\/>\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff082019-nCoV\uff09\u7684\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u5df2\u7d66\u4e88\u5168\u7403\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u53ca\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u56b4\u5cfb\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u8868\u660e\u9019\u7a2e\u7206\u767c\u6bd4\u6700\u521d\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u65e9\u65e5\u8b58\u5225\u51fa\u53d7\u5230\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u722d\u53d6\u6cbb\u7642\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u75ab\u60c5\u64f4\u6563\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u5feb\u901f\u6aa2\u6e2c2019-nCoV\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u6aa2\u6e2c\u662f\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u7684\u3002\u5728\u672c\u6587\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u4ecb\u7d39\u53ca\u63a2\u8a0e\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2cCOVID-19\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u7be9\u6aa2\u53ca\u9451\u5b9a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u5b9a\u91cf\u5373\u6642\u9006\u8f49\u9304\u805a\u5408\u9176\u9023\u9396\u53cd\u61c9\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u514d\u75ab\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6587\uff0f\u9673\u6df5\u9293<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5b9a\u91cf\u5373\u6642\u9006\u8f49\u9304\u805a\u5408\u9176\u9023\u9396\u53cd\u61c9\u5206\u6790\uff08<\/strong><strong>quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction assay, qRT-PCR<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u6700\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u53ca\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u7d93\u904e\u9a57\u8b49\u53ca\u78ba\u6548\uff0c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6642\u9593\u7d04\u97004\u5c0f\u6642\u3002\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u8981\u9ede\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1. \u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u6aa2\u9ad4<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(1)\u547c\u5438\u9053\u6a23\u672c\uff08respiratory specimen\uff09\uff1a\u9f3b\u54bd\u6216\u53e3\u54bd\u7684\u5438\u51fa\u7269\uff08aspirate\uff09\u3001\u6d17\u51fa\u6db2\uff08wash\uff09\u6216\u62ed\u51fa\u7269\uff08swab\uff09\uff1b\u652f\u6c23\u7ba1\u80ba\u6ce1\u704c\u6d17\u6db2\uff08lavage\uff09\uff1b\u6c23\u7ba1\u5438\u51fa\u7269\u53ca\u75f0\u6db2\uff08sputum\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(2)\u8840\u6e05\uff08serum\uff09\uff1a\u62bd\u53d6\u8840\u6db2\u4ee5\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u8840\u6e05\u4e2d\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2 RNA\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4fdd\u5b58\uff1a\u6a23\u672c\u6536\u96c6\u5f8c\u53ef\u57284\u2103 \u6700\u591a\u4fdd\u5b5872\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5c07\u6a23\u54c1\u4fdd\u5b58\u5728-70\u2103\u6216\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u9577\u671f\u4fdd\u5b58\uff0c\u63d0\u53d6\u7684\u6838\u9178 RNA\u61c9\u4fdd\u5b58\u5728-70\u2103\u6216\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1b\u63d0\u53d6\u51fa\u4f86\u7684 RNA\u5148\u4ee5\u9006\u8f49\u9304\u9176\uff08reverse transcriptase\uff09\u4f5c\u6210\u4e92\u88dc DNA\uff08complementary DNA, cDNA\uff09\uff0c\u518d\u4ee5\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u5291\u5075\u6e2c\u6bcf\u6b21<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E8%81%9A%E5%90%88%E9%85%B6%E9%8F%88%E9%8E%96%E5%8F%8D%E6%87%89\">\u805a\u5408\u9176\u93c8\u9396\u53cd\u61c9<\/a>\uff08PCR\uff09\u5faa\u74b0\u5f8c\u7684\u7522\u7269\u7e3d\u91cf\u3002\u7279\u9ede\u5982\u4e0b\uff1b<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(1)\u5c0dPCR\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u5faa\u74b0\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u7522\u7269\u9032\u884c\u5373\u6642\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2cPCR\u7522\u7269\u5373\u6642\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u6599\u6a19\u8a18\u5728\u4e00\u6bb5\u53ef\u8207\u55ae\u93c8PCR\u7522\u7269\uff08\u6a21\u677f\uff09\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\u96dc\u4ea4\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E6%8E%A2%E9%87%9D\">\u63a2\u91dd<\/a>\uff08\u5982TaqMan probe\uff09\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u87a2\u5149\u4fe1\u865f\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u88ab<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=PCR%E4%BB%AA&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">PCR\u5100<\/a>\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7cfb\u7d71\u8a18\u9304\u4e0b\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(2)\u5728\u67d0\u4e00\u5faa\u74b0\u4e2d\u87a2\u5149\u4fe1\u865f\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u9054\u5230\u9810\u5148\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7684\u95be\u503c\u6642\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u6578\u7a31\u70ba<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CT\">C<\/a>t\uff08threshold