<\/strong><strong>\u738b\u9053\u9084<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>\u5f59\u6574\u64b0\u6587\uff5c\u9ec3\u744b\u7d5c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7684\u300c\u6e96\u5099\u300d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u6230\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5728\u6cd5\u570b\u7684\u6230\u5730\u91ab\u9662\u64d4\u4efb\u8ecd\u91ab\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u65b0\u5f0f\u5175\u5668\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6df1\u5c64\u3001\u7a7f\u900f\u6027\u5275\u50b7\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5f15\u767c\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u6f14\u8b8a\u6210\u6557\u8840\u75c7\u3002\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u6bcf\u5929\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u9019\u4e00\u985e\u50b7\u60a3\u3002\u7576\u6642\u91ab\u754c\u7684\u4e3b\u6d41\u7642\u6cd5\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u6d88\u6bd2\u5291\uff08\u6216\u6bba\u83cc\u5291\uff09\u8655\u7406\u50b7\u53e3\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7684\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff1a\u6d88\u6bd2\u5291\u6703\u59a8\u7919\u767d\u8840\u7403\u767c\u63ee\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u7642\u6548\u5f88\u5dee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u6230\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5c31\u4ee5\u5c0b\u627e\u300c\u7121\u6bd2\u7684\u6297\u83cc\u7269\u8cea\u300d\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u91cd\u5fc3\u3002\u67d0\u5929\uff0c\u4ed6\u56e0\u70ba\u611f\u5192\u800c\u6d41\u9f3b\u6c34\uff0c\u7a81\u767c\u5947\u60f3\uff0c\u5c07\u9f3b\u6c34\u6ef4\u5165\u7d30\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u4e2d\uff0c\u610f\u5916\u767c\u73fe\u9f3b\u6c34\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u53ef\u4ee5\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u300c\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\uff08lysozyme\uff09\u300d\u30021922\u5e74\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5c07\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u64b0\u5beb\u6210\u8ad6\u6587\u767c\u8868\uff0c\u63d0\u5230\u9f3b\u6c34\u3001\u773c\u6dda\u3001\u96de\u86cb\u3001\u6c34\u679c\u7b49\u5e38\u898b\u7269\u54c1\u4e2d\u90fd\u6709\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u60dc\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\u53ea\u80fd\u6291\u5236\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u5948\u4f55\u4e0d\u4e86\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u3001\u93c8\u7403\u83cc\u7b49\u8b93\u75c5\u4eba\u53d7\u82e6\u3001\u91ab\u5e2b\u53c8\u675f\u624b\u7121\u7b56\u7684\u5bb3\u83cc\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u529f\u529b\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4ed6\u77e5\u9053\u54ea\u4e9b\u7269\u8cea\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\uff0c\u537b\u7121\u6cd5\u5c07\u5b83\u7d14\u5316\uff0c\u505a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u5b9a\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5e78\u904b\u5973\u795e\u7684\u9752\u775e\uff1a\u767c\u73fe\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7814\u7a76\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u537b\u6210\u70ba\u4ed6\u767c\u73fe\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7684\u300c\u5c08\u5bb6\u76f4\u89ba\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1928\u5e74\u590f\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5c07\u91d1\u9ec3\u8272\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u653e\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u684c\u4e0a\uff0c\u5916\u51fa\u5ea6\u504710\u500b\u661f\u671f\u3002\u5047\u671f\u7d50\u675f\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u56de\u5230\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u89aa\u81ea\u6e05\u6d17\u90a3\u4e9b\u7d30\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u4e2d\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\uff08<em>Penicillium<\/em>\uff09\u9ef4\u6591\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u9ef4\u6591\u56db\u5468\u7684\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u83cc\u843d\u6eb6\u89e3\u4e86\uff0c\u8b8a\u5f97\u900f\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u7814\u7a76\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5224\u65b7\u90a3\u4e9b\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u6703\u5206\u6ccc\u6297\u83cc\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u8b49\u660e\u4e86\u4ed6\u7684\u81c6\u6e2c\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u4ed6\u70ba\u90a3\u4e00\u7269\u8cea\u53d6\u540d\u9752\u9ef4\u7d20\uff08Penicillin\uff09\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\uff1a\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u5927\u5bb6\u719f\u6089\u7684\u540d\u7a31\u300c\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u300d\u662fPenicillin\u7684\u97f3\u8b6f\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u56e0\u9019\u4e00\u610f\u5916\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7372\u98121945\u5e74\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u751f\u91ab\u734e\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u300c\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u767c\u73fe\u8005\u300d\u4e4b\u540d\u6210\u70ba\u5eff\u4e16\u7d00\u6700\u53d7\u4eba\u63a8\u5d07\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8207\u611b\u56e0\u65af\u5766\u3001\u5c45\u91cc\u592b\u4eba\u7b49\u4eba\u9f4a\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u767c\u73fe\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u5f9e\u6559\u79d1\u66f8\u5230\u5404\u7a2e\u5a92\u9ad4\uff0c\u53cd\u8986\u50b3\u6284\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f9e\u5c0f\u5c31\u807d\u719f\u4e86\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u5df2\u89ba\u4e0d\u65b0\u9bae\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u5011\u53cd\u800c\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u66f4\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u300c\u610f\u5916\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u610f\u5916\u843d\u5165\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7d30\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u7684\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u662f\u7f55\u898b\u7684\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u7a2e\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u7f55\u898b\u7684\u8b8a\u7a2e\u3002\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u8acb\u6559\u7684\u771f\u83cc\u5c08\u5bb6\u544a\u8a34\u4ed6\u7684\u7a2e\u540d<em>Penicillium