#008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5e02\u552e\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u985e\u578b<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u63a5\u7a2e\u75ab\u82d7\u662f\u9810\u9632\u6d41\u884c\u6027\u611f\u5192\uff08\u7c21\u7a31\u6d41\u611f\uff09\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5e02\u552e\u75ab\u82d7\u4f9d\u88fd\u9020\u6280\u8853\u6216\u5e73\u53f0\uff08platform\uff09\u53ef\u5206\u6210\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u7a2e\u985e\u578b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u5931\u6d3b\u7684\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\uff08inactivated virus\uff09\u6216\u6b21\u55ae\u4f4d\uff08subunit\uff09\u7d44\u6210\u6297\u539f\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6d3b\u7684\u6e1b\u6bd2\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\uff08live, attenuated influenza vaccine\uff09\uff1a\u7d50\u5408HA\u548cNA\u7684\u6d3b\u7684\u6e1b\u6bd2\u51b7\u9069\u61c9\u6027\uff08live attenuated cold-adapted\uff09\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u682a\uff0c\u88fd\u6210\u53ef\u7531\u9f3b\u8154\u6295\u4e88\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u91cd\u7d44\u8840\u7403\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20\u75ab\u82d7\uff08recombinant hemagglutinin vaccine\uff09\uff1a\u5229\u7528\u687f\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08baculovirus\uff09\u7684\u8868\u9054\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u6606\u87f2\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u751f\u7522\u91cd\u7d44HA\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u5176\u7d14\u5316\u914d\u88fd\u6210HA\u4e09\u805a\u9ad4\uff0d\u73ab\u7470\u82b1\u7d50\uff08trimer- dependent RNA polymerase\uff09\u6821\u8b80\uff08proof reading\uff09\u6d3b\u6027\u4e0d\u4f73\uff08\u932f\u8aa4\u7387\u7d04\u4e00\u842c\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\uff09\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5408\u6210\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2RNA\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u7a81\u8b8a\uff0c\u8868\u9762\u6297\u539f\u96a8\u6642\u9593\u5448\u7dda\u6027\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba<a drift\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u540c\u4e00\u5bbf\u4e3b\u540c\u6642\u611f\u67d3\u5169\u7a2e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u767c\u751f\u91cd\u7d44\uff08reassortment\uff09\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u8868\u9762\u6297\u539f\u7684\u5287\u70c8\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=%E6%8A%97%E5%8E%9F%E7%A7%BB%E5%9E%8B&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">\u6297\u539f\u79fb\u578b<\/a>\uff08antigenic shift\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7a81\u7136\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9020\u6210\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u7121\u6cd5\u53ca\u6642\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u7576\u524d\u7684\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\u901a\u5e38\u50c5\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u77ed\u671f\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u4e14\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff08effectiveness\uff09\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u529f\u6548\u7a69\u5b9a\u3001\u80fd\u5f15\u767c\u591a\u5e74\u671f\u514d\u75ab\u529b\u53ca\u53ef\u5c0d\u6297\u6240\u6709\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u9069\u7528\u6027\u75ab\u82d7\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\uff08\u88681\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p
