\u5728\u52d5\u6f2b\u6545\u4e8b\u4e2d\u7d93\u5e38\u6703\u770b\u5230\u4e3b\u89d2\u8981\u7206\u6c23\u653e\u5927\u7d55\u62db\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u7e3d\u662f\u5f97\u9ad8\u558a\u4e00\u6bb5\u5492\u8a9e\u4f86\u91cb\u653e\u6280\u80fd\u3002\u8eab\u9ad4\u8981\u767c\u708e\u4e4b\u524d\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u9019\u6bb5\u5492\u8a9e\uff0c\u7528\u4f86\u555f\u52d5\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u9019\u9053\u9632\u79a6\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u66c9\u5f97\u7206\u6c23\u767c\u52d5\u5927\u62db\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u8017\u8cbb\u5927\u91cf\u9ad4\u5167\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u6642\u9593\u6216\u5f37\u5ea6\u4e0d\u80fd\u904e\u982d\uff0c\u82e5\u662f\u592a\u5f37\u6216\u592a\u4e45\u5c31\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u53cd\u566c\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u5371\u53ca\u6545\u4e8b\u4e3b\u89d2\u7684\u6027\u547d\uff0c\u800c\u5931\u63a7\u7684\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4e5f\u985e\u4f3c\u65bc\u6b64\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u53c8\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u514d\u75ab\u98a8\u66b4\u300d\u6216\u300c\u9ad8\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u75c7\u300d(hypercytokinemia)\u3002\u9867\u540d\u601d\u7fa9\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u51fa\u73fe\u904e\u5ea6\u9632\u79a6\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u7576\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u8ddf\u5165\u4fb5\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u75c5\u83cc\u4f5c\u6230\u6642\uff0c\u904e\u5ea6\u653b\u64ca\u800c\u4e14\u904e\u5feb\u5730\u91cb\u653e\u51fa\u300c\u5927\u91cf\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u5931\u63a7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9020\u6210\u5668\u5b98\u640d\u50b7\u6216\u8870\u7aed (\u5982\u80ba\u90e8\u640d\u50b7\u800c\u7e96\u7dad\u5316)\uff0c\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u5c0e\u81f4\u4f11\u514b\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c07\u904e\u7a0b\u7c21\u5316\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u59cb\u65bc\u5c40\u90e8\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u8a31\u591a\u767c\u708e\u56e0\u5b50\u901a\u904e\u8840\u6db2\u5faa\u74b0\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u5168\u8eab\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u7684\u6700\u597d\u4f8b\u5b50\u5c31\u662f\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u80ba\u90e8\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4fc3\u767c\u708e\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u6703\u8b93\u8840\u7ba1\u901a\u900f\u6027\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u8840\u6f3f\u6ef2\u5165\u7d44\u7e54\u800c\u9020\u6210\u80ba\u7a4d\u6c34\uff0c\u4e26\u559a\u4f86\u767d\u8840\u7403\u653b\u64ca\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u4e4b\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u5047\u5982\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u4e0d\u65b7\u5206\u6ccc\u3001\u767d\u8840\u7403\u4e0d\u505c\u805a\u96c6\u5c31\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u60e1\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8b93\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0d\u5206\u6575\u6211\u7684\u653b\u64ca\u6b63\u5e38\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u7576\u80ba\u90e8\u767c\u708e\u64f4\u6563\u5230\u5168\u8eab\u5faa\u74b0\u5f8c\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9 (\u53c8\u7a31\u6557\u8840\u75c7)\uff0c\u5176\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u4f4e\u8840\u58d3\u3001\u9ad4\u6eab\u904e\u4f4e\u6216\u904e\u9ad8\u3001\u767d\u8840\u7403\u589e\u591a\u75c7\u6216\u767d\u8840\u7403\u6e1b\u5c11\u75c7\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u6e1b\u5c11\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u5c0d\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5b78\u7684\u6311\u6230<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f COVID-19 \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 (\u5982 SARS \u548c MERS)  \u7684\u5e38\u898b\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6d41\u884c\u6027\u611f\u5192 (\u6d41\u611f) \u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u5728 2005 \u5e74 H5N1 \u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2 (\u53c8\u7a31\u79bd\u6d41\u611f) \u7206\u767c\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u79bd\u6d41\u611f\u7684\u9ad8\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u4e00\u8a5e\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u5ee3\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u96d6\u7136\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5df2\u6210\u70ba COVID-19 \u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u75c5\u7406\u5b78\u4ee3\u540d\u8a5e\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5be6\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u4ecd\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5c0d\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u69cb\u6210\u7684\u660e\u78ba\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3002\u5ee3\u7fa9\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u6307\u904e\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8e8d\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u91cb\u653e\u91cf\u5df2\u7d93\u9054\u5230\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u4f46\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u554f\u984c\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u53ca\u50b3\u905e\u9014\u5f91\u65e2\u4e0d\u662f\u7dda\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u7e3d\u662f\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u91cb\u653e\u91cf\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4e00\u5b9a\u767c\u75c5\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u76f8\u7576\u8907\u96dc\u3002\u7a76\u7adf\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u624d\u662f\u9069\u7576\u6216\u8005\u5931\u63a7\uff1f\u5f88\u96e3\u4ee5\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u754c\u9650\u5206\u660e\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6230\u6027\u7684\u554f\u984c\u662f\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u4f3c\u4e4e\u7279\u5225\u6613\u611f\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u4f3c\u4e4e\u537b\u76f8\u5c0d\u5177\u6709\u6297\u6027\uff1f\u986f\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u500b\u9ad4\u9593\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5dee\u7570\u4e5f\u662f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u6216\u514d\u75ab\u8abf\u7bc0\u5291\u7b49\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u4f86\u6e1b\u7de9\u767c\u708e\u6216\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u6cbb\u7642\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\u98a8\u66b4\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u4f5c\u6cd5\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u600e\u9ebc\u6a23\u624d\u80fd\u5c07\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u63a7\u5236\u5728\u4e0d\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u53c8\u4e0d\u59a8\u7919\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u6e05\u9664\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\uff1f\u9019\u5c0d\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5e2b\u4f86\u8aaa\u4e5f\u662f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002\u4f55\u6cc1\u6025\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u6709\u6642\u9700\u8981\u589e\u5f37\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u6642\u5019\u5247\u9700\u8981\u6291\u5236\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u9078\u7528\u4e86\u300c\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u300d\u514d\u75ab\u8abf\u7bc0\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u300c\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u300d\u6642\u9593\u6cbb\u7642\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f7f\u81e8\u5e8a\u7d50\u679c\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u91cd\u91cd\u6311\u6230\u90fd\u6709\u5f85\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u89e3\u7b54\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5920\u4e00\u4e00\u514b\u670d\u3002<\/p>\n