rubrum<\/em>\u662f\u932f\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5728\u8ad6\u6587\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u662f\u932f\u7684\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u8005\u5411\u4e00\u4f4d\u7f8e\u570b\u771f\u83cc\u5c08\u5bb6\u8acb\u6559\u624d\u77e5\u9053\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7684\u83cc\u7a2e\u662f<em>Penicillium notatum<\/em>\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u98c4\u5165\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u9752\u9ef4\u5b62\u5b50\u7a76\u7adf\u54ea\u88e1\u4f86\u7684\uff1f\u53ea\u80fd\u8aaa\u662f\u9b3c\u4f7f\u795e\u5dee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u8207\u91d1\u9ec3\u8272\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u7684\u751f\u9577\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u751f\u9577\u6eab\u5ea6\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u9ad4\u6eab\uff0c\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u5247\u662f\u5ba4\u6eab\uff0825-20\u00b0C\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u751f\u9577\u5f97\u65fa\u76db\uff0c\u5e03\u6eff\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\uff0c\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u5373\u4f7f\u843d\u8173\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u751f\u9577\u3002\u5b78\u8005\u7ffb\u67e5\u7576\u5e74\u502b\u6566\u7684\u6c23\u6eab\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u90a3\u4e00\u5e74\u590f\u5929\u6c23\u6eab\u7570\u5e38\u7684\u51b7\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5e7e\u5929\u8d85\u904e20\u00b0C\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u65fa\u76db\u7684\u751f\u9577\u3002\u7531\u9019\u500b\u63a8\u8ad6\u7522\u751f\u7684\u7591\u554f\u662f\uff1a\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u4e00\u773c\u770b\u51fa\u6709\u7570\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff08\u9752\u9ef4\u83cc\u843d\u5468\u908a\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u83cc\u843d\u5df2\u6eb6\u89e3\uff09\u662f\u600e\u9ebc\u4f86\u7684\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><span #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u7684\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u57281929\u5e746\u6708\u767c\u8868\u7684\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u6700\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\u4ed6\u7e3d\u7d50\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u7d50\u8ad6\u3002\u4ed6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u4e0d\u6703\u5e72\u64fe\u767d\u8840\u7403\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u80fd\u6291\u5236\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u5bb3\u83cc\uff0c\u5982\u93c8\u7403\u83cc\u3001\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\u3001\u6dcb\u7403\u83cc\u3001\u8166\u819c\u708e\u7403\u83cc\u3001\u767d\u5589\u83cc\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u50b7\u5bd2\u3001\u526f\u50b7\u5bd2\u3001\u5927\u8178\u83cc\u7121\u7919\u300d\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e26\u672a\u5f37\u8abf\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c07\u5176\u8996\u70ba\u7d30\u83cc\u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u6709\u7528\u8a66\u5291\u2500\u2500\u7528\u65bc\u63a7\u5236\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6c59\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u958b\u767c\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u5718\u968a\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u2500\u2500\u725b\u6d25\u5927\u5b78\u75c5\u7406\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u8207\u725b\u6d25\u5718\u968a\u6beb\u7121\u4ea4\u96c6\uff0c\u725b\u6d25\u5718\u968a\u751a\u81f3\u4ee5\u70ba\u5f17\u840a\u660e\u5df2\u7d93\u5c07\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7269\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1938\u5e74\u590f\u5929\uff0c\u725b\u6d25\u5718\u968a\u770b\u4e2d\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6230\u96f2\u5bc6\u5e03\uff0c1940\u5e74\u521d\u624d\u5168\u5fc3\u6295\u5165\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u9032\u5c55\u795e\u901f\u30021940\u5e748\u6708\u4ed6\u5011\u767c\u8868\u8ad6\u6587\u660e\u767d\u6307\u51fa\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u5177\u6709\u91ab\u7642\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u9694\u5e74\u4fbf\u4f7f\u7528\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e2d\u751f\u7522\u7684\u5c11\u91cf\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u6cbb\u7642\u4e00\u4f4d\u6557\u8840\u75c7\u75c5\u4eba\u3002\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u7642\u6548\u986f\u8457\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u537b\u529f\u6557\u5782\u6210\uff0c\u75c5\u60a3\u56e0\u85e5\u91cf\u4e0d\u8db3\u4e0d\u5e78\u96e2\u4e16\u3002\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8981\u80fd\u5920\u91cf\u7522\u7684\u5de5\u5ee0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u725b\u6d25\u5927\u5b78\u5718\u968a\u627e\u4e0a\u7f8e\u570b\u85e5\u5ee0\u5408\u4f5c\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\u91cf\u7522\u30021944\u5e74\u8afe\u66fc\u7b2c\u767b\u9678\u4e4b\u6642\uff0c\u76df\u8ecd\u5df2\u5099\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u76e4\u5c3c\u897f\u6797\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u6230\u9b25\u5275\u50b7\uff0c\u662d\u793a\u300c\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u6642\u4ee3\u300d\u6b63\u5f0f\u4f86\u81e8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