cycle\uff09\u6216Cq\u503c\uff08quantification cycle\uff09\uff0cCt\u503c\u8207\u8d77\u59cb\u7684DNA\u6a21\u677f\uff08template\uff09\u91cf\u6210\u53cd\u6bd4\uff0c\u8d77\u59cb\u7684\u6838\u9178\u91cf\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u95be\u503c\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u6578\u5c31\u8d8a\u5c11\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373Ct\u503c\u6703\u8d8a\u5c0f\u3002\u4ee5Ct\u503c\u70ba\u7e31\u5750\u6a19\uff0c\u8d77\u59cb\u6a21\u677f\u6578\u70ba\u6a6b\u5750\u6a19\u4f5c\u6a19\u6e96\u66f2\u7dda\u5716\uff0c\u53ef\u7cbe\u78ba\u8a08\u7b97\u5f85\u6e2c\u75c5\u6bd2\u6838\u9178\u7684\u8907\u88fd\u6578\uff08copy number\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u57282020 \u5e74\uff0c\u591a\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u806f\u5408\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u7d93\u904e\u9a57\u8b49\u7684Coronavirus disease 2019<strong>\uff08<\/strong>COVID-19\uff09\u8a3a\u65b7\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff08workflow\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u8a2d\u8a08\u57fa\u65bcCOVID-19\u8207SARS\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u5bc6\u5207\u907a\u50b3\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u5408\u6210qRT-PCR\u6280\u8853\u5206\u6790RNA dependent RNA polymerase\uff08RdRP\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\u3001\u5916\u5957\u819c\uff08envelope\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\u53ca\u6838\u86cb\u767d\uff08nucleocapsid protein\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ef\u9760\u5730\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230COVID-19\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5c072019-nCoV\u8207SARS-CoV\u5340\u5225\u958b\u4f86\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7d93\u7531\u5b78\u8853\u548c\u516c\u5171\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5354\u8abf\u53ca\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u78ba\u8a8d\u4e86297\u7a2e\u539f\u59cb\u81e8\u5e8a\u6aa2\u9ad4\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5c08\u4e00\u53ca\u7368\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u539f\u59cb\u6aa2\u9ad4\u5305\u542b\u5404\u7a2e\u4eba\u985e\u547c\u5438\u9053\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\u901a\u904e\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u7814\u7a76\u7db2\u7d61\u4e2d\u5354\u8abf\u5b78\u8853\u548c\u516c\u5171\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u53ef\u7372\u5f97\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u57282020 \u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u5169\u500b1\u6b65\u9a5f\uff081-step\uff09\u7684qRT-PCR\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7684\u5169\u500b\u4e0d\u540c\u5340\u57df\u7684\u958b\u653e\u95b1\u8b80\u6846\uff08open reading frame\uff09ORF1b\u548c\u6838\u86cb\u767d\u57fa\u56e0\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u8a2d\u8a08\u5f15\u7269\uff08primer\uff09\u548c\u63a2\u91dd\uff08probe\uff09\u4f86\u8207COVID-19\u8207SARS\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u884c\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u7d44\u967d\u6027\u548c\u9670\u6027\u5c0d\u7167\u4ee5\u8a55\u4f30\u9019\u4e9b\u6e2c\u5b9a\uff0c\u53e6\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e86\u5169\u540d2019-nCoV\u611f\u67d3\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u547c\u5438\u9053\u6aa2\u9ad4\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u6240\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4e2d\u76842019n-CoV\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u65e9\u671f\u9451\u5b9aCOVID-19\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u514d\u75ab\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\uff08<\/strong><strong>immunologically rapid screening reagent<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u81f4\u53ef\u5206\u6210\u5169\u985e\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u662f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u53d7\u6aa2\u8005\u9ad4\u5167\u662f\u5426\u6709\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u627e\u51fa\u66fe\u53d7\u904e\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u662f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u9ad4\u5167\u662f\u5426\u6709\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u627e\u51fa\u6b63\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6d41\u884c\u6027\u611f\u5192\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u3002COVID-19\u6297\u9ad4\u8a66\u5291\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u53ef\u8fa8\u8b58\u8840\u6e05\u4e2d2019-nCoV\u7279\u5b9a\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\uff08\u6297\u539f\uff09\u55ae\u682a\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u6709\u6f5b\u529b\u4f5c\u70ba\u5feb\u7be9\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u53ef\u572815~20\u5206\u9418\u5f97\u77e5\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u6210\u672c\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u6709