semiconductor memory\uff0cNVSM)\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7522\u696d\u751a\u9245\u3002\u82e5\u6c92\u6709\u9019\u9805\u767c\u660e\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u624b\u6a5f\u3001\u5e73\u677f\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u96fb\u5b50\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5206\u70ba\u63ee\u767c\u5f0f\u53ca\u975e\u63ee\u767c\u5f0f\uff0c\u63ee\u767c\u5f0f\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5167\u5132\u5b58\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u6703\u5728\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u65b7\u96fb\u5f8c\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u800c\u65bd\u654f\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u975e\u63ee\u767c\u5f0f\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u65b7\u96fb\u5f8c\u4f9d\u820a\u4fdd\u5b58\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\u65bd\u654f\u64b0\u5beb\u7684\u6559\u79d1\u66f8\u300a\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u5143\u4ef6\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u300b(Physics of Semiconductor Devices)\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u662f\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u754c\u7684\u8056\u7d93\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65bd\u654f\u65bc1936\u5e74\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u5357\u4eac\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e45\u5f8c\u8ddf\u96a8\u7236\u89aa\u4f86\u53f0\u30021957\u5e74\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u53f0\u5927\u96fb\u6a5f\u7cfb\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u8d74\u7f8e\u6df1\u9020\uff0c1963\u5e74\u7372\u53f2\u4e39\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u96fb\u6a5f\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u9032\u5165\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5de5\u4f5c(Bell Laboratories)\u3002\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5373\u662f\u8096\u514b\u5229\u767c\u660e\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u4e4b\u8655\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u8096\u514b\u5229\u6b63\u662f\u7cfb\u52172\u4e2d\u5275\u5efa\u8096\u514b\u5229\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u76f8\u8655\u7684\u500b\u6027\u8b93Intel\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u6208\u767b\u00b7\u6469\u723e\u53ca\u7f85\u4f2f\u7279\u00b7\u8afe\u4f0a\u65af\u96e2\u8077\u4e26\u5275\u7acb\u4ed9\u7ae5\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u3002\u4f46\u7121\u8ad6\u8096\u514b\u5229\u591a\u96e3\u641e\uff0c\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4f9d\u820a\u662f\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u6416\u7c43\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7576\u6642\uff0c\u4e3b\u6d41\u7684\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u70ba\u78c1\u5708\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f46\u78c1\u5708\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u9ad4\u7a4d\u5927\u53c8\u8017\u96fb\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u78c1\u5708\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5c07\u53ef\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u5347\u8a08\u7b97\u6a5f\u6548\u80fd\uff0c\u65bd\u654f\u5728\u8c9d\u723e\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u540c\u4e8b\uff0c\u7f8e\u7c4d\u97d3\u88d4\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u59dc\u5927\u5143\u7387\u5148\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u91d1\u6c27\u534a\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor, MOSFET)\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u7a4d\u9ad4\u96fb\u8def\u4e2d\u3002\u91d1\u6c27\u534a\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u7684\u300c\u91d1\u6c27\u534a\u300d\u662f\u6307\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u9598\u6975(gate)\u7684\u6750\u6599\u662f\u7531\u4e00\u5c64\u91d1\u5c6c\u3001\u4e00\u5c64\u7d55\u7de3\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u53ca\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6240\u69cb\u6210\u3002\u4f46\u9019\u9805\u767c\u660e\u4e26\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u53d6\u4ee3\u78c1\u5708\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8cc7\u6599\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u9577\u5b58\u65bc\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u5728\u65bd\u654f\u53ca\u59dc\u5927\u5143\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u60f3\u5230\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u5c64\u4e2d\u9593\u518d\u52a0\u5165\u4e00\u5c64\u91d1\u5c6c\u5c64\uff0c\u4f7f\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\u7684\u9598\u6975\u7531\u4e0a\u800c\u4e0b\u5206\u5225\u70ba\u91d1\u5c6c\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u5c64\u3001\u91d1\u5c6c(\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6d6e\u9598)\u3001\u4e00\u5c64\u8f03\u8584\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u5c64\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u3002\u4e2d\u9593\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u5c64\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u4e0a\u4e0b\u90fd\u662f\u7d55\u7de3\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u5c64\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u96fb\u8377\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u9019\u4fbf\u662f\u6d6e\u9598\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6548\u61c9\u3002\u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u4e00\u6279\u6d6e\u9598\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4(Floating-gate Non-volatile Semiconductor Memory)
