1.\u96f2\u9727\u5e36\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u7d44\u6210\u5f62\u614b\u548c\u8150\u690d\u5316\u4f5c\u7528<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u9d1b\u9d26\u6e56\u4f4e\u6eab\u800c\u7d93\u5e74\u6f6e\u6fd5\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u4e0d\u6613\u88ab\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5206\u89e3\u800c\u5806\u7a4d\u6210\u70ba\u6df1\u539a\u7684\u8150\u690d\u5c64\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u591a\u96e8\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u96e8\u6c34\u5c07\u6709\u6a5f\u8cea\u4e2d\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u9e7d\u57fa\u6dcb\u6d17\u800c\u53bb\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u571f\u58e4\u5177\u5099\u5f37\u9178\u6027\u3002\u5145\u6c9b\u7684\u96e8\u6c34\u7684\u642c\u904b\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e5f\u9020\u6210\u5761\u9762\u5fae\u5730\u5f62\u7684\u642c\u904b\u548c\u5806\u7a4d\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u5c64\u5728\u5761\u9762\u4e0a\u65b9\u8f03\u8584\uff0c\u5448\u73fe\u7531\u5c71\u9802\u5f80\u5761\u9762\u4e0b\u65b9\u7684\u6e56\u7554\u5806\u7a4d\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff08Chen and Chiu, 2000\uff09\u3002\u6c34\u5206\u7684\u79fb\u52d5\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u9020\u6210\u571f\u58e4\u8150\u690d\u6210\u4efd\u5728\u5761\u9762\u548c\u5782\u76f4\u5206\u5e03\u4e0a\u5177\u5099\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5206\u5e03\u7279\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

\u591a\u96e8\u4e4b\u6c23\u5019\u689d\u4ef6\u4e5f\u5229\u65bc\u9ec3\u9178\u5f80\u571f\u58e4\u4e0b\u5c64\u79fb\u52d5\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u7926\u8cea\u5c64\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u8150\u690d\u5316\u7a0b\u5ea6\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\u571f\u58e4\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u751f\u8cea\u91cf\u548c\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u542b\u91cf\u5448\u73fe\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\uff08Chen and Chiu, 2000\uff09\u3002\u5149\u8b5c\u548c\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\uff0813<\/sup>C NMR\uff09\u5206\u6790\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u7686\u986f\u793a\u9d1b\u9d26\u6e56\u5468\u908a\u5929\u7136\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u7684\u8150\u690d\u9178\u7279\u6027\uff1a\u4f4e\u6eab\u6f6e\u6ebc\u53ca\u5f37\u9178\u6027\u4e4b\u571f\u58e4\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u8150\u690d\u7269\u8cea\u4ee5\u672a\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u578b\u614b\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u8150\u690d\u9178\u7684\u8150\u690d\u5316\u7a0b\u5ea6\u504f\u4f4e\uff08Chen and Chiu, 2000; Chen et al., 2001\uff09\u3002\u7d42\u5e74\u591a\u6fd5\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4e5f\u6e1b\u4f4e\u4e86\u5761\u5ea6\u6548\u61c9\u5c0d\u65bc\u8150\u690d\u5316\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff08Chung et al<\/em>. 2012\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

2.\u96f2\u9727\u5e36\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u4f5c\u7528<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u65e2\u7136\u5c6c\u65bc\u4eba\u7159\u7f55\u81f3\u7684\u9ad8\u5c71\u6e56\u6cca\uff0c\u5468\u906d\u68ee\u6797\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u571f\u58e4\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u52d5\u7406\u61c9\u5c6c\u65bc\u7121\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u8207\u4eba\u985e\u6d3b\u52d5\u5e72\u64fe\u983b\u7e41\u7684\u4e2d\u4f4e\u6d77\u62d4\u8655\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u53ef\u767c\u73fe\u660e\u986f\u4e4b\u5dee\u7570\u3002\u679c\u4e0d\u5176\u7136\uff0c\u539f\u751f\u6797\u548c\u6b21\u751f\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u771f\u83cc\u91cf\u3001\u547c\u5438\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u8207\u571f\u58e4\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7684\u547c\u5438\u901f\u7387\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u539f\u751f\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u6b21\u751f\u6797\u91dd\u8449\u6797\u3001\u6b21\u751f\u95ca\u8449\u6797\u4f9d\u5e8f\u905e\u6e1b (Imberger and Chiu 2002)\uff0c\u6b64\u4e00\u8da8\u52e2\u63a8\u6e2c\u61c9\u662f\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u8150\u690d\u5c64\u6d41\u5931\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u571f\u58e4\u6709\u6a5f\u8cea\u8fc5\u901f\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u8d8a\u5f37\uff0c\u4f34\u96a8\u571f\u58e4\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u542b\u91cf\u907d\u6e1b\uff0c\u571f\u58e4\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u8d8a\u8da8\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u57282000\u5e74\u81f32005\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u6301\u7e8c\u8ffd\u8e64\u672a\u53d7\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u78b3\u548c\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u6c2e\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u9d1b\u9d26\u6e56\u5468\u570d\u4e4b\u591a\u96e8\u800c\u5448\u5f37\u9178\u6027\u7684\u571f\u58e4\uff0c\u53ef\u91cb\u51fa\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u78b3\u548c\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u6c2e\uff0c\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u6c2e\u662f\u4ee5\u6709\u6a5f\u578b\u614b\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u92a8\u614b\u6c2e\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0c\u785d\u9178\u614b\u6c2e\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728(Tsai et al<\/em>. 2016)\u3002\u6b64\u4e00\u7d50\u679c\u4e5f\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u52a0\u4e86\u89e3\u9ad8\u5c71\u68ee\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u78b3\u6c2e\u5faa\u74b0\u7684\u7279\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

