#008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9700\u8981\u5948\u7c73\u96f7\u5c04\uff1f\u628a\u96f7\u5c04\u9ad4\u7a4d\u7e2e\u5c0f\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u597d\u8655\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5c07\u9ad4\u7a4d\u7e2e\u5c0f\u6700\u76f4\u89c0\u7684\u597d\u8655\u5c31\u662f\u6676\u7247\u4e0a\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\u6578\u91cf\u8b8a\u591a\u3002\u4f46\u96f7\u5c04\u5948\u7c73\u5316\u9084\u6709\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u512a\u52e2\uff1a\u983b\u5bec(bandwidth)\u589e\u52a0\uff1a\u904b\u7b97\u6676\u7247\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u5c31\u662f\u88fd\u90200\u8ddf1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u66fe\u5728\u201d \u7a4d\u9ad4\u5149\u8def\u7cfb\u5217\u4e03\u2500\u5149\u5b78\u8abf\u8b8a\u5668\u201d\u4ecb\u7d39\u904e\u6b64\u89c0\u5ff5\u3002\u8a72\u6587\u4ecb\u7d39\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u8abf\u8b8a\u5668\u662f\u5c07\u4e00\u9053\u5df2\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u9032\u884c\u8abf\u8b8a(Modulate)\uff0c\u4f46\u8abf\u8b8a\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u9700\u8981\u984d\u5916\u5149\u5b78\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u672c\u8eab\u5373\u53ef\u9032\u884c\u8abf\u8b8a\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u6539\u8b8a\u52a0\u65bc\u96f7\u5c04\u96fb\u58d3\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u8b93\u767c\u51fa\u5149\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u6709\u6240\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u88fd\u9020\u904b\u7b97\u6240\u9700\u76840\u82071\u3002\u76f4\u63a5\u8abf\u8b8a\u96f7\u5c04\u6216\u662f\u5229\u7528\u984d\u5916\u5143\u4ef6\u8abf\u8b8a\u5404\u6709\u512a\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u4e0d\u591a\u8d05\u8ff0\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5c07\u5143\u4ef6\u7e2e\u5c0f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u8abf\u8b8a\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u610f\u63070\u8ddf1\u7684\u8f49\u63db\u66f4\u5feb\u901f\uff0c\u8b93\u55ae\u4f4d\u6642\u9593\u5167\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bb9\u7d0d\u7684\u4f4d\u5143\u8b8a\u591a\uff0c\u983b\u5bec\u4e5f\u96a8\u4e4b\u589e\u52a0\u3002(\u5176\u7406\u7531\u662fRC\u6642\u9593\u5ef6\u9072<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RC_time_constant\">https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RC_time_constant<\/a>)\u3002\u7e3d\u7d50\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5948\u7c73\u96f7\u5c04\u64c1\u6709\u5169\u500b\u597d\u8655\uff1a\u6676\u7247\u4e0a\u5bb9\u7d0d\u5143\u4ef6\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8b8a\u591a\u4ee5\u53ca\u983b\u5bec\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c07\u96f7\u5c04\u7e2e\u5c0f\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u70ba\u4e86\u767c\u5c55\u5149\u5b78\u6676\u7247\u624d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u65e9\u57281980\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u201d\u5782\u76f4\u8154\u9762\u767c\u5c04\u96f7\u5c04\u5668\u201d(Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31VCSEL)\u554f\u4e16\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u80a1\u8da8\u52e2\u4fbf\u5df2\u6210\u5f62\u3002\u201d\u5782\u76f4\u8154\u9762\u767c\u5c04\u96f7\u5c04\u5668\u201d\u662f\u5149\u7e96\u901a\u8a0a\u4e2d\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7d04\u70ba\u6578\u5341\u81f3\u6578\u767e\u5fae\u7c73(Micrometer, \u00b5m)\u3002\u88fd\u9020\u5fae\u7c73\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u96f7\u5c04\u6c92\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5927\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u901a\u8a0a\u7684\u5149\u6ce2\u9577\u7d04\u57281\u5fae\u7c73(\u00b5m)\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7576\u96f7\u5c04\u5927\u5c0f\u9084\u5728\u70ba\u6578\u5341\u81f3\u6578\u767e\u5fae\u7c73\u6642\uff0c\u5176\u5c3a\u5bf8\u9060\u5927\u65bc\u5149\u5b78\u6ce2\u9577\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u96f7\u5c04\u5171\u632f\u8154\u76f8\u5c0d\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u96f7\u5