\u6731\u667a\u744b<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n\u5f59\u6574\u64b0\u6587\uff5c\u5ed6\u6893\u752f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269<\/strong><strong> (Computational Biology)<\/strong><strong>\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u4ee5\u8a08\u7b97\u529b\u4f86\u8a8d\u8b58\u751f\u7269\u9818\u57df\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u7269\u7a2e\u9593\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u6216\u75be\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u90fd\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u53ca\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u5b97\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u91cf\u4f86\u6e90\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u7531ATCG\u6240\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u56e0\u8457\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6392\u5217\u800c\u80fd\u8f49\u8b6f\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5354\u52a9\u751f\u7406\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6cd5\u5247\uff0c\u7531DNA\u8f49\u9304\u6210RNA\uff0c\u518d\u7531RNA\u8f49\u8b6f\u6210\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u770b\u4f3c\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u5169\u53e5\u8a71\uff0c\u80cc\u5f8c\u5176\u5be6\u5305\u542b\u7121\u6578\u500b\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u53ca\u63a8\u8ad6\uff0c\u5f9e\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\u5230\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u6790\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u540c\u9818\u57df\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u77e5\u8b58\u7d50\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u71b1\u529b\u5b78\u70ba\u4f8b\uff1a\u7531\u5e8f\u5217\u9810\u6e2c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u5c31\u662f\u2014\u80fd\u91cf\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5728\u71b1\u529b\u5b78\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9054\u5230\u81ea\u7531\u80fd\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u9ede\u3002\u5206\u5b50\u5728\u81ea\u7531\u80fd\u6700\u4f4e\u9ede\u4ee3\u8868\u8a72\u5206\u5b50\u50c5\u9700\u6975\u5c11\u80fd\u91cf\u4fbf\u80fd\u7dad\u6301\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u642d\u914d\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u4f7f\u7528\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u898f\u5247\uff1a\u6d88\u8017\u8d8a\u5c11\u80fd\u91cf\u9054\u5230\u8d8a\u5927\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u8ad6\u5728\u81ea\u7531\u80fd\u6700\u4f4e\u9ede\u6642\u7684\u69cb\u578b\uff0c\u662f\u6700\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u4e2d\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u63a8\u8ad6\u5f80\u5f80\u4f34\u96a8\u8457\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u6578\u64da\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u5229\u7528\u96fb\u8166\u7684\u904b\u7b97\u529b\u6574\u5408\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4fbf\u80fd\u7528\u7406\u8ad6\u77e5\u8b58\u505a\u70ba\u672c\u9ad4\uff0c\u9023\u7d50\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u539f\u7406\u53ca\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u51fa\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u61c9\u7528\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7531\u591a\u500b\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u69cb\u6210\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u89aa\u6c34\u6027\u3001\u6975\u6027\u7b49\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u647a\u758a\u6210\u7279\u5225\u7684\u5f62\u72c0\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u74b0\u5883\u6eab\u5ea6\u6539\u8b8a\u69cb\u578b\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u800c\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u8655\u65bc\u672a\u77e5\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u5f97\u77e5\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u53ca\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6211\u5011\u5c1a\u672a\u767c\u73fe\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u524d\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u6700\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u7531Google \u958b\u767c\u51fa\u7684 AlphaFold \u2014 \u5229\u7528\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u89e3\u51fa\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u69cb\u578b\u3002AlphaFold \u5229\u7528\u820a\u6709\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u795e\u7d93\u7db2\u7d61\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u9069\u5b9c\u8a72\u6bb5\u5e8f\u5217\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u52a0\u4ee5\u89e3\u51fa\u69cb\u578b\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u524d\u4eba\u7684\u667a\u6167\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u8a08\u7b97\u6a5f\u7684\u9ad8\u901f\u904b\u7b97\u529b\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u7bc0\u7701\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u9069\u5408\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u505a\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>AlphaFold\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9eProtein Structure Prediction\uff08CASP)\u9019\u500b\u7af6\u8cfd\u8aaa\u8d77\u3002CASP\u85c9\u7531\u7af6\u8cfd\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6fc0\u767c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u5c0d\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u4e26\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u6a21\u578b\u53ca\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u89e3\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u591a\u534a\u5728\u6676\u9ad4\u3001\u9ad8\u6eab\u9ad8\u58d3\u6216\u662f\u7279\u6b8a\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u591a\u534a\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u69cb\u578b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u96fb\u8166\u6a21\u64ec\u53ca\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u69cb\u5f62\u53ca\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5448\u73fe\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u8f03\u7b26\u5408\u5728\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u771f\u5be6\u7d50\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269\u4e0d\u50c5\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u57fa\u790e\u79d1\u5b78\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\uff0c\u89e3\u958b\u57fa\u56e0\u5bc6\u78bc\uff0c\u77e5\u6089\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e0a\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4eba\u985e\u798f\u7949\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u4ecd\u5efa\u69cb\u5728\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u5076\u7136\u51fa\u932f\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\u88e1\u767c\u73fe\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u75be\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u5f8c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u6bb5\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4e0a\u7684\u67d0\u500b\u7247\u6bb5\uff1b\u627e\u51fa\u9069\u5408\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6216\u5316\u5b78\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u53ca\u78ba\u8a8d\u6bd2\u6027\uff1b\u7d93\u904e\u591a\u6b21\u5be6\u9a57\u5f8c\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u9069\u7576\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u5206\u5b50\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u5c31\u662f\u9032\u884c\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u53ca\u88fd\u9020\uff0c\u81e8\u5e8a\u6e2c\u8a66\u5f80\u5f80\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u751f\u7269\u505a\u6bd2\u6027\u6e2c\u8a66\u53ca\u6709\u6548\u6027\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6642\u9593\u76ee\u524d\u8f03\u96e3\u4ee5\u7e2e\u77ed\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u82e5\u61c9\u7528\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5728\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e0a\uff0c\u6a21\u64ec\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u53ca\u5316\u5b78\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u85e5\u7269\u5206\u5b50\u8207\u81f4\u75c5\u539f\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5f97\u77e5\u9375\u7d50\u4f4d\u7f6e\u53ca\u7d50\u5408\u7387\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u8a2d\u8a08\u65b0\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4fbf\u80fd\u7e2e\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u53ca\u6e1b\u5c11\u6e2c\u8a66\u8017\u8cbb\u7684\u91d1\u9322\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u85e5\u7269\u958b\u767c\u53ca\u5e6b\u52a9\u66f4\u591a\u75c5\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u6578\u5bb6\u5916\u5546\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6b63\u5229\u7528\u8a08\u7b97\u751f\u7269\u7684\u6280\u8853\u8a2d\u8a08\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff1aAntidote \u516c\u53f8\u5229\u7528\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u505aAI\u904b\u7b97\uff0c\u8f14\u4f50\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u7814\u7a76\u8173\u6b65\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u8a31\u66f4\u5feb\u9054\u5230\u6cbb\u7642\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff1b\u800cTurbine