3. \u96f2\u9727\u5e36\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\u7d44\u6210<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5982\u524d\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u80fd\u5920\u76e3\u6e2c\u571f\u58e4\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u63a1\u96c6\u800c\u5f97\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u6a23\u672c\u4e5f\u80fd\u5920\u900f\u904e rRNA \u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u9d1b\u9d26\u6e56\u5730\u5340\u96f2\u9727\u5e36\u539f\u59cb\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u571f\u58e4\u7d30\u83cc\u65cf\u7fa4\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6b64\u5340\u571f\u58e4\u65cf\u7fa4\u7d44\u6210\u4e26\u672a\u96a8\u5730\u5f62\u800c\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u7686\u4ee5 Proeteobacteria<\/em> \u70ba\u6700\u8c50\u5bcc\u83cc\u7fa4\u3002\u5728\u65cf\u7fa4\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5247\u7686\u4f4e\u65bc\u5148\u524d\u65bc\u6eab\u5e36\u6216\u71b1\u5e36\u5730\u5340\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5f97\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u8207\u6b64\u5730\u571f\u58e4\u5448\u5f37\u9178\u6027\u548c\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u9ad8\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6b64\u5730\u5340\u9644\u8fd1\u53d7\u5230\u780d\u4f10\u3001\u6797\u76f8\u6539\u8b8a\u7b49\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u5340\uff0c\u571f\u58e4\u7d30\u83cc\u65cf\u7fa4\u5247\u660e\u986f\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u539f\u59cb\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u65cf\u7fa4\uff0c\u6539\u4ee5 Acidobacteria<\/em> \u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u4e14\u65cf\u7fa4\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u7686\u9ad8\u65bc\u539f\u59cb\u6797\u5340\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u7d50\u679c\u900f\u9732\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u78ba\u5f71\u97ff\u571f\u58e4\u7d30\u83cc\u65cf\u7fa4\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u4e14\u589e\u52a0\u53d7\u5e72\u64fe\u8655\u65cf\u7fa4\u4e4b\u7d30\u83cc\u591a\u6a23\u6027 (Lin et al.<\/em> 2010; 2011)\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6709\u95dc\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u5f71\u97ff\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u9ad8\u4f4e\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\uff0c\u6b64\u8655\u5fc5\u9808\u7a0d\u52a0\u8aaa\u660e\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u57fa\u65bc\u547c\u7c72\u751f\u614b\u4fdd\u80b2\u7684\u7acb\u5834\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5ba3\u5c0e\u9700\u8981\u4fdd\u8b77\u751f\u7269\u68f2\u5730\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u614b\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u3001\u7269\u7a2e\u591a\u6a23\u6027\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u73cd\u7a00\u7015\u5371\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7269\u7a2e\u6578\u91cf\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5b8c\u5168\u6ec5\u7d55\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7684\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u5247\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u71df\u990a\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u6703\u7206\u767c\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u65cf\u7fa4\u7684\u8b8a\u7570\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u780d\u4f10\u548c\u79fb\u51fa\u6797\u9593\u7684\u67af\u5012\u6728\uff0c\u6703\u52a0\u901f\u571f\u58e4\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u91cb\u653e\u990a\u5206\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u571f\u58e4\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u65cf\u7fa4\u548c\u6578\u91cf\u6fc0\u589e\u3002\u9019\u500b\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u6f54\u6de8\u6eaa\u6d41\u6c34\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u5c31\u9060\u4f4e\u65bc\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u5834\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u78f7\u8102\u8102\u80aa\u9178(PLFA)\u548c\u8b8a\u6027\u51dd\u81a0\u96fb\u6cf3(DGGE)\u5206\u6790\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u6bd4\u8f03\u68f2\u862d\u5c71\u4e0d\u540c\u6797\u76f8\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u751f\u614b\u7fa4\u843d\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u3002\u4e00\u5982\u524d\u8ff0\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u4e4b\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u751f\u614b\u7fa4\u843d\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u771f\u83cc\u78f7\u8102\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u542b\u91cf\u7531\u539f\u59cb\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u6b21\u751f\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u64fe\u52d5\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u96a8\u8457\u5e72\u64fe\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u8f15\u91cd\u4f9d\u5e8f\u905e\u6e1b\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u967d\u6027\/\u9670\u6027\u7684\u6bd4\u503c\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u5448\u73fe\u7531\u539f\u59cb\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u6b21\u751f\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u64fe\u52d5\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u4f9d\u5e8f\u905e\u589e\uff0c\u986f\u7136\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u9020\u6210\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\u6307\u6a19\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u967d\u6027\u7d30\u83cc\u76f8\u5c0d\u91cf\u660e\u986f\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u8b8a\u6027\u51dd\u81a0\u96fb\u6cf3\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u5247\u986f\u793a\uff1a\u539f\u59cb\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u6b21\u751f\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u3001\u64fe\u52d5\u6a9c\u6728\u6797\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u751f\u614b\u7fa4\u843d\u7d44\u6210\u4e26\u7121\u592a\u5927\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u4f46\u548c\u6b21\u751f\u67f3\u6749\u6797\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u5927\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff08Chang et al<\/em>. 2017\uff09\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u6797\u4e0b\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u751f\u614b\u7fa4\u843d\u96a8\u8457\u4eba\u70ba\u5e72\u64fe\u7a0b\u5ea6\u800c\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n
