Neumann\uff09\u65bc1945\u5e74\u63d0\u51fa\u300c\u5132\u5b58\u7a0b\u5f0f\u908f\u8f2f\u300d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u70ba\u96fb\u5b50\u96fb\u8166\u7684\u908f\u8f2f\u7d50\u69cb\u5960\u5b9a\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u8303\u7d10\u66fc\u578b\u67b6\u69cb\uff08von Neumann architecture\uff09\u7531\u4e2d\u592e\u8655\u7406\u55ae\u5143\uff08central processing unit, CPU\uff09\u3001\u8a18\u61b6\u55ae\u5143\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f38\u5165\u8f38\u51fa\u88dd\u7f6e\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dCPU \u4e2d\u53c8\u5305\u542b\u63a7\u5236\u55ae\u5143\uff08Control unit\uff09\u3001\u7b97\u8853\u908f\u8f2f\u55ae\u5143\uff08arithmetic logic unit, ALU\uff09\u3001\u66ab\u5b58\u5668\uff08Register\uff09\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u626e\u6f14\u5de5\u982d\u3001\u5de5\u4eba\u3001\u8207\u5009\u5132\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u5982\u6b64\u5c07CPU\u8207\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5206\u958b\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u5728\u73fe\u5be6\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\u537b\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u300c\u8303\u7d10\u66fc\u74f6\u9838\u300d\uff1a\u7576CPU\u9700\u8981\u5f9e\u5de8\u5927\u8cc7\u6599\u4e0a\u57f7\u884c\u7c21\u55ae\u6307\u4ee4\u6642\uff0c\u8cc7\u6599\u5728\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u8b80\u5beb\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e0a\u8017\u8cbb\u5927\u91cf\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97CPU\u7d93\u5e38\u8655\u65bc\u9592\u7f6e\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u7387\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u57f7\u884c\u7c21\u55ae\u904b\u7b97\u529f\u80fd\u6642\uff0c\u5c07\u8cc7\u6599\u5f9e\u88dd\u7f6e\u50b3\u8f38\u5230\u96f2\u7aef\u6240\u9700\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u904b\u7b97\u672c\u8eab\u6240\u9700\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u5341\u5230\u767e\u500d\u3002\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u6709\u4e9b\u8352\u8b2c\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u78ba\u5be6\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u8a31\u591a\u5728 von Neumann \u67b6\u69cb\u4e0a\u57f7\u884c\u904b\u7b97\u6642\uff0c\u6240\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u662f\u6642\u5019\u91cd\u65b0\u6aa2\u8996\u8655\u7406\u5668\u8207\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u300c\u4ea4\u901a\u58c5\u585e\u300d\u7684\u554f\u984c\u4e86\u3002<span id=\"more-78989\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5275\u65b0\u4e00\uff1a\u5948\u7c73\u78b3\u7ba1\u300c\u96fb\u8166\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u96fb\u8166\u7531\u8655\u7406\u5668\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u5668\u6676\u7247\u4e2d\u6709\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u6578\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u7814\u767c\u4eba\u54e1\u6301\u7e8c\u7e2e\u5c0f\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u5c6c\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\uff08MOSFET\uff09\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u9a45\u52d5\u4e86\u904b\u7b97\u901f\u5ea6\u7684\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u7136\u800c\u7269\u9ad4\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e0a\u7684\u9769\u65b0\u6709\u5176\u6975\u9650\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6709\u4eba\u5617\u8a66\u5f9e\u6750\u6599\u8457\u624b\uff0c\u88fd\u4f5c\u5948\u7c73\u78b3\u7ba1\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\uff08CNFET\uff09\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5948\u7c73\u78b3\u7ba1\u9ad8\u9577\u5f91\u6bd4\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff08\u5f91\u5411\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5948\u7c73\u91cf\u7d1a\uff0c\u8ef8\u5411\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5fae\u7c73\u91cf\u7d1a\uff09\uff0c\u7a81\u7834\u77fd\u6750\u6599\u9ad4\u7a4d\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<div RRAM\uff09\u3001CNFET\u904b\u7b97\u55ae\u5143\u3001\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u611f\u61c9\u5668\uff0c\u5728\u67b6\u69cb\u8207\u6750\u6599\u4e0a\u9032\u884c\u5275\u65b0\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5143\u4ef6\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\u5c64\u5c64\u4ea4\u758a\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc2D\u55ae\u5c64\u7684\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5b83\u7e2e\u77ed\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u529f\u80fd\u5143\u4ef6\u9593\u7684\u7269\u7406\u8ddd\u96e2\u3002\u7a4d\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\u4e0a\uff0c\u904b\u7b97\u5c64\u8207\u8cc7\u6599\u5132\u5b58\u5c64\u4e4b\u9593\u4ee5\u7dfb\u5bc6\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u5c0e\u7ddavia\u76f8\u9023\uff0c\u5982\u5716\u4e00\u6240\u793a\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u50b3\u7d71\u5806\u758a\u4e0d\u540c\u6676\u7247\u6210\u70ba\u55ae\u4e00\u5c01\u88dd\u7684\u591a\u6676\u7247\u6a21\u7d44\uff08Multi-Chip