c04\u9010\u6f38\u7e2e\u5c0f\u5230\u8207\u5149\u5b78\u6ce2\u9577\u76f8\u7576\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u5c0f\u65bc\u6ce2\u9577\u6642\uff0c\u554f\u984c\u5c31\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5149\u5b78\u5171\u632f\u8154<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u96f7\u5c04\u7684\u672c\u8cea\u662f\u5171\u632f\u8154\uff0c\u5171\u632f\u8154\u80fd\u5c07\u80fd\u91cf\u4fdd\u7559\u65bc\u5176\u5167\u3002(\u8a73\u898b\uff1a\u96f7\u5c04\u7cfb\u5217\u4e8c\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u7522\u751f\u96f7\u5c04\uff1f)\u3002\u4f46\u7576\u5171\u632f\u8154\u8b8a\u5c0f\u5230\u8ddf\u6ce2\u9577\u76f8\u7576\u751a\u81f3\u5c0f\u65bc\u6ce2\u9577\u6642\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u578b\u614b\u7684\u5171\u632f\u8154\u4fbf\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u5c07\u80fd\u91cf\u4fdd\u7559\u5176\u5167\u4e86\u3002\u4ee5\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u96f7\u5c04\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5171\u632f\u8154\u672c\u9ad4\u662f\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u7837\u5316\u93b5(GaAs)\u6216\u92a6\u7837\u5316\u93b5(InGaAs)\uff0c\u8996\u9700\u6c42\u505a\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5f62\u72c0\u3002\u4f46\u8981\u767c\u5c55\u5948\u7c73\u96f7\u5c04\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5f62\u72c0\u7684\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u90fd\u5df2\u7121\u6cd5\u5f62\u6210\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5171\u632f\u8154\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u5fc5\u9808\u4f7f\u7528\u91d1\u5c6c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4ee5\u91d1\u8ddf\u9280\u6700\u5e38\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u70ba\u91d1\u5c6c\u5177\u6709\u8868\u9762\u96fb\u6f3f\u7279\u6027(Surface plasma)\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5c07\u80fd\u91cf\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u975e\u5e38\u5c0f\u7684\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u96e3\u4ee5\u7528\u4e09\u8a00\u5169\u8a9e\u89e3\u91cb\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8b80\u8005\u6709\u672a\u4f86\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u9032\u5165\u76f8\u95dc\u9818\u57df\u518d\u4f86\u597d\u597d\u7814\u8b80\u5427\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u7528\u4e00\u500b\u4f8b\u5b50\u505a\u500b\u7c21\u4ecb\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5716\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u6ce2\u6bb5\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u7684\u5948\u7c73\u96f7\u5c04\uff0c\u96f7\u5c04\u6750\u6599\u662f\u6c2e\u5316\u92a6\u93b5(In<sub>x<\/sub>Ga<sub>1-x <\/sub>N)\uff0c\u70ba\u68d2\u72c0(nanorod)\uff0c\u9577\u5ea6\u5927\u7d04100-250\u5948\u7c73\uff0c\u534a\u5f9115-25\u5948\u7c73\u3002\u5728\u5948\u7c73\u68d2\u7684\u4e0b\u65b9\u662f\u4e00\u5c64\u6c27\u5316\u92c1(Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>)\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u5176\u4e0b\u662f\u4e00\u5c64\u9280\u7b94\u819c\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u5143\u4ef6\u88ab\u88fd\u4f5c\u5728\u4e00\u7247\u77fd\u6676\u5713\u4e0a\uff0c\u9280\u8584\u819c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5c07\u80fd\u91cf\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u5948\u7c73\u68d2\u4e0b\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u92c1\u8584\u819c\u5f62\u6210\u5171\u632f\u8154\u3002\u6b64\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u53ef\u898b\u65bc2014\u5e74Nano Letters\u671f\u520a\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u5982\u679c\u68d2\u72c0\u6c2e\u5316\u92a6\u93b5\u7684\u5c3a\u5ea6\u9060\u5927\u65bc\u6ce2\u9577\u6703\u600e\u6a23\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u68d2\u72c0\u6c2e\u5316\u92a6\u93b5\u5c3a\u5bf8\u662f\u6578\u767e\u5fae\u7c73\u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u90a3\u68d2\u5b50\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u5171\u632f\u8154\u4e86\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u9280\u8584\u819c\u7684\u5e6b\u5fd9<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:
