#008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u6709\u5bb3\u62d6\u5ef6\u8207\u826f\u6027\u62d6\u5ef6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u62d6\u5ef6\uff08procrastination\uff09\u662f\u8cab\u7a7f\u9019\u4e9b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u5171\u901a\u9ede\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u5728\u63d0\u5347\u5b78\u696d\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u8b70\u984c\u4e5f\u6210\u70ba\u71b1\u9580\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u62d6\u5ef6\u662f\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4f46\u80cc\u5f8c\u53ef\u80fd\u860a\u542b\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u56e0\u70ba\u500b\u4eba\u5c0d\u65bc\u76ee\u6a19\u4e8b\u7269\u6709\u8457\u9ad8\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6216\u8fd1\u4e4e\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u800c\u9072\u9072\u672a\u958b\u59cb\u52d5\u5de5\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u5c0d\u65bc\u81ea\u8eab\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u638c\u63a7\u5ea6\u4e0d\u4f73\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\u62d6\u5ef6\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u5b78\u696d\u8868\u73fe\u6709\u8457\u4e0d\u826f\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u5b78\u8005Choi\u8207Moran\u6240\u5efa\u69cb\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u9805\u62d6\u5ef6\u6982\u5ff5\u2014\u4e3b\u52d5\u6027\u62d6\u5ef6\uff08active procrastination\uff09\u5247\u662f\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u9762\u5411\u3002\u8207\u4e00\u822c\u62d6\u5ef6\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u63a1\u53d6\u4e3b\u52d5\u6027\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u4eba\u5011\uff0c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u662f\u8f03\u80fd\u5920\u638c\u63e1\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e26\u4eab\u53d7\u5728\u58d3\u529b\u4e4b\u4e0b\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u578b\u614b\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8207\u666e\u901a\u62d6\u5ef6\u8005\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e3b\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u8005\u4e5f\u591a\u8207\u8f03\u4f73\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u76f8\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u57282016\u5e74\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u745e\u58eb\u897f\u745e\u58eb\u61c9\u7528\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u5b78\u8005Kim\u3001Fernandez\u53caTerrier\u5728<em>Personality and Individual differences<\/em>\u6240\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5247\u60f3\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u5c0d\u65bc\u88ab\u52d5\u6027\u62d6\u5ef6\uff08\u5373\u4e00\u822c\u5e36\u6709\u8ca0\u5411\u5f8c\u679c\u7684\u62d6\u5ef6\uff09\u8207\u4e3b\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u6027\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u63a2\u8a0e\u7684\u7279\u8cea\u662f\u5728\u4eba\u683c\u7406\u8ad6\u4e2d\u7d20\u8ca0\u76db\u540d\u7684\u5927\u4e94\u7279\u8cea\u5411\u5ea6\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u958b\u653e\u6027\uff08openness\uff09\u3001\u89aa\u548c\u6027\uff08agreeableness\uff09\u3001\u56b4\u8b39\u6027\uff08conscientiousness\uff09\u3001\u5916\u5411\u6027\uff08extraversion\uff09\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u8cea\u6027\uff08neuroticism\uff09\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u62d6\u5ef6\u73fe\u8c61\u8207\u5b78\u696d\u8868\u73fe\uff08GPA\uff09\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u7576\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u9810\u6e2c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u62d6\u5ef6\u73fe\u8c61<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u7531290\u540d\u745e\u58eb\u7684\u8077\u6821\u5b78\u751f\u586b\u5beb\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u554f\u5377\u5f8c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u4e4b\u8655\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5916\u5411\u6027\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u6027\u8207\u4e3b\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u6709\u6b63\u5411\u95dc\u806f\uff1b\u800c\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u5916\u5411\u6027\u3001\u89aa\u548c\u6027\u8207\u56b4\u8b39\u6027\u90fd\u8207\u88ab\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u6709\u8457\u8ca0\u5411\u95dc\u806f\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u7684\u586b\u7b54\u7a0b\u5ea6\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u8ca0\u5411\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5247\u8d8a\u4f4e\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u6839\u64da\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u89e3\u91cb\u9053\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5916\u5411\u6027\u9ad8\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u6216\u8a31\u56e0\u70ba\u5e38\u6d89\u53ca\u591a\u91cd\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u8207\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u800c\u8f03\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u88ab\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u60c5\u5f62\uff1b\u89aa\u548c\u6027\u9ad8\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u5247\u662f\u6703\u9867\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u4ef0\u8cf4\u4ed6\u5011\u624b\u982d\u4e0a\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\u800c\u6703\u6ce8\u610f\u5b8c\u6210\u9032\u5ea6\uff1b\u56b4\u8b39\u6027\u7a0b\u5ea6\u9ad8\u7684\u4eba\u5247\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8655\u4e8b\u65b9\u5411\u662f\u76ee\u6a19\u5c0e\u5411\u7684\u800c\u8f03\u4e0d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u62d6\u5ef6\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u795e\u7d93\u8cea\u6027\u8207\u5169\u7a2e\u6027\u8cea\u62d6\u5ef6\u90fd\u6709\u95dc\u806f\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u7d50\u679c\u6307\u51fa\u7576\u9019\u9805\u7279\u8cea\u7a0b\u5ea6\u9ad8\u7684\u500b\u9ad4\uff0c\u5247\u8f03\u4e0d\u6703\u50be\u5411\u63a1\u53d6\u4e3b\u52d5\u6027\u62d6\u5ef6\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u8207\u8a31\u591a\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u6307\u51fa\u88ab\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b78\u696d\u6210\u7e3e\u8868\u73fe\u6709\u5bb3\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u500b\u9ad4\u9078\u64c7\u7d93\u904e\u6df1\u601d\u719f\u616e\u7684\u62d6\u5ef6\u6642\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u6703\u5f37\u5316\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u88ab\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u8005\uff0c\u4e3b\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\u8005\u5247\u5c0d\u65bc\u624b\u982d\u4e0a\u7684\u9019\u4e9b\u4efb\u52d9\u6703\u62b1\u6709\u671f\u5f85\uff0c\u4e14\u671f\u671b\u80fd\u5c07\u5176\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u5ef6\u7e8c\u4ee5\u5f80\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5340\u5225\u4e3b\u52d5\u8207\u88ab\u52d5\u62d6\u5ef6\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e86\u89e3\u4e0d\u540c\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u8207\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u662f\u5728\u540c\u6642\u9593\u53d6\u5f97\u5b78\u696d\u6210\u7e3e\u8207\u62d6\u5ef6\u53ca\u4eba\u683c\u8abf\u67e5\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5728\u6982\u5ff5\u4e0a\u7684\u6642\u5e8f\u6027\u4e5f\u6709\u5f85\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8fd1\u4e00\u6b65\u91d0\u6e05\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u9019\u4e5f\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u4e0d\u540c\u4eba\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u8207\u62d6\u5ef6\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u7aba\u77e5\u4e00\u4e8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u6599\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a