Module, MCM\uff09\uff0c\u6b64\u8a2d\u8a08\u8b93\u904b\u7b97\u5c64\u3001\u8cc7\u6599\u5132\u5b58\u5c64\u3001\u8207\u8f38\u51fa\u8f38\u5165\u5c64\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u983b\u5bec\uff0c\u7d13\u7de9\u4ea4\u901a\u58c5\u585e\u7684\u74f6\u9838\u3002\u4ee5\u8fa8\u8b58\u5468\u570d\u6c23\u9ad4\u7a2e\u985e\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5716\u4e00\u7684\u4e94\u500b\u6b21\u7cfb\u7d71\u5206\u5225\u626e\u6f14\u4ee5\u4e0b\u89d2\u8272\uff1a(1) \u904b\u7b97\u6b21\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08Computation\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c64\uff09\u70baSVM\uff08Support Vector Machine\uff09\u5206\u985e\u5668\uff0c\u7531CNFET\u69cb\u6210\uff0c\u5f9e\u6c23\u9ad4\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u8cc7\u6599\u4e2d\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u521d\u6b65\u5224\u65b7\u7d50\u679c\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u5224\u5225\u84b8\u6c23\u7a2e\u985e\uff09\u3002(2) \u8cc7\u6599\u5132\u5b58\u6b21\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08Memory\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e00\u3001\u4e09\u5c64\uff09\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u5143\u4ef6\u7531\u4e00\u500b\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u8207\u4e00\u500bRRAM\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c64\u7684RRAM\u4f4d\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c64\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u6b63\u4e0a\u65b9\u3002(3) \u8cc7\u6599\u5b58\u53d6\uff08Memory access\uff09\u7531CNFET\u505a\u6210\u7684\u89e3\u78bc\u5668\uff0c\u8b80\u53d6\u8207\u8a2d\u5b9a\u884c\u5217\u4e2d\u7684RRAM\u3002(4) \u8f38\u5165\u8207\u8f38\u51fa\u5c64\uff08\u7b2c\u56db\u5c64\uff09\u70ba\u5075\u6e2c\u5316\u5b78\u84b8\u6c23\u7684\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\uff0c\u7531\u8d85\u904e\u4e00\u767e\u842c\u500bCNFET\u53cd\u5411\u5668\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\u5728\u8cc7\u6599\u5132\u5b58\u5c64\u6709\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\uff0c\u6392\u5217\u5728\u5176\u6b63\u4e0a\u65b9\uff0c\u4e26\u5206\u5225\u4ee5via\u9023\u63a5\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u4f86\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u53ef\u540c\u6b65\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u8def\u5f91\u58c5\u585e\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u800c\u4f7f\u901f\u7387\u5927\u6253\u6298\u6263\u3002(5) \u4ecb\u9762\uff08Interface\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c64\uff09\u5247\u662f\u8af8\u5982\u653e\u5927\u5668\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c07\u8cc7\u6599\u5f9e\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5f15\u5c0e\u81f3CNFET\u8a08\u7b97\u5c64\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u300c\u5948\u7c73\u78b3\u7ba1\u96fb\u8166\u300d\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u76e3\u6e2c\uff0c\u5206\u8fa8\u5468\u570d\u7684\u6c34\u6c7d\u7a76\u7adf\u4f86\u81ea\u6ab8\u6aac\u6c41\u3001\u918b\u3001\u9152\u7cbe\uff0c\u4ea6\u6216\u662f\u4f0f\u7279\u52a0\u6216\u7d05\u9152\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5275\u65b0\u4e8c\uff1a\u985e\u6bd4\u96fb\u8def\u300c\u904b\u7b97\u885b\u661f\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u524d\u8ff0\u5728\u6750\u6599\u8207\u7d50\u69cb\u4e0a\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u7a4d\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def\uff0cShanbhag\u5718\u968a\u8457\u91cd\u65bc\u512a\u5316\u63a7\u5236\u96fb\u8def\u8207\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6392\u5217\u65b9\u5f0f\uff08In-memory architecture\uff09[3]\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u985e\u6bd4\u63a7\u5236\u96fb\u8def\u74b0\u7e5e\u65bc\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u9663\u5217\u5468\u570d\uff0c\u53ef\u5c31\u8fd1\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u96fb\u8def\u57f7\u884c\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u3002\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u9078\u64c7\u8b93\u96fb\u8def\u74b0\u7e5e\u5728\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5468\u570d\uff0c\u800c\u6c92\u6709\u7a7f\u63d2\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u6301\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u7684\u5132\u5b58\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u5132\u5b58\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6703\u4f34\u96a8\u8f03\u597d\u7684\u50b3\u8f38\u901f\u7387\u3002\u5728\u5132\u5b58\u65bc\u975c\u614bRAM\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\u4e0a\uff0c\u6b64\u985e\u6bd4\u96fb\u8def\u300c\u904b\u7b97\u885b\u661f\u300d\u6210\u529f\u4ee5SVM\u9032\u884c\u4eba\u81c9\u5075\u6e2c\uff0c\u4e26\u8f14\u4ee5\u6700\u8fd1\u9130\u5c45\u6cd5\uff08k-nearest neighbors algorighm, k-NN\uff09\u57f7\u884c\u4eba\u81c9\u8fa8\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u6642\u4ee3\uff1a\u300cAI<\/strong><strong>\u96fb\u8def\u300d\u9032\u884c\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5167\u904b\u7b97<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5167\u904b\u7b97\uff08In-memory Computing,
