b\u9700\u5e73\u8861\u9762\u81e8\u6311\u6230\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u4fbf\u662f\u5229\u7528 AlphaGo \u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\uff0c\u9810\u6e2c\u96fb\u529b\u4f9b\u61c9\u8207\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u5c16\u5cf0\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u5316\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u63d0\u5347\u96fb\u529b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6548\u80fd\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u4e0d\u7528\u65b0\u5efa\u57fa\u790e\u5efa\u8a2d\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u900f\u904e\u512a\u5316\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4fbf\u9810\u671f\u53ef\u6e1b\u5c11
