BChE\uff09\u4f86\u5206\u89e3\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\uff08cocaine\uff09\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u6539\u9020\u904e\u7684\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u8a98\u5c0e\u57f9\u990a\u51fa\u76ae\u819a\u985e\u5668\u5b98\uff08organoid\uff09\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u5c0f\u9f20\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u5c0f\u9f20\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u6c34\u5e73\u660e\u986f\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5c0d\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u6bd4\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u66f4\u4f4e\uff0c\u986f\u73fe\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u766e\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7a2e\u985e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u539f\u59cb\u4e14\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u5206\u5316\u7684\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u518d\u751f\u6210\u5404\u7a2e\u7d44\u7e54\u5668\u5b98\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5b58\u5728\u6240\u6709\u591a\u7d30\u80de\u7d44\u7e54\u88e1\uff0c\u80fd\u7d93\u7531\u6709\u7d72\u5206\u88c2\u8207\u5206\u5316\u4f86\u7522\u751f\u6210\u591a\u7a2e\u7279\u5316\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u81ea\u6211\u66f4\u65b0\u4f5c\u7528\u4f86\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u4f9d\u767c\u80b2\u904e\u7a0b\u5206\u6210\u5169\u7a2e\uff1a(1)\u80da\u80ce\uff08embryonic\uff09\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff1a\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u672a\u5206\u5316\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5728\u80da\u80ce\u767c\u80b2\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u56ca\u80da\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ef\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7d30\u80de (\u542b\u751f\u6b96\u7d30\u80de) \u4f9d\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u6210\u4e09\u7a2e\uff1a(1)\u5168\u529f\u80fd\uff08totipotent\uff09\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff1a\u7cbe\u5375\u7d50\u5408\u7522\u751f\u53d7\u7cbe\u5375\u5f8c\uff0c\u53d7\u7cbe\u5375\u5206\u88c2\u6210\u7368\u7acb\u500b\u9ad4\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002(2)\u591a\u529f\u80fd\uff08pluripotent\uff09\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff1a\u5168\u529f\u80fd\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5f8c\u88d4\uff0c\u96d6\u7121\u6cd5\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u500b\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u591a\u7a2e\u7d44\u7e54\u3002(3)\u55ae\u529f\u80fd\uff08unipotent\uff09\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff1a\u53ea\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6216\u5169\u7a2e\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u578b\u5206\u5316\uff0c\u4f46\u5177\u6709\u81ea\u884c\u66f4\u65b0\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u766e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u766e\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5f37\u8feb\u6027\u5c0b\u6c42\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u6162\u6027\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u8166\u90e8\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5c0e\u56e0\u65bc\u85e5\u7269\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u5927\u8166\u7d50\u69cb\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u766e\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u6703\u5f37\u70c8\u8981\u6c42\u4f7f\u7528\u67d0\u7a2e\u7269\u8cea\uff08\u5982\u9152\u7cbe\u3001\u85e5\u54c1\u6216\u6bd2\u54c1\uff09\uff0c\u96d6\u5df2\u8a8d\u77e5\u6709\u4e0d\u826f\u5f8c\u679c\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u6709\u5f37\u8feb\u6027\u85e5\u7269\u6d88\u8017\u4e4b\u50be\u5411\u3002\u75c5\u5fb5\u662f\u5927\u8166\u7d50\u69cb\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u6301\u7e8c\u5f88\u9577\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u601d\u7dad\u3001\u884c\u70ba\u53ca\u8eab\u9ad4\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u626d\u66f2\uff0c\u800c\u9577\u671f\u6feb\u7528\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u9020\u6210\u85e5\u7269\u904e\u91cf\u5f15\u8d77\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u3001\u547c\u5438\u6291\u5236\u800c\u81f4\u6b7b\u3002\u4ee5\u4e00\u7d1a\u6bd2\u54c1\u4e2d\u6a1e\u795e\u7d93\u8208\u596e\u5291\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u85e5\u7406\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\u5728\u5927\u8166\u4e2d\u963b\u6b62\u7a81\u89f8\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u56de\u6536\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\uff08dopamine\uff09\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5927\u91cf\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u7d2f\u7a4d\uff0c\u6d3b\u5316\u908a\u7de3\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08limbic style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u4f7f\u7528\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u6cbb\u7642\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u6210\u766e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u829d\u52a0\u54e5\u5927\u5b78\uff08University of Chicago\uff09\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u57282019\u5e74\u767c\u8868\u5728\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a <em>Nature Biomedical Engineering <\/em>\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u6280\u8853\uff0d\u53e2\u96c6\u6709\u898f\u5f8b\u9593\u9694\u7684\u77ed\u8ff4\u6587\u91cd\u8907\u5e8f\u5217\uff08clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat, CRISPR\uff09\u7de8\u8f2f\u5c0f\u9f20\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u8868\u76ae\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u6c34\u89e3\u9176\uff0d\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e01\u91af\u81bd\u9e7c\u916f\u9176\uff08mouse butyrylcholinesterase, <em>mBChE<\/em>\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u5176\u8868\u73fe\uff08expression\uff09\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u6539\u9020\u904e\u7684\u76ae\u819a\u7d30\u80de\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u514d\u75ab\u52dd\u4efb\uff08immunocompetent\uff09\u7684C57BL\/6\u5c0f\u9f20\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u9577\u671f\u91cb\u653e\u8a72\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c0f\u9f20\u514d\u65bc\u5c0b\u6c42\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u53ca\u907f\u514d\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u904e\u91cf\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u70ba\u78ba\u5b9a\u80fd\u81e8\u5e8a\u904b\u7528\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\uff0c\u518d\u5f9e\u4eba\u985e\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u63d0\u53d6\u76ae\u819a\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528CRISPR\u5d4c\u5165\u4eba\u985e\u4e01\u91af\u81bd\u9e7c\u916f\u9176\uff08<em>hBChE<\/em>\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u518d\u8a98\u5c0e\u9019\u4e9b\u7de8\u8f2f\u904e\u7684\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u767c\u80b2\u6210\u76ae\u819a\u985e\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u514d\u75ab\u7f3a\u9677&nbsp;\uff08immunodeficient\uff09\u7684\u88f8\u9f20\uff08nude mouse\uff09\u4e0a\u9032\u884c\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5747\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u76ae\u819a\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u79fb\u690d\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u6c34\u5e73\u660e\u986f\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u7684\u91cf\u4e5f\u8f03\u672a\u53d7\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u5c0f\u9f20\u70ba\u4f4e\uff1b\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f9e\u884c\u70ba\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0a\u89c0\u5bdf\uff0c\u6cbb\u7642\u7d44\u5c0f\u9f20\u6bd4\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u51b7\u975c\uff0c\u4e14\u56e0\u5f97\u4e0d\u5230\u6b23\u5feb\u611f\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5c0d\u53e4\u67ef\u9e7c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4ea6\u8f03\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u66f4\u4f4e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u76ae\u819a\u7d30\u80de\u79fb\u690d\u7684\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7642\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u70ba\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u766e\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u7a4e\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
