COVID-19\uff09\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u8a31\u591a\u5316\u5b78\u54c1\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\uff08cytokine\uff09\u53ca\u6297\u9ad4\uff08antibody\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6cbb\u7642COVID-19\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u5019\u9078\u85e5\u54c1\uff08\u88681\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p \/><\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u767c\u4e0a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6311\u6230\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u5927\u591a\u50c5\u9032\u884c\u6d3b\u9ad4\u5916\u53ca\u52d5\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u5c1a\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u4e09\u671f\uff0c\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\u6548\u679c\u53ca\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u61c9\uff08\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff09\u4e26\u672a\u5145\u5206\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff0eCOVID-19\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u53ef\u5927\u81f4\u5206\u6210\u7121\u75c7\u72c0\u3001\u8f15\u75c7\u53ca\u91cd\u75c7\u4e09\u7a2e\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u8a55\u4f30\u500b\u5225\u85e5\u54c1\u5c0d\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u75c7\u72c0\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9069\u7528\u6027\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1aChloroquine\u53caHydroxychloroquine\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u8f15\u75c7\uff0cRemdesivir \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u91cd\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff0eSARS-CoV-2 \u7684RNA\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7a81\u8b8a\u7387\u9ad8\uff0c\u5df2\u767c\u73fe\u6709\u591a\u7a2e\u8b8a\u7570\u682a\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u6050\u6015\u6703\u6709\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u75c5\u6bd2\u682a\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. \u7279\u6b8a\u751f\u7269\u88fd\u5291\uff08\u75ca\u7652\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6f3f\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u57282020\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u91ab\u5e2b\u62bd\u53d65\u4f4dCOVID-19\u75ca\u7652\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6f3f\uff08convalescent plasma\uff09\uff0c\u8840\u6f3f\u4e2d\u7684SARS-CoV-2\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\uff08IgG\uff09\u7d50\u5408\u6548\u50f9\uff08binding titer\uff09\u5927\u65bc1\uff1a1000\uff0c\u4e2d\u548c\u6548\u50f9\uff08neutralization titer\uff09\u5927\u65bc40\uff0c\u8f38\u8840\u7d66\u5448\u73fe\u56b4\u91cd\u6025\u6027\u547c\u5438\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\uff08severe acute respiratory syndrome, ARDS\uff09\u7684COVID-19\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u572810\u81f322\u5929\u7d66\u4e88\u75ca\u7652\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6f3f\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u57285\u4f8b\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u67094\u4f8b\u57283\u5929\u5167\u9ad4\u6eab\u6062\u5fa9\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u75c5\u6bd2\u8ca0\u8f09\u91cf\u4e5f\u4e0b\u964d\uff1b\u8f38\u8840\u5f8c\u7b2c12\u5929\uff0c\u67094\u4f8b\u60a3\u8005\u7684ARDS\u6d88\u5931\uff1b\u5728\u6cbb\u764214\u5929\u5167\uff0c\u67093\u4f8b\u60a3\u8005\u4e0d\u518d\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u547c\u5438\u5668\u3002\u57285\u540d\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u67093\u540d\u53ef\u5206\u5225\u5728\u4f4f\u966253\u300151\u548c55\u5929\u5f8c\u51fa\u9662\uff0c\u9084\u67092\u540d\u5728\u8f38\u8840\u5f8c\u7b2c37\u5929\u75c5\u60c5\u7a69\u5b9a\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u7d66\u4e88\u5305\u542b\u4e2d\u548c\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u75ca\u7652\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6f3f\u53ef\u6539\u5584\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u767c\u4e0a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6311\u6230\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u6848\u4f8b\u6578\u50c5\u67095\u4f8b\u5448\u73feARDS\u7684COVID-19\u91cd\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u61c9\u50c5\u70ba\u6848\u4f8b\u5831\u544a\uff08case report\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u5168\u90e8\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u6b64\u7a2e\u7642\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u50c5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u7015\u5371\u7684\u91cd\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u672a\u8a55\u4f30\u63a5\u53d7\u75ca\u7652\u8005\u8840\u6f3f\u7684COVID-19\u60a3\u8005\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6392\u65a5\u53ca\u904e\u654f\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u9810\u5f8c\uff08prognosis\uff09\u60c5\u6cc1\u4ea6\u7121\u6301\u7e8c\u8ffd\u8e64\u8a55\u4f30\u4e4b\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u672a\u8003\u91cf\u75ca\u7652\u8005\u662f\u5426\u60a3\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u8840\u6f3f\u4e2d\u9664\u6709\u6297\u9ad4\u5916\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9084\u542b\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u8cea\u751a\u81f3\u5fae\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u672a\u9032\u884c\u6cbb\u7642\u5229\u76ca\u53ca\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u9810\u9632\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u7814\u767c<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u57282020\u5e74\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u57fa\u65bcSARS-CoV-2\u8207SARS-CoV\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u907a\u50b3\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u73fe\u6709\u7684SARS-CoV\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4ee5\u8a2d\u8a08\u5c0d\u6297SARS-CoV-2\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u9451\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u7d44\u5f97\u81ea\u75c5\u6bd2\u68d8\u7a81\u86cb\u767d\uff08spike protein\uff09\u548c\u6838\u6bbc\u86cb\u767d\uff08nucleocapsid protein\uff09\u7684B\u7d30\u80de\u548cT\u7d30\u80de\u6297\u539f\u8868\u4f4d\uff08epitope\uff09\uff0c\u5728120\u500b\u53ef\u7528\u7684SARS-CoV-2\u5e8f\u5217\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u5728\u5df2\u78ba\u5b9a\u7684\u6297\u539f\u8868\u4f4d\u767c\u751f\u7a81\u8b8a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u75ab\u82d7\u82e5\u514d\u75ab\u6a19\u9776\u4f5c\u7528\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u6297\u539f\u8868\u4f4d\uff0c\u61c9\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\u9ad4\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee5\u5c0d\u6297SARS-CoV-2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u767c\u4e0a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6311\u6230\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u75ab\u82d7\u4e43\u63d0\u4f9b\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u4eba\u4f5c\u75be\u75c5\u9810\u9632\u4e4b\u7528\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u8981\u6c42\u6a19\u6e96\u6975\u9ad8\uff0c\u50c5\u6709\u6d3b\u9ad4\u5916\u5be6\u9a57\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u8b49\u64da\u4ecd\u986f\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u9808\u7d93\u9577\u671f\u53ca\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\u53ca\u5065\u5eb7\u81ea\u9858\u8005\u8a66\u9a57\u65b9\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u53ca\u6709\u6548\u6027\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7a81\u8b8a\u7387\u9ad8\uff0c\u68d8\u7a81\u86cb\u767d\u548c\u6838\u6bbc\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u4fdd\u5b88\u6027\uff08conservation\uff09\u672a\u4f5c\u8a73\u7d30\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u75ab\u82d7\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff08effectiveness\uff09\u53ca\u6548\u671f\uff08expiration\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u5747\u76f8\u7576\u6709\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u6839\u64da\u73fe\u6709\u81e8\u5e8a\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u75c5\u6bd2\u682a\u5df2\u767c\u751f\u7a81\u8b8a\u800c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5169\u7a2e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u682a\uff08mixed
