DeGroote School of Medicine\uff09\u75c5\u7406\u5b78\u53ca\u5206\u5b50\u91ab\u5b78\u7cfb\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u5fc3\u526f\u6559\u6388\u8003\u8a31\u514b\uff08<a href=\"http:\/\/fhs.mcmaster.ca\/cgt\/kaushic_charu.html\" target=\"_blank\">Charu Kaushic<\/a>\uff09\u8868\u793a\u3002\u8003\u8a31\u514b\u5973\u58eb\u4e5f\u662f\u8a72\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Michael G. DeGroote Institute of Infectious Disease Research\uff09\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u8003\u8a31\u514b\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u9805\u767c\u73fe\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u64ec\u5b9a\u9810\u9632\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u8af8\u5982\u6bba\u83cc\u5291\uff08microbicide\uff09\u8207\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u963b\u6b62\u75c5\u6bd2\u9644\u8457\u65bc\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u8a66\u5716\u963b\u6b62\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u4e0b\u5c64\u53d7\u5230\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u300d<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u8a72\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u300a\u516c\u5171\u79d1\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u2027\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\uff08PLoS Pathogens\uff09\u300b\u671f\u520a\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u53ef\u4ee5\u7834\u58de\u8178\u9053\u548c\u5973\u6027\u751f\u6b96\u9053\u7684\u9ecf\u819c\u5c4f\u969c\uff08mucosal barrier\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u75c5\u6bd2\u5728\u6027\u4ea4\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4fb5\u5165\u4eba\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u672c\u8eab\u5c0d\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u53cd\u61c9\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u7522\u751f\u708e\u75c7\u56e0\u5b50\u4e26\u9020\u6210\u640d\u58de\u3002\u9019\u7834\u58de\u4e86\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u7dca\u5bc6\u9023\u63a5\uff0c\u4f7f\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u9032\u5165\u9ad4\u5167\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5728\u5168\u4e16\u754c4\u5343\u842c\u611f\u67d3\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u534a\u662f\u5a66\u5973\u3002\u5728\u7570\u6027\u6200\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5973\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u901f\u5ea6\u6700\u5feb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u8003\u8a31\u514b\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u7576\u524d\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u554f\u984c\u662f\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u5982\u4f55\u6df1\u5165\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u611f\u67d3\u5176\u4ed6\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u5167\u5c64\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u624d\u6709\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u559c\u6b61\u9644\u8457\u7684\u53d7\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u80fd\u5141\u8a31\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u884c\u8907\u88fd\u4e26\u9020\u6210\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u4f46\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u7e3d\u5f97\u5148\u7a7f\u8d8a\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u9019\u500b\u5c4f\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u9ea5\u514b\u99ac\u65af\u7279\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u5b50\u5bae\u5207\u9664\u624b\u8853\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u540c\u610f\u4e0b\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u5b50\u5bae\u5167\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u57f9\u80b2\u7d14\u5316\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u958b\u59cb\u7814\u7a76\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u8207\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u4ea4\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5f9e\u9019\u4e9b\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u7684\u96fb\u963b\u4f86\u89c0\u6e2c\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u7684\u6210\u9577\u548c\u4f5c\u7528\u60c5\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u5728\u8003\u8a31\u514b\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5a1c\u8332\u8389\uff08Aisha Nazli\uff09\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u5979\u628a\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u653e\u5728\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\uff0c\u96fb\u963b\u5c31\u51fa\u73fe\u986f\u8457\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u9019\u9ede\u7d93\u904e\u53cd\u8986\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u8b49\u5be6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u8003\u8a31\u514b\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u75c5\u6bd2\u8868\u9762\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u9020\u6210\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u5c4f\u969c\u7684\u640d\u58de\u3002\u8868\u9762\u86cb\u767d\u85c9\u7531\u4f9d\u9644\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u50b3\u9001\u8a0a\u865f\u5230\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u90e8\u3002\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u958b\u59cb\u7522\u751f\u708e\u6027\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u8d70\u4e0a\u81ea\u6211\u6bc0\u6ec5\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u885b\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff08CIHR\uff09\u611f\u67d3\u8207\u514d\u75ab\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u79d1\u5b78\u4e3b\u4efb\u6b50\u96f7\u7279\uff08Marc Ouellette\uff09\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u9810\u9632\u7b56\u7565\u5c0d\u6539\u8b8a\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u8513\u5ef6\u5f71\u97ff\u5f88\u5927\u3002\u9019\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u9810\u9632\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u770b\u5230\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283\uff08HIV\/AIDS
