\u82b1\u5e8f\u5982\u540c\u5098\u72c0\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\u9019\u6a23\u300c\u4e00\u6735\u300d\u82b1\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u662f\u7531\u8a31\u591a\u5c0f\u6735\u7684\u82b1\u805a\u5408\u800c\u6210\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. \u5982\u679c\u5c07\u6bcf\u4e00\u5c0f\u6735\u7684\u82b1\u525d\u4e0b\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u51fa\u4f86\u662f\u4e00\u6735\u6735\u7684\u6f0f\u6597\u72c0\u82b1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3. \u4ed4\u7d30\u89c0\u5bdf\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u82b1\u8396\u6c92\u6709\u8449\u5b50\uff0c\u6bcf\u6839\u82b1\u8396\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u5f9e\u5730\u4e0b\u8396\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u9577\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u7279\u5fb5\u4e5f\u591a\u534a\u898b\u65bc\u8525\u5c6c\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u690d\u7269\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u5206\u985e\u4e0a\u6240\u6307\u7684\u8525\u5c6c\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u8477\u83dc\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u5982\u97ed\u83dc\u3001\u5927\u849c\u3001\u8525\u3001\u6d0b\u8525\u8207\u7d05\u8525\u982d\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u985e\u690d\u7269\u5177\u6709\u7684\u7368\u7279\u5473\u9053\uff0c\u6e90\u81ea\u65bc\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u7368\u7279\u7684\u786b\u5316\u7269\u6210\u5206\uff1b\u4e0d\u904e\u6709\u6642\u5019\u5225\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u5011\u5403\u8d77\u4f86\u6709\u602a\u5473\u5c31\u76f4\u63a5\u8a8d\u5b9a\u5b83\u5011\u4e0d\u767b\u5927\u96c5\u4e4b\u5802\uff0c\u5c31\u5982\u540c\u524d\u9762\u6240\u8aaa\u904e\u7684\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u77f3\u849c\u79d1\u3001\u8525\u5c6c\u690d\u7269\u7684\u82b1\u6735\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u89c0\u8cde\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u8525\u5c6c\u690d\u7269\u751a\u81f3\u88ab\u57f9\u80b2\u6210\u5c08\u9580\u7684\u89c0\u8cde\u82b1\u690d\u7269\u5462\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u770b\u4e86\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\u82b1\uff0c\u8aaa\u4e86\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\u8a71\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u958b\u59cb\u8981\u9032\u5165\u4eca\u5929\u300c\u6d0b\u8525\u300d\u7684\u4e3b\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u55ef\uff1f\u8aaa\u6210\u6d0b\u8525\u4e86\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u5148\u5225\u6025\u8457\u4e0b\u5b9a\u8ad6\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6d0b\u8525\u548c\u7d05\u8525\u982d\u4e4b\u9593\u53ef\u662f\u5927\u6709\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u5462\u3002<\/p>\n<figure 2.0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u570b\u5916\u683d\u7a2e\u8207\u4f7f\u7528\u6d0b\u8525\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u975e\u5e38\u60a0\u4e45\uff0c\u65e9\u5728\u897f\u5143\u524d\u5c31\u6709\u57c3\u53ca\u91d1\u5b57\u5854\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u5403\u6d0b\u8525\u7684\u7d00\u9304\u3002\u9577\u4e45\u6642\u9593\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u6d0b\u8525\u4e5f\u5c31\u548c\u5f88\u591a\u852c\u83dc\u4e00\u6a23\u884d\u4f38\u51fa\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u54c1\u7a2e\u3002\u800c\u5728\u9019\u4e4b\u4e2d\u6709\u500b\u540d\u70ba\u5c0f\u4e7e\u8525\u7684\u54c1\u7a2e\uff0c\u82f1\u6587\u53eb\u505ashallot\uff0c\u662f\u6d0b\u8525\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8b8a\u7a2e\u3002\u6709\u5225\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u6d0b\u8525onion\u5c64\u5c64\u5305\u88f9\u4f4f\u7684\u9c57\u8396\uff0c\u5c0f\u4e7e\u8525\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u8396\u7d50\u69cb\u5982\u540c\u5927\u849c\u4e00\u6a23\u4e00\u74e3\u74e3\uff1b\u5982\u679c\u5404\u4f4d\u4e0a\u7db2\u627e\u500b\u82f1\u6587\u7ffb\u8b6f\u4e00\u4e0b\u300c\u7d05\u8525\u982d\u300d\u7684\u82f1\u6587\uff0c\u591a\u534a\u627e\u5230\u7684\u55ae\u5b57\u5c31\u662fshallot\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u4ed4\u7d30\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u7d05\u8525\u982d\u5176\u5be6\u6307\u7684\u662f\u6d0b\u8525\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8b8a\u7a2e\uff1b\u904e\u53bb\u690d\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6\u66fe\u8ce6\u4e88\u7d05\u8525\u982d<em>Allium