#008080;\">\u95cc\u5c3e\u4e26\u975e\u7121\u7528\u7684\u5668\u5b98<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u5f80\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e0a\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u9000\u5316\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff08\u75d5\u8de1\u5668\u5b98\uff09\uff0c\u5982\u95cc\u5c3e\u3001\u667a\u9f52\u53ca\u5c3e\u5df4\u9aa8\u7b49\uff0c\u76f8\u5c0d\u65bc\u539f\u59cb\u7956\u5148\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8981\u9069\u61c9\u66f4\u5148\u9032\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98\u6f38\u6f38\u5730\u770b\u4f3c\u7121\u7528\u3002\u6bd4\u8d77\u9019\u4e9b\u9000\u5316\u5668\u5b98\u5e36\u4f86\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u4f7f\u4eba\u985e\u66f4\u52a0\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u667a\u9f52\u7684\u751f\u9577\u7121\u7591\u8b93\u4eba\u5011\u611f\u89ba\u4e0d\u9069\uff1b\u800c\u95cc\u5c3e\u66f4\u662f\u5f77\u5f7f\u4e00\u500b\u57cb\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u8179\u90e8\u7684\u5b9a\u6642\u70b8\u5f48\uff0c\u96a8\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u7206\u70b8\u3002\u5275\u7acb\u9032\u5316\u8ad6\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6\u9054\u723e\u6587\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u4eba\u985e\u9000\u5316\u5668\u5b98\u7684\u89e3\u5256\u5b78\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u8a8d\u7232\u9019\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98\u6700\u80fd\u8aaa\u660e\u300c\u81ea\u7136\u6dd8\u6c70\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u7528\u9032\u5ee2\u9000\u300d\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u4ed6\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u7279\u5fb5\u7a31\u7232\u300c\u7121\u7528\u7684\u6216\u8fd1\u4e4e\u7121\u7528\u7684\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0d\u518d\u53d7\u81ea\u7136\u9078\u64c7\uff08natural #008080;\"><strong>\u95cc\u5c3e\u7684\u529f\u80fd<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u95cc\u5c3e\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u65b9\u9762\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5171\u751f\u751f\u7269\u819c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fee\u5fa9\u71df\u990a\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u8178\u9053\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\uff08gut microbiota\uff09\u7d44\u6210\u6539\u8b8a\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u5149\u8f49\u5316\u7684Kaede\u8868\u9054\u5c0f\u9f20\uff08photoconvertible Kaede-expressing mice\uff09\u6216\u904e\u7e7c\u8f49\u79fb\uff08adoptive transfer\uff09\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u76f2\u8178\u7684IgA\u00fe\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u4ee5\u9077\u79fb\u5230\u5927\u8178\u548c\u5c0f\u8178\uff0c\u800c\u8ff4\u8178\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d44\u7e54\uff0d\u57f9\u6c0f\u6591\u584a\uff08Peyer\u2019s patch\uff09\u7d30\u80de\u5247\u512a\u5148\u532f\u96c6\u5230\u5c0f\u8178\u3002\u95cc\u5c3e\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u7684IgA\u00fe\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u4ee5\u8868\u73fe\u9ad8\u7684C-C chemokine receptor type 10\uff08CCR10\uff09\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u800c\u5b58\u65bc\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u6a39\u7a81\u72c0\u7d30\u80de\uff08dendritic cell\uff09\uff08\u4e26\u975e\u57f9\u6c0f\u6591\u584a\uff09\u5728B\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u4e2d\u6703\u8a98\u5c0eCCR10\u7684\u7522\u751f\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5f97\u77e5\uff0c\u95cc\u5c3e\u4e2d\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d44\u7e54\u662f\u7522\u751f\u53ef\u8f49\u79fb\u81f3\u5927\u8178\u7684\u5206\u6cccIgA\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u90e8\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<ol 4\u500d\uff0c\u800c<em>\u56f0\u96e3\u68ad<\/em>\u72c0\u687f\u83cc\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u8179\u7009\u3001\u767c\u71d2\u3001\u5641\u5fc3\u53ca\u8179\u75db\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u540c\u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u7d10\u7d04\u6eab\u65af\u666e\u6d1b\u5927\u5b78\u91ab\u9662\uff08Winthrop-University