\u6f5b\u529b\u50cf\u6d41\u611f\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e00\u7dda\u91ab\u7642\u4eba\u54e1\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u76ee\u524d\u6240\u767c\u8868\u7684\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u672a\u6b63\u5f0f\u91cf\u7522\uff0c\u4e14\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u53ca\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u672a\u7d93\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u53ca\u78ba\u6548\uff0c\u4ea6\u5c1a\u672a\u9a57\u8b49\u5176\u5448\u73fe\u507d\u9670\u6027\u53ca\u507d\u967d\u6027\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ecd\u7121\u6cd5\u5b8c\u5168\u53d6\u4ee3\u6838\u9178\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u57282020\u5e74\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u95dc\u7814\u767c\u6210\u679c\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.\u4e2d\u592e\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u91dd\u5c0d7\u7a2eCOVID-19\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6838\u86cb\u767d\uff08nucleocapsid protein\uff09\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u51fa46\u682a\u6beb\u514b\u7b49\u7d1a\u7522\u91cf\u7684\u55ae\u682a\u6297\u9ad4\uff08IgG\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u67091\u682a\u6297\u9ad4\u6709\u6975\u4f73\u76842019-nCoV\u55ae\u4e00\u8fa8\u8b58\u6027\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u8207SARS\u3001MERS\u6216\u5176\u5b83\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e00\u822c\u611f\u5192\u7684\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u4ea4\u53c9\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u53ef\u671b\u6709\u6548\u5224\u5225\u662f\u5426\u611f\u67d32019-nCoV\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.\u570b\u5bb6\u885b\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u53ca\u570b\u9632\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5ef6\u7e8c\u904e\u53bb\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76SARS\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6210\u679c\u800c\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u4e00\u7a2e\u6297\u9ad4\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u56e0COVID-19\u548cSARS\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6297\u539f\u90e8\u4f4d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u5f9eSARS\u6297\u9ad4\u5eab\u4e2d\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u9069\u5408\u8005\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u7814\u767c\u51fa2019-nCoV\u7684\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>COVID-19 \u8fd1\u4f86\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u5feb\u901f\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u8fc42020\u5e744\u6708\u4efd\u5df2\u9020\u6210\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u8d85\u904e120\u842c\u4eba\u78ba\u8a3a\u53ca6 \u842c\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u672c\u4e16\u7d00\u6700\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\uff0c\u5728\u90e8\u5206\u570b\u5bb6\u751a\u81f3\u9020\u6210\u91ab\u7642\u5d29\u6f70\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u75ab\u60c5\u4ecd\u672a\u898b\u7de9\u548c\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u9ed1\u6578\u4ecd\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u5f97\u77e5\uff0c\u70ba\u8fc5\u901f\u9694\u96e2\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3001\u722d\u53d6\u6cbb\u7642\u6642\u9593\u53ca\u907f\u514d\u75ab\u60c5\u64f4\u5927\uff0c\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u7be9\u6aa2\u53ca\u9451\u5b9a\u6975\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6839\u64da\u63a5\u89f8\u53f2\u3001\u65c5\u904a\u53f2\u53ca\u75c7\u72c0\u4e26\u7d50\u5408\u6838\u9178\u9451\u5b9a\u7684\u7684\u7be9\u6aa2\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u5341\u5206\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u4e26\u5177\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u53ca\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f46\u9a57\u8b49\u6642\u6548\u6027\u53ca\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u7565\u986f\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u6545\u767c\u5c55\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\u6295\u5165\u6aa2\u9a57\u662f\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u570b\u5167\u5916\u5df2\u6709\u6578\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u55ae\u4f4d\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u4e26\u8a08\u756b\u8207\u5ee0\u5546\u5408\u4f5c\u8a66\u91cf\u7522\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u4e26\u78ba\u6821\u5f8c\u4fbf\u80fd\u5be6\u969b\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u4f55\u6642\u5b8c\u6210\u6548\u80fd\u9a57\u8b49\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e26\u7372\u6838\u51c6\u4ecd\u7121\u6cd5\u78ba\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u5df2\u958b\u555f\u4e86COVID-19\u5feb\u901f\u7be9\u6aa2\u53ca\u9451\u5b9a\u7684\u4e00\u7dda\u66d9\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u6599\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
