Halley\uff09\u5df2\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u5f57\u661f\u6703\u5b9a\u671f\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u5929\u7a7a\uff0c\u5f88\u6210\u529f\u5730\u9810\u6e2c\u73fe\u5728\u4ee5\u4ed6\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u547d\u540d\u7684\u90a3\u9846\u5f57\u661f\u6703\u65bc 1759 \u5e74\u518d\u56de\u5230\u5929\u7a7a\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u4ed6\u4f86\u4e0d\u53ca\u65bc\u751f\u524d\u89aa\u773c\u898b\u8b49\u3002\u60e0\u65af\u9813\u60f3\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u7cbe\u7d30\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u4e26\u5f15\u7528\u8056\u7d93\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u4e00\u9846\u897f\u5143\u524d 2349 \u5e74 11 \u6708 28 \u65e5\u901a\u904e\u5730\u7403\u7684\u5f57\u661f\u8b93\u5730\u7403\u4e0b\u4e86 40 \u665d\u591c\u7684\u96e8\uff0c\u6c3e\u6feb\u4e86\u6574\u500b\u5730\u7403\uff0c\u300c\u4ee5\u8868\u793a\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5c0d\u90aa\u60e1\u773e\u751f\u7684\u4e0d\u6085\u300d\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8aaa\u6cd5\u662f\u6709\u722d\u8b70\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4eba\u8a8d\u540c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4eba\u662f\u54f2\u5b78\u5bb6\u6d1b\u514b\uff08John Locke\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u5730\u7403\u65b0\u8ad6\u300b\u51fa\u7248 2 \u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u60e0\u65af\u9813\u6210\u4e86\u85a9\u5f17\u514b\uff08Suffolk\uff09\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u6559\u5340\u7684\u7267\u5e2b\uff0c\u9694\u5e74\u548c\u4ed6\u4ee5\u524d\u5c0f\u5b78\u6821\u9577\u7684\u5973\u5152\u7d50\u5a5a\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u5cb3\u7236\u7d66\u4e86\u4ed6\u4e00\u500b\u8fb2\u5834\uff0c\u662f\u4ed6\u6536\u5165\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u30021701 1714
