#008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u5f15\u8d77\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u63a8\u6e2c<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u868a\u5b50\u662f\u4eba\u5011\u590f\u5929\u88e1\u6700\u8a0e\u53ad\u7684\u751f\u7269 (\u6c92\u6709\u4e4b\u4e00)\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u88ab\u53ee\u54ac\u90e8\u4f4d\u640d\u5931\u4e00\u5c0f\u6ef4\u8840\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u9069\u7684\u7d05\u816b\u767c\u7662\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6700\u53ef\u6015\u4e4b\u8655\u662f\u75c5\u6bd2\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u85c9\u6b64\u611f\u67d3\u4eba\u9ad4\u3002\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u75c5\u5a92\u868a\u5305\u62ec\u57c3\u53ca\u6591\u868a\u3001\u975e\u6d32\u6591\u868a\u53ca\u767d\u7dda\u6591\u868a\uff0c\u5176\u75ab\u60c5\u5728 2016 \u5e74\u524d\u5f8c\u5feb\u901f\u8513\u5ef6\u800c\u5f71\u97ff\u5168\u7403\u8a31\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u3002\u4ee4\u4eba\u64d4\u6182\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u5c0f\u8166\u75c7 (\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62)\uff0c\u662f\u6307\u5b30\u5152\u982d\u570d\u7570\u5e38\u7684\u5c0f\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u5c0d\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u9084\u5f88\u964c\u751f\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u5f9e\u5c0f\u8166\u75c7\u80ce\u5152\u8166\u90e8\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u624d\u6bd4\u8f03\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u8b49\u64da\uff0c\u4f46\u81f4\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u4ecd\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u4e4b\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u80ce\u5152\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u795e\u7d93\u548c\u773c\u90e8\u7f3a\u9677\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\u7d04\u70ba 7%\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u61f7\u5b55\u7684\u524d\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u6642\u63a5\u89f8\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u80ce\u5152\u7684\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u98a8\u96aa\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u6240\u6709\u61f7\u5b55\u671f\u9593\u7684\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u80da\u80ce\u767c\u80b2\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u51fa\u73fe\u5927\u8166\u7570\u5e38\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u7591\u60d1\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u80ce\u5152\u624d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\uff1f\u4e26\u4e14\u50c5\u6709\u61f7\u5b55\u524d\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u7684\u6642\u9593\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u9084\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u89e3\u91cb\u6b64\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u8207\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u5206\u985e\u4e0a\u90fd\u70ba\u9ec3\u75c5\u6bd2\u79d1 (Flaviviridae)\u3002\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u63a8\u6e2c\uff0c\u82e5\u662f\u66fe\u7d93\u611f\u67d3\u904e\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u9ad4\u5167\u6703\u81ea\u7136\u7522\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fa8\u8a8d\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u300c\u8aa4\u8a8d\u300d\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u800c\u8207\u5176\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5f62\u6210\u6297\u539f-\u6297\u9ad4\u8907\u5408\u9ad4 (\u610f\u6307\u75c5\u6bd2\u548c\u6297\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d50\u69cb)\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\u4f5c\u7528\u537b\u7121\u6cd5\u963b\u65b7\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u9032\u884c\u8907\u88fd\u7e41\u6b96\u3002\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u4e0a\u7a31\u6b64\u73fe\u8c61\u70ba\u300c\u6297\u9ad4\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u514d\u75ab\u52a0\u5f37\u53cd\u61c9 (antibody dependent enhancement; ADE)\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u9019\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u5c0e\u81f4\u6700\u7d42\u7522\u751f\u5c0f\u8166\u75c7\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u6bcd\u9ad4\u7684\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\u4f7f\u5f97\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u66f4\u52a0\u56b4\u91cd<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u9a57\u8b49\u9019\u500b\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u904b\u7528\u4e86\u52d5\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\u4f86\u6a21\u64ec\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u75c5\u7a0b\uff0c\u5148\u5c07\u5c0f\u9f20\u611f\u67d3\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u4f7f\u5176\u9ad4\u5167\u7522\u751f\u76f8\u61c9\u6297\u9ad4 \u5929\u6642\u518d\u8207\u7121\u611f\u67d3\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u6216\u53ea\u611f\u67d3\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u7d44\u9032\u884c\u80ce\u5152\u6bd4\u8f03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u8b49\u5be6\u82e5\u662f\u5c0f\u9f20\u6bcd\u9ad4\u5b58\u5728\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u6297\u9ad4\u4f86\u6e90\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u4e3b\u52d5\u7522\u751f\u6216\u662f\u88ab\u52d5\u7d66\u4e88\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u52a0\u5f37\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6bcd\u5b50\u5782\u76f4\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u53ea\u55ae\u7d14\u611f\u67d3\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u61f7\u5b55\u5c0f\u9f20\uff0c\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\u5c0e\u81f4\u80ce\u5152\u7684\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u60c5\u6cc1\u66f4\u52a0\u56b4\u91cd (\u982d\u570d\u66f4\u5c0f)\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247\u6aa2\u67e5\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\u5927\u8166\u76ae\u8cea\u66f4\u8584\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u986f\u8457\u5730\u964d\u4f4e\u5927\u8166\u795e\u7d93\u767c\u80b2\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u81f4\u75c5\u904e\u7a0b\u8207\u6297\u539f-\u6297\u9ad4\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\u6703\u540c\u6642\u4f7f\u5f97\u6bcd\u9ad4\u53ca\u80ce\u5152\u7684\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u91cf\u589e\u52a0 (\u6e2c\u5f97\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8907\u88fd\u91cf\u66f4\u591a)\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u80ce\u5152\u7372\u53d6\u6bcd\u89aa\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u662f\u901a\u904e\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a31\u70ba\u65b0\u751f\u5152 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4 (neonatal Fc receptor, FcRn) \u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u85c9\u7531 FcRn \u963b\u65b7\u5291\u4f5c\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u5920\u4f7f\u5f97\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u80ce\u5152\u982d\u570d\u53ca\u5927\u8166\u76ae\u8cea\u539a\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u25cf\u61f7\u5b55\u671f\u9593\u6297\u9ad4\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u9810\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u61f7\u5b55\u671f\u9593\u7531\u65bc\u6297\u9ad4\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u514d\u75ab\u52a0\u5f37\u53cd\u61c9 (ADE)\uff0c\u52a0\u91cd\u4e86\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u5d84\u65b0\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u767c\u73fe\u3002\u4f46\u4eba\u985e\u8207\u5c0f\u9f20\u7562\u7adf\u6709\u8457\u751f\u7406\u8207\u514d\u75ab\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u73fe\u5be6\u4e0a\u5fc5\u9808\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u4eba\u985e\u6bcd\u9ad4\u611f\u67d3\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u671f\u9593\u767c\u751f\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u7684\u5371\u96aa\u56e0\u5b50\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u9084\u9700\u8981\u5206\u6790\u767b\u4e0d\u540c\u578b\u5225\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u4e5f\u6709\u8457\u8a98\u5c0e\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u73fe\u6709\u8b49\u64da\u9084\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u6709\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u6bcd\u89aa\uff0c\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u767e\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u5c0f\u982d\u7578\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u52aa\u529b\u5730\u9010\u6f38\u89e3\u958b\u8b0e\u5718\uff0c\u5c0d\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u4e86\u66f4\u6df1\u4e00\u5c64\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e5f\u5c0b\u627e\u65b0\u7684\u9810\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u8332\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u8207\u767b\u9769\u71b1\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u5340\u57df\u53c8\u4e92\u6709\u91cd\u758a\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5c0d\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9084\u662f\u76e1\u91cf\u300c\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u868a\u87f2\u53ee\u54ac\u300d\uff0c\u624d\u662f\u4fdd\u8b77\u81ea\u8eab\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e0a\u4e0a\u4e4b\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53c3\u8003\u8cc7\u6599\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u7f85\u4e00\u921e\uff0c\u611f\u67d3\u7ba1\u5236\u5b78\u6703\uff0c<a
