Galla\u3001Michael V. Esposito\uff0c\u8207Hannah M. Fiore\uff0c\u4fbf\u65bc\u6b63\u5ff5\u3001\u5b78\u7fd2\u6295\u5165\u548c\u7121\u804a\u611f\u53d7\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u520a\u767b\u65bc\u4eca\u5e74\u7684 <em>Learning and Individual Differences&nbsp;<\/em>\u671f\u520a\u3002Galla\u7b49\u4eba\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u8d8a\u662f\u6301\u6709\u6b63\u5ff5\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5b78\u751f\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b78\u696d\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u6295\u5165\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u8207\u500b\u9ad4\u5c0d\u7121\u804a\u611f\u53d7\u7684\u5bb9\u5fcd\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u6b63\u5ff5\uff08mindfulness\uff09\u5462\uff1f\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u81ea\u6211\u5c0d\u65bc\u7576\u4e0b\u4e8b\u7269\uff0c\u62b1\u6301\u8457\u63a5\u53d7\u3001\u4e0d\u8a55\u50f9\u7684\u89ba\u5bdf\uff0c\u4e26\u62b1\u6709\u597d\u5947\u5fc3\u548c\u63a5\u7d0d\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u3002\u5728\u7576\u4eca\u793e\u6703\uff0c\u6b63\u5ff5\u88ab\u8a31\u591a\u5b78\u8005\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u653e\u9b06\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u9032\u968e\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6027\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6280\u5de7\u50cf\u662f\u6b63\u5ff5\u547c\u5438\u3001\u6b63\u5ff5\u884c\u8d70\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b63\u5ff5\u4e5f\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u8207\u8a31\u591a\u6b63\u5411\u5fc3\u7406\u611f\u53d7\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u500b\u4eba\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u5e78\u798f\u611f\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u5b78\u7fd2\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5247\u8f03\u5c11\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u9032\u884c\u63a2\u8a0e\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u5b78\u8005Bellinger\u7b49\u4eba\u767c\u73fe\u6b63\u5ff5\u5c0d\u65bc\u8f03\u9ad8\u96e3\u5ea6\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u7126\u616e\u7684\u5b78\u696d\u6311\u6230\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u52a9\u76ca\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u6b63\u5ff5\uff0c\u7121\u804a\u5fcd\u53d7\u5ea6\u4e5f\u662fGalla\u7b49\u4eba\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u7684\u91cd\u9ede\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u6027\u7684\u5b78\u696d\u4efb\u52d9\u4e2d\uff0c\u7121\u804a\u61c9\u8a72\u6703\u662f\u6700\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u7576\u300c\u7121\u804a\u300d\u51fa\u73fe\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u50b7\u5927\u96c5\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u6211\u5011\u6703\u62d6\u5ef6\u624b\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\u3001\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u840c\u751f\u9003\u907f\u7684\u5ff5\u982d\u3002\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u7121\u804a\u5bb9\u5fcd\u5ea6\u6307\u7684\u662f\u7576\u6211\u5011\u5728\u9762\u5c0d\u7121\u804a\u60c5\u7dd2\u6642\uff0c\u8f03\u4e0d\u53bb\u76f4\u63a5\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9078\u64c7\u8207\u4e4b\u5171\u8655\u7684\u8868\u73fe<\/p>\n<p>Galla\u7b49\u4eba\u4fbf\u5047\u8a2d\uff0c\u6b63\u5ff5\u8207\u7121\u804a\u5bb9\u5fcd\u5ea6\u548c\u5b78\u696d\u6295\u5165\u6709\u8457\u6b63\u5411\u7684\u95dc\u806f\uff1b\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u9810\u671f\uff0c\u6b63\u5ff5\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u7121\u804a\u7684\u5fcd\u53d7\u5ea6\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u52a0\u500b\u9ad4\u7684\u5b78\u696d\u4efb\u52d9\u6295\u5165\u5ea6\u3002Galla\u7b49\u4eba\u4ee5\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f86\u9a57\u8b49\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5047\u8a2d\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u9664\u4e86\u8a2d\u8a08\u4ee5\u65e5\u5e38\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u5b78\u7fd2\u6d3b\u52d5\u4f86\u6aa2\u9a57\uff1b\u4e5f\u627e\u53e6\u4e00\u7fa4\u53c3\u8207\u8005\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u4ed6\u5011\u586b\u5beb\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5b78\u696d\u8868\u73fe\u91cf\u8868\u4f86\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0cGalla\u7b49\u4eba\u6c7a\u5b9a\u91dd\u5c0d\u9ad8\u4e2d\u751f\u4f86\u4e86\u89e3\u7814\u7a76\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u662f\u627e\u80fd\u5920\u80fd\u81ea\u884c\u5b89\u6392\u5b78\u7fd2\u79d1\u76ee\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u3002\u9019\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u9ad8\u4e2d\u751f\u76f8\u5c0d\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u66f4\u6703\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f5c\u696d\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u52d9\u51fa\u73fe\u7121\u804a\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