ascalonicum<\/em>\u7684\u5b78\u540d\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u7d93\u904e\u6aa2\u6e2c\u78ba\u5b9a\u5176\u70ba\u6d0b\u8525\u7684\u8b8a\u7a2e\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u5b78\u540d\u5c31\u66f4\u6539\u70ba<em>Allium cepa<\/em> var. <em>aggregatum<\/em>\uff0c\u610f\u6307\u300c<strong>\u805a\u96c6\u7684\u6d0b\u8525\u300d<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em>[<\/em><em>\u95dc\u65bc\u7d05\u8525\u982dshallot<\/em><em>\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e9\u671f\u5b78\u540dAllium ascalonicum<\/em><em>\u7684\u7531\u4f86\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230\u6b50\u6d32\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u540d\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u8ecd\u6771\u5f81\uff0c\u4f46\u4eca\u5929\u91cd\u9ede\u4e0d\u5728\u9019\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6709\u7a7a\u518d\u8aaa\u5427\u3002]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5305\u62ec\u7d05\u8525\u982d\u5728\u5167\uff0c\u591a\u6578\u7684\u8525\u5c6c\u690d\u7269\u90fd\u542b\u6709\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba\u849c\u80fa\u9178(alliin)\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6709\u6a5f\u786b\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u849c\u80fa\u9178\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u51fa\u540d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u9ad4\u5167\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u8207\u7570\u8cea\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u7d50\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5148\u7b49\u4e00\u4e0b\u5594\uff0c\u7a81\u7136\u8ff8\u51fa\u500b\u7a40\u4ec0\u9ebc\u80bd\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7531\u4e09\u7a2e\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u7d50\u5408\u800c\u6210\u7684\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u7c21\u55ae\u4e00\u9ede\u4f86\u8aaa\u5c31\u662f\u9ad4\u5167\u7d30\u80de\u7528\u4f86\u6293\u53d6\u5916\u4f86\u7269\u8cea(\u5783\u573e)\u7684\u300c\u722a\u5b50\u300d\uff0c\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u722a\u5b50\u300d\u6703\u6293\u4f4f\u5f9e\u5916\u90e8\u6e9c\u9032\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5ee2\u6c23\u5206\u5b50\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u6dfb\u52a0\u7269\u3001\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u7b49\uff0c\u518d\u85c9\u8457\u4e00\u9023\u4e32\u751f\u7406\u6d3b\u52d5\u5c07\u5783\u573e\u4ee3\u8b1d\u51fa\u53bb\uff0c\u800c\u524d\u9762\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u849c\u80fa\u9178(alliin)\uff0c\u6b63\u80fd\u4fc3\u9032\u9019\u7a2e\u4ee3\u8b1d\u904e\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8aaa\u5230\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u5404\u4f4d\u61c9\u8a72\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u731c\u5230\uff1a\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684<strong>\u809d\u81df<\/strong>\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u5c31\u6709\u8a31\u591a<strong>\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd<\/strong>\u9032\u884c\u5404\u985e\u578b\u7684\u89e3\u6bd2\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u849c\u80fa\u9178(alliin)\u6b63\u80fd\u4fc3\u9032\u809d\u81df\u7684\u6d3b\u5316\u4e26\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u4ed6\u514d\u75ab\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u4eba\u9ad4\u514d\u65bc\u5916\u4f86\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u5a01\u8105\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<img